I never write google reviews, but just for my experience I have to. New drive thru is great with the 3 lanes. Seems like things move faster. I went to the drive thru section for mobile app and proceeded to wait for 20 mins. Was asked about my food 3 different times and nothing happened. Got told to go to a parking place to get my food. No space for parking and had to park in handicap when I didn’t want to. Waited another 15 mins and no one brought my order. Had to go in to ask about my food which was already sitting there cold. And then my order was missing stuff. 40 mins to get fast food. They need to figure out the kinks with the new mobile drive thru. Been going here since it first opened, worst experience I’ve had here.

The drive thru lanes take up the entire area of the restaurant with no safe path from the parking lot to the inside. Had to walk through cars going through the drive through. Ordered through the app in advance so we could sit and get our food brought to a specific table. We entered the table number and noticed one of the sandwiches had a different name on it, so let the worker know. A manager came by and said they would bring the correct sandwich. 10 min went by and then I went to ask. The same manager asked if someone brought the sandwich which I said no. Disappointed in how this location is now.

New drive through looks great and the food tastes good like always but first time there got told I didnt pay even though I had had my card ran twice and proceeded to wait in parking for 20 minutes. Was given two free breakfest cards due to the hassle. Then come back the next day just to have them mess up the order and then not scan both cards. Hopefully its just growing pains but definitley not coming back for a while.

Love Chick-Fil-A, been a signature member for last 4 years. Was excited to experience the remodel this morning but that excitement was diminished by receiving an incorrect/incomplete order via mobile-thru. Cloudflare is currently experiencing outages so I can’t report the issue via the app. Additionally, the new remodel introduces a significant issue: it allows three lanes to enter but only one lane to exit. This creates a major bottleneck, particularly during peak traffic hours. A more efficient solution is urgently needed to address this problem. Edit: Also - for those unaware, this Chick-Fil-A location has the highest prices in the area. The location on Okeechobee charges $9.89 for a Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal while this Royal Palm Beach location charges $10.19, as an example.

First time being here since the reopening, and honestly, if it wasn’t across the street from my house, I may not come back. New employees at the counter have no idea what they’re doing yet, a line behind me and no one helping one cashier at prime breakfast hours. Had to go up for a different drink numerous times because my coffee was made incorrectly. Just seems to be all around chaos. I know they just reopened, but they literally rehired all new staff and gave them no training. No one calling out names for orders, just workers walking around aimlessly and confused.

I haven't really been eating out much since March, or at all until a week or 2 ago. But, on a trip to Lion Country Safari even through I brought some snacks in a cooler, we were craving something hot and delicious. I'm also not big on fast food, but I absolutely love Chick-Fil-a. I made an exception to my normal rule and searched for a location nearby to where we were. We downloaded the app in the parking lot to be able to handle the order with as little contact as possible. The food came out really fast, every employee was wearing a mask and was very friendly. I've never been to a bad Chick-Fil-a location, but this one was the fastest experience I'd ever had at one.

Absolute Disaster - Chick-fil-A Has Gone Downhill I don't know why people keep hyping up Chick-fil-A, but my latest visit was an absolute joke. First, I wasted my time in their ridiculously long line, thinking maybe--just maybe--the food would be worth it. Spoiler alert: it wasn't. After handing over $14.28 (which is robbery for fast food), I received a completely wrong order from head to toe. Not a single item was correct. It's almost impressive how thoroughly they managed to screw it up. The food I did get was cold, stale, and borderline inedible--a total waste of money. Then, I figured I'd at least voice my frustration through their survey, but guess what? It doesn't even work. No matter how many times I enter the stupid serial number, it's an error every single time. This location is a glaring wake-up call for Chick-fil-A corporate. It's clear they've either stopped caring or have zero quality control in place. The service, the accuracy, the food--it's all a mess. I honestly don't know what's worse: the overpriced garbage they serve, the broken-ass survey, or the fact that I actually expected something decent. Never again. In case anyone was wondering, no, I am not Shantel... it's the poor saps order that I got instead!!!

