Specialize in Korean fried chicken, but they also have a variety of other Korean chicken dishes to choose from! KFC is so mouthwatering...

This is hands down the best chicken I’ve had. It was crispy, crunchy, moist and flavorful. We got the honey garlic boneless and it was soooo good. The medium comes with 14pieces and is more than enough for two people. Also let me shout out the salad (which honestly was pretty average) but the homemade dressing was just the refreshing break this meal needed. 10/10 experience and food.

Google
Their vegetarian options were PHENOMENAL. I got the mushrooms with honey garlic sauce and the cauliflower with sweet soy sauce and I was blown away with every bite, they were so yummy. The mushrooms especially were insanely good. The coworkers I came with kept joking that they would become vegetarian too if it just meant eating dishes like that. They also really enjoyed their chicken. There were also several other vegetarian options, which is very nice. The girl who took our order was very friendly and patient, and was happy to give us some great recommendations. The staff were very attentive in checking in with us to see if we needed anything, keeping the dining area clean, and even moving tables and chairs around for customers. They were playing k-pop just loud enough that you could hear and enjoy it under conversation, but it wasn’t too loud, which I appreciated. I’ve already told my whole family about this place and I will absolutely be coming back! I was very impressed with the quality of food and service here.

Google
Delicious Korean fried chicken—easily the best I’ve had. The flavors are incredible, and I always go for the spicy with nuts, although I tried the honey this time and it’s a close second. We’ve always loved this spot and had a lot of respect for the previous owners. Over time, we noticed some inconsistency, but we understood the challenges of running a restaurant and still wanted to support them, cause the food is so good! We met the new owner tonight and found out he took over in September 2024, the energy has completely shifted in such a great way. He brings a calm, welcoming presence, and you can feel his pride in ownership. The restaurant is packed, the service is top-notch, and the food is better than ever. We’ll definitely be back ASAP!

Google
Fantastic wings, unique Korean style preparation. We got Honey Garlic and Spicy Hot. There is tons of meat on each wing/drum compared to most other wing places. The “full bucket” was too big for two people, it comes with 18 huge wings. We only ate 4 each they’re so big and filling! This place is a must try for wing fans that want to experience something different and delicious.

Google
Tasty and full of flavor, breading is a bit on the fuller side and actual chicken meat was ok. Chicken not being frozen makes a difference in the tenderness of the meat. Dining area clean and available seating. Parking outside as part of the bigger strip mall.

Google
The staff was great! Everyone was very kind and had that kind of exceptional service that only comes from a small business. We tried the mild and spicy boneless chicken and the mild fries - everything was delicious! Lots of options for both sides & drinks. We will certainly be back!! 👏🏼

Google
Owners were so kind and fun to interact with. Food was fresh and delicious. Honey garlic boneless chicken with a perfect crispy outside combo (salad, white rice and a drink). Deep fried potstickers to start disappeared quickly with another order requested ($4.88 for 6 potstickers, great price). Will be coming back. See photos for why you’ll need to make this a go to place for making happy the hunger.

Me and my wife were in the Chinatown mall, and looks for somewhere new to eat. We ran into this spot and I am glad we went. The meal we got for two was 2 orders of Small Honey Garlic Chicken(9 Pieces) an order of Mandoo (8 pieces) and a bowl or steamed rice. The customer services was great very friendly, we finished all our food and felt satisfied, we event of a "thanks for coming" as we left. This is a great place to eat, for our entire meal was about $32 dollars. so $16 each, not bad at all.

Yelp
The owner is super nice and has a very bubbly character. The service was 10/10. The interior of the place was also super nice. I loved the art on the wall. I also liked the fact that there's an opening to the back kitchen area so you can see how they operate. We ordered: 5 piece chicken x2 Combo with plain fries and a drink Since we dined in, the owner gave us a free extra drink cup since he apparently "loves his dine in customers" which I thought was sweet of him. The food came out pretty quick and piping hot ready to eat. They were nicely battered and very flavorful. I loved the flavor garlic one more than I liked the spicy one but they both tasted good. The drumsticks were more battered than the wings but I'm not complaining. Some people might not like that though. The fries were also nicely battered and he gave us complimentary testers of their sauces to try it out with the fries to see if we liked it or not. This place definitely satisfied my craving for Korean fried chicken wings and would definitely come back again if I'm ever in Utah.

Yelp
Back again, and the consistency of the food is just great! Service as well! Spicy tempura fries are still to die for, while the honey garlic and spicy boneless wings are still my go tos. Flavors are great, portions are great, just wish the consistency of the cooking of the chicken was better (a few pieces come out overcooked and tough every time). Do ask for the complementary side of the radish, it's fantastic!