Wow what has happened to this place. Sandwich was average and not moist. As for fries you must be kidding. Had two orders and both had more fry crumbs than fries. Will never go to this location again. Will be going to visit my spinach eating friend the sailor from now on.

Good food But Not so great customer service It's always crowded so much so that the drive through lines wrap around Home Depot parking lot . Lately on Saturday their App doesn't work and orders do not go through . When we drove to the Resturant on June 8 lunch time after attempting to place order via App the restaurant was busy as always drove around to find parking - curb side was great and faster but owner took that away . Had to go inside placed order and when we got the food were again given wrong milk shake It has happened before too !! Not so great experience. Have written to the owner but heard nothing back .

I placed an online breakfast order at 10:15 a.m. for drive-thru pickup. I drove to the store and the drive thru line was about 30 cars deep, so I opened my app and changed my order to in-store pickup. The app pops up a message that an error occurred and that my order was cancelled. I walk into the store and wait in line. I explain to the girl at the counter that I ordered breakfast online but that the app had an error and cancelled my order. She tells me that it's now after 10:30 and breakfast is over. She talks to a manager who refuses to honor my order and won't come out to speak with me. Horrible customer service from a store that prides itself on the best customer service. But hey, my kids don't get breakfast because it's after 10:30.

I love chick fil a so this review makes me sad but... I probably eat at this cfa 4 times a week, not over exaggerating. The food is good but the service is going downhill so fast and its making it so not enjoyable. Theres been about 4 different instances in the last month I have had to go back because either, my cup had holes and leaked all over my car, my chicken nuggets were raw (accidents happen) or they give me a completely wrong order. This time I opened my chicken minis and laughed. That's what finally broke me to write this review. Workers must be starting to get really lazy or really overworked....

First time Chick-fil-A customer and I really wanted to love it. This location was BUSY on a Thursday night at dinner time. Unfortunately, I didn't think the sandwich was worth the hype but that doesnt mean I wouldn't give it another try, or try something else on the menu. The downfall mostly for me at this spot was it was quite unkempt with dirty floors, tables, and restrooms. The positive for our trip was the staff. Everyone was smiling and courteous and seemed generally happy that you were there. I appreciated their kindness after a long day.

This Chick fil A is the slowest location I have ever been to. I eat cfa twice a week and every time I come here, I tell myself I'm never coming to this location again. This spot is a 3 minute drive from my house and I will go out of my way to drive 15 minutes to the next closest location. It's at least a 30 minute process from when you get it in line to when you actually get your food and that is on the low end. This isn't a isolated experience, it's every single time I come here. This location does not live up to the CFA customer service experience.

Always go here whenever I'm in the mood for a nice Chicken Sandwich. Today was one of those days. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich with fries and a Dr. Pepper. The food was spot-on and delicious! Problem was, the drink. I had mostly finished it until I notice something go into my mouth that was not liquid or ice. I spit it out to see a fly. I had never had a problem with Chick-Fil-A before, so this was a surprise. It honestly disgusted me. I hope in the future the employees pay attention to what goes into the drinks. Overall, fast service and good food. Just had issues with my drink.

I honestly can't remember the last time that this CFA got my order right. We always have to count items in our bag to make sure the correct number of items are there. Now they don't even get the items right. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone after you drive 20 minutes home and find out your food is wrong. Feedback on the app never gets responded to. And I hope you have 2-3 times as long as it should take to go through the slowest drive-thru in South Florida.

Staff is 100% professional and friendly. I often enjoy the customer service from ChickfilA workers, so I wasn't surprised. I really enjoyed the Mac and cheese from this location. They always make this recipe very well compared to other locations! Overall, I will be back again!

I moved away for a year and a half and I can see that absolutely nothing has changed with this location and the service still sucks. They can't get an order right for the life of them because they rush getting people thru the drive thru. I called to find a solution for the shit service and all they wanna do is give you a free meal the next time you come... but that doesn't compensate for the fact that I don't have a meal to eat now and 20 minutes of my time was wasted. Not to mention they are serving raw potatoes as fries... Update: I went back to this location and got a refund WITHOUT my meal being replaced. Thanks for the unsatisfactory customer service Jose (manager) I won't be coming back to this location and unless you want your meal Consistently made incorrect, I would Highly recommend you do not visit this location. The owner can say they try to provide excellent service all he wants but the fact is I've been to this location several times and every time is the same shit service. This location has lost my business.

I am visiting from out of state. I went through this drive through at approximately 11:30, so expected the line to be crazy but it was not bad. However, After ordering and paying in the drive through, the employee at the window could not find my order on her screen. She said I needed to go through the line and order because they didn't have mine. I had already paid for my food!! Her manager came in behind her and asked for my name. They could not find my name or my order. I sat silently watching them scramble. They "took me at my word" that I had gone through the line. As if I could have gotten through without going through the line. The place is gridlocked. Both manager and employee were rude. I was extremely surprised as I've always had a pleasant experience at every other chick fil a I've visited.

This place is fucking terrible. It's gone downhill in the last 2 years to the point that it's no longer bearable. 20-25 minutes in the drive thru line for a basic meal, and I had to park ? Don't go here, maybe they'll be good again eventually. Horrible.

I Paid for my for my curbside delivery at 12:16, I ended up having to go inside to get it at 12:51 after I realized people who came behind me were receiving their food before me, By this time it was cold and my break was over this is ridiculous, might I mention I'm pregnant! Very disappointed.

Order 3 sets of 12 piece nuggets and 3 milkshakes. What I received was garbage , straight up!!!!! My nuggets weren't even close or near chick fila standards. They were over breaded and hardly had any seasoning. The taste was absolutely awful, how could you be putting out of your best selling dishes like that. The chicken was tasteless,dried out stones of what was once chicken. The only thing that stop me from kicking down their door and demand my money back was the milkshakes ,which saved the meal.

This place has no clue about customer service. My family has gone here several times and each time they have gotten the order completely wrong. I'm not taking about one or two items but the entire order. When you compare the receipt to the items you purchased, they are completely different. I have complained sever times with a total of over $100 combined all wrong. The result, an apology card and two gift certificates for a whopping total of $5.78 combined. It's not even work the gas to redeem the gift certificates, and they will most likely got those order wrong as well. Do your self a favor if you go here. Open your meal while still in line and verify they did it correctly. Don't leave until its correct. And if they complain about you taking to long or having to fix the order. Don't let them push you out of line to wait for them to fix it. They generally will blame you for the error and actually claim, "We gave you what you wanted, you order the wrong thing." Yes, that is what I was told.

Good food, good service but the lines... last visit particularly the line was extremely long so i went inside. Ordered 3 spicy sandwich meals. Waited and waited. People after me came and went so when i asked for a refill on drink I asked if they forgot me but apparently they had to make more spicy. Guess it was in demand plus I'm sure they gave it to the drive thru so they could move the line along. Waited for 17 minutes. Glad i asked but wished someone would have said something. However the manager was nice and came out with two cards-- one free lunch item and one for a breakfast item. So that was a good save because I was not a happy camper.

My husband and I usually go to another location. We will continue to go to the other location. This location messed up my husband's order when ordering. Then messed up my order at the window. When my husband went inside to get the right order, a market salad as stated on our receipt. (Should be called a brown lettuce market salad) There was another customer who was getting a refund. Not sure why this location is so bad. I'm really glad we have other locations cause if we had to base our experience on this one location we would Never go back to a Chick Fila.

Had a delicious egg white grill chicken sandwich in Ft Myers on Monday. So I wanted to come to my Chikfila and get one. Not only did they not serve egg. But NO grilled chicken. Very disappointed. I'll have to travel back to Ft Myers to get that sandwich.

Don't go here, I ate a sandwich here and ended up getting food poisoning. After now reading some of the reviews here I will not be going to this chick-fil-a anymore. Seems like a couple of people had under cooked sandwiches. Stay away !