Yelp
Swung by Chinatown Supermarket to get a quick bite to eat at ChickQueen. We were the only customers in the place which made us nervous, but opted to try it anyway. We ordered two small orders of boneless chicken bites, one in their spicy sauce and one in their honey sauce. They unfortunately only had chicken that day so we didn't order any sides. We chose to eat there and the food came out super quick and super fresh. The sauces were flavorful but thankfully not too spicy, and the chicken was so crispy. It would have been nice to eat the chicken with a side of rice or fries just so we were eating only chicken, but maybe next time. I would definitely eat here again!

Yelp
I got the 10 pieces honey garlic for takeout. I called in 7 mins in advance and it was ready when I got there. They do make their food fast. This restaurant located in the market, closer to the front entrance. This is so far one of the best Korean fried chicken I have tried. Their batter is well seasoned and very crispy. And the sauce is just right, did not make the chicken soggy. Definitely would come back again if I'm in Utah.

Yelp
So was our 1st time going to Chinatown - which is pretty much just a strip mall. So, we wanted to try a couple different spots since this isn't close to where we live. Chick Queen was definitely on our list because of the reviews. My teens love wings too. We tried only one small order of honey garlic boneless. It was a good amount and also quite larger than expanding. Which was nice to make up for the price. We really enjoyed the tempura battered fries. We got sweet this time but next time will def try the spicy. Since we enjoyed the fries so much, wish there were bigger sizes of the fries. It was just one size for any of the sides it seems. The problem was with only one person taking orders that day the line quickly grew. Since it's a small establishment, the line started to reach the door. And the wait for the food was LONG. I will have to add to this review to update if that was standard or just that day. We had gone on a Friday afternoon. Also the tables were small and simple, no decor at all.

Yelp
I heard some great things about this chicken spot from various people and also checked out the yelp reviews-- they were on point! But esp the FRIES! I know it's famous for their chicken-- but please do not sleep on the fries. They are tempura battered. Get some and you won't be disappointed! As for the chicken. It's a lil pricey but the pieces were BIGGER THAN EXPECTED. The tempura batter is on point. Nice crispness. Good amount of sauce. We got the boneless Honey Chicken. I don't know if service was always that slow but that day the food took forever to come out. However, they opened later than usual due to an "issue with their fryer" -- said the sign posted on door when we first came by. The eating area needs some work, maybe some cleaning also. There aren't many tables too. The line was out the door as we waited at our table for food. I would like to come back to try other flavors (my two teens loved what we tried) and definitely get more than 1 order of fries to share. I was kicking myself that I didn't order more but with the long wait and longer line (only one person taking orders ) --I sadly did not get to order more that day.

Yelp
Heard of this place from my cousin, so we decided to check it out & they did not disappoint! The wait was a little long, due to short staffing, but it was worth it. We ordered the honey garlic boneless wings & sweet soy sauce in a combo (w/rice and salad), and plain fries. Both flavors were amazing, chicken was very juicy, crunchy & flavorful. Honey garlic sauce was the perfect mix of sweet (not too sweet) & garlicky (all my garlic girls will love). Sweet soy sauce was the same, just soy saucey instead of garlic. The fries had the perfect crunchy exterior w/ a soft inside, 8/10 would def recommend

Mikki M.

Yelp
Got an order of the 10 piece wings with the honey garlic sauce. They're also topped with green onions. The breading is pretty thick but is super crispy. The fries are topped with a sweet sauce that pairs well with the savory taste of the crispy fries. We also got the chicken sandwich with the spicy sauce but it wasn't spicy at all. The breading isn't as thick as the wings and the bun wasn't soggy. It comes with a pickle on the side. The food was really good and the portions are definitely for sharing. Service was good, but the floors and tables were sticky.

Yelp
The honey garlic wings were our favorites. The ttekbokki was good also but I think we were expecting to be amazed.

Yelp
Yum!! This Korean Style Chicken restaurant is a hidden gem. I ~almost~ didn't share because I think there are so many quality restaurants to discover here in Chinatown SLC. Service was quick, the walls are beautifully painted, and it wasn't too busy. I ordered the Honey Garlic wings (thanks Tik Tok) with a side of ranch and some plain fries. The wings were crispy, flavorful, with the yummiest, moist chicken inside. The fries were crispy and hot. I didn't love the ranch dip, a bit watery in my opinion. I also was a bit grossed out about how sticky the floors were and how the trash bin lid needed to be cleaned as well. All easy fixes but made the experience less than 5 stars. In the future, I may get my food to-go rather than dine in. I would definitely come back again for the wings and fries! Delicious food for a good price.