I used curbside since the drive through is always so backed up. I put in my parking number and it seemed like forever before I finally got the message that they would be bringing my food out. Unbelievably, they didn't bring my food for another 15 minutes! Then I checked my bag and things were missing. I had to get out of the car to walk in and get the missing items. I told the manager but he didn't care. This same scenario happened last time I came. Perhaps waiting forever is due to them not being able to handle the large volume of people, but there is no excuse for forgetting items. The only reason I don't give 1 star is because the food is good as far as fast food goes. Since this has happened 2 times in a row, I won't be back.

First time coming to this Chick-fil-A and will probably be my last. Here is the rundown of my experience: Came here after a long day of running around so decided to go drive thru in the essence of saving time. First off, it was raining. They had people taking orders outside of the drive thru that is covered so that was not helpful and my first issue. I lowered my window to the first young boy and he asked to take my order. I told him I needed a menu since I wasn't able to actually order at the main console. He looked at me like I had 10 heads, didn't have a menu and told me I needed to pull forward and place my order with another person. I get to the next person-a young girl who is covered but I am not. I ask for a menu. She also looks at me like I'm crazy. She keeps searching for one. She calls someone on a radio and tells that person she doesn't have a menu. Then, after much giration, she tells me I need to go to the window to order. I proceed to the window and luckily this is a covered area. I get there and a girl starts handing me a drink. I tell her that the drink is not mine and I have yet to order. She hurries to ask someone if they sent me?? I told her- "Look, I need to see a menu. I have been to two other people and neither had a menu and they sent me to the window. I don't understand this." She apologizes at first and hands me a menu. But then she proceeds to scream over a little radio, "Hey you guys! Don't send people to the window to order anymore! We can't make their food fast enough!" I get that this is the reality, but I would appreciate you just taking my order and discussing that amongst yourselves when I leave. I didn't ask for your employee team to be that unorganized. And lastly, because they were rushing to do everything, they gave me the wrong sauces and I drove away without one of the drinks. I had to back up and go get it. Not happy.

They should mAke it easier to scan ur phone app for rewards. It seems to not work and u don't get credit for purchases. But, chicken is good here and service is real good.

So I'm in the drive thru...Why in the world do I have to come inside for y'all to give me a Veteran Discount from the drive thru...all the other chick-fil-A's didn't have me come inside. Just because you guys have a long line doesn't mean y'all gotta make stuff up cause you want to move faster. Your trainers need be training instead of talking to each other about what y'all wanna do for the weekend. Food still good though.

Wow never thought I'd ever come to the day where I had poor costumer service. If you value your vehicle what so ever STAY AWAY!!! They have very inexperienced people trying to direct traffic even though there are all proper stop signs in place leading for no issues. A CHIC FIL A MANAGER led me right into someone's back bumper causing an accident and refused to help and instead just seemed to give an intense attitude. As some one who was a very loyal chic fil a costumer I can confidently say I will never be going back to their. Their staff brings forth an extremely unprofessional attitude.

The location is a nightmare but it's worth it ;) It's clean, staff is always friendly, and their pretty savvy no matter how big your order is whether its inside or drive thru. I've never once had bad food there, and I've come here a lot. They have one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches I've ever had. And get it every time because it's so good, with buffalo sauce on it too, YUM!!!! Their lettuce always has this amazing healthy, fresh taste to it and the tomatoes are always ripened to perfection! A must for anyone that likes chicken sandwiches!

Can never go wrong with ChickFilA ! Great place for a quick bite either breakfast or lunch doesn't matter ! Service is always on point too. This particular location like almost every other chickfila is ALWAYS packed though so keep that in mind. The employees do a great job moving things along though !

Love the service and the fries, but me and my family are vegans and I would love to see more vegan options. Such as vegan nuggets or maybe vegan ice cream to. We would come here much more often if you had more for vegans to eat than just salad and fruit.