Yelp
My daughter has been wanting me to try this place when I visit from CA. Had the spicy fried chicken combo. The spicy was just right where it didn't kill your tastebuds but was enough to enjoy the chicken and the crunch was chef's kiss!!!! Fried juicy deliciousness!!!!! 5 + 's Please open a ChickQueen in California! Can't wait to come back to try the wings!

Yelp
3rd time ordering Chickqueen on Doordash! Order was done right in time for pick up, piping hot and smelled so good! Delicious crunchy fried chicken as always, honey garlic flavor is still good. I hope to see new flavors!
google avatar

Katrina S.

Yelp
Never a miss! Their flavors are so good and their portions could feed a couple for 2 days! Service is always great. We love this place!!
google avatar

Jae O.

Yelp
Gone downhill severely. Lack of care led to uninviting ambiance and dirty floor / tables. Always short-staffed (probably intentional) and menu TV is broken. Food still tastes fine but just not the same.
google avatar

Kathee C.

Yelp
Stopped by for lunch last week and WOW!! This is some incredible chicken! The crispiness of the batter, the flavor of the sauces, the quality of the chicken - it's all on point. I ordered a small and took half of it home because it's just such generous serving sizes. We will be back again and again because we couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was! I also loved the murals on the walls, very cool.

Yelp
I wish I could give 6 star reviews. I want to eat this every day, every hour, every minute. Sadly, due to limited income and the risk of diabetes, I must moderate. The spicy boneless wings are my favorite. Try them with the fries. Their fries are lightly breaded, in tempura I think? Once I got them smothered and the breaded and fried potatoes in the delicious spicy sweet sauce goodness is pretty much the best thing ever. If you're not into spicy, the honey garlic flavor is good as well. My only negative comment is that it used to come with a little pickled daikon and I don't think it has been recently. But just wanted to put it out there that I really miss it. Anyway, try the restaurant. You won't be disappointed.
google avatar

Hun K.

Yelp
Flavor is good. Dipping sauce was good. Tteokbokki was not good. Flavors completely off and watery. If you are used to eating traditional Korean Tteokbokki, this will disappoint. We got 1 bucket of whole chicken which was not good. Hugh cubed pieces of chicken and winglets and attached tips which I wasn't expecting. Some like it but wasn't my thing. On top of that they over battered the chicken which had many uncooked parts. Almost like they double battered and not cooked enough. Spent over $87 for a meal for 5 and we ending up eating about 1/8 of the food. Fried tofu was pretty good. Sauce needed something but overall tasty. Tasted soy sauce based. Overall the sauces were tasty but needed less salt and believe me I love salt. Most Korean chicken places offer pickled radish which surprisingly Chick Queen didn't offer any banchan. If you are looking for Korean Fried Chicken, this really isn't it. This place is more like a Korean Fusion Chicken Joint rather than a Korean Chicken Joint. Definitely not our family's cup of tea.
google avatar

Ellie D.

Yelp
It's not much to look at but it is a fantastic joint. Could do with a more thorough cleaning (mopping specifically, sticky floors) but other than that I really don't have much critique to give. What we got: Large chicken (honey garlic and sweet soy sauce) - 5* delicious! Nice and crunchy, nice and saucy, everything I want with my Korean fried chicken. Fries with spicy sauce - 4* they accidentally made ours mild and offered to add the spicy sauce to it which we accepted. The French fries themselves were very good. I wasn't a fan of the sauce, but I'm not sure if it was the mild, the spicy, or something else.
google avatar

Georgieann M.

Yelp
This was A LOT of food! I ordered a small order of the honey garlic chicken and added-on a side of sweet and spicy drizzled fries! OMG, FOOD COMA. So good. I only ate about 2 pieces of perfectly light and crispy and flavorful chicken! I could not stop eating the fries! They were light and crispy as well! It was lot more than I will usually spend at lunch for myself, but I decided to splurge for my birthday! So glad I did! My kids will definitely be stoked for the leftovers!
google avatar

Sara O.

Yelp
The food is so amazing. I really like their location. It's very central to what is considered Chinatown. Honestly, the food was amazing. In the serving sizes are even better. I wish they had more drink options but I understand. The staff was friendly however, they did smell like cigarettes with me. The restaurant kind of smell like that but it's fine. Because honestly, the food is really what it's all about.
google avatar

Julie W.

Yelp
Delicious. Boneless with garlic teriyaki (I think) and sweet soy are the two flavors/dishes I have had. Holy delicious chicken, crispy outside crunch with moist inside. The fries are as equally delicious and worth the trip alone. My veggie bf gets the tofu (he likes it HOT -spicy- and they make sure it is) and also raves about it. Great food, made and served fresh, nice people who work there and it's LOCAL. Come here and set your bar high. We eat in and take home too. It's made-to-order-fast and the restaurant is clean, plenty spacious and you can people-watch as you eat. Two thumbs up.

Yelp
Whenever I find myself in Southern Salt Lake my wife and I will always stop here! The owner, Ryan is one of the most genuinely kind, hard-working, and motivated individuals I have ever met. His staff is extremely friendly, and makes visiting here all the more better. The food is delicious and some of the best Korean fried chicken I have ever had, the chicken has so much flavor is extremely crispy. The pickled daikon goes extremely well on the side as a palate cleanser, and their french fries are extremely prime as well ! We love showing this place to all of our friends, and I'm so glad we found this place.
google avatar

Donta W.

Yelp
Absolutely legit Korean chicken joint that gives you way more than you can imagine in regard to portion control! I ordered the medium boneless chicken and I barely finished half of it! The Honey Garlic is good and my wife ordered the Sweet Soy and it was flavorful as well. Also understand Korean style fried chicken is fried hard with thick breading, but it's premium white meat chicken inside of it. The fries we ordered were plain so we didn't try the flavor fries, but the portion can feed at least 3-4 people because we couldn't even eat half of the fries. Want bang for your buck with some leftovers this is your spot!
google avatar

Jerry S.

Yelp
There's not a lot of things that Jerry has put in his mouth that tasted better than this. This got in me on another level. The honey garlic wings made me tingle to my bones and the fries were unreal. Crispy crunchy goodness. I don't take it lightly to say that I'd put my worthy reputation on the line to recommend that this place to anyone as a renowned critic. - Jerry

Yelp
place wasn't open for some reason on a Tuesday??? google said they were open. i called, no one picked up. this is very unprofessional. didnt get to try or go in, had to eat some place else.

L T.

Yelp
We got there and couldn't decide if we wanted to order. Then menu didn't have hardly anything on the board. I don't know if it is more fast food chicken or not. Kind of confusing. Two of the menu boards were burned out. We ate somewhere else.
google avatar

Curtis C.

Yelp
Unbelievably good fried chicken. Sometimes you want just a giant box of chicken and this place does it amazing. I've had the spicy flavor and the honey garlic flavor and both were done great. If you want more than chicken, the fries are good too, but I love the chicken so much I prefer to just eat a giant box of it.
google avatar

Catalina V.

Yelp
This place was insanely good. The vibe was great and the location perfect. It took me back to Flushing, back home in NY. It's was in the Chinatown community of SLC, Utah and inside a Asian Market. The smells the people and the food was amazing. The staff was pretty awesome as well. My husband order a large order that could of fed 4 people. I order the small that 2 could people would of enjoyed. We also order the fries, those fries had some juju on the seasoning. WOW!!! I cannot say anything more but plz go and try it. You won't retreat.
google avatar

Judy L.

Yelp
Boneless chicken -- very deep fried, very saucy. A bit too greasy for me as a full entree. Seemed more like a place to share with friends over drinks. We got the green onion version and a hot and spicy version. They were very different and both were tasty. The green onion version was basically just naked chicken with a dipping sauce and lots of sliced green onion on the side. The hot and spicy version was very sauced up. Fried mushroom - we didn't know what to expect -- the actual dish looked just like the fried chicken. The mushroom were evenly battered and deep fried. We got the honey garlic version. It tasted similarly saucy and delicious. Serving size was very large.

Demetri Z.

Yelp
I'd give a 3.5 if it were possible. Pretty crispy on crust. Nice flavor (I got the garlic honey sauce). Great portion size too
google avatar

Katherine G.

Yelp
You can't beat the portion size and quality for the price of the chicken here! We thought the sizes would be a lot smaller than they were, and ordered the whole bucket with honey garlic and spicy. The whole bucket can definitely feed a family of 4, as we were not able to come close to even finishing. The chicken was super crispy and the sauces were really flavorful! Spicy wasn't too spicy, and had great flavor. The honey garlic was more honey than garlic, but still good nonetheless. While the chicken was great, something about it made me feel a bit uncomfortable after. Maybe it was the huge pieces of just fried breading that I wasn't used to eating, but I felt a bit off once eating it. However, I wouldn't say it was 100% because of that, and would definitely still come back again. Great korean fried chicken! EDIT: upon reading another Yelper's review from the same day today, I think the uncomfortable feeling may have also been a cause of peanuts.. although there weren't peanuts in my order, I have a peanut allergy and that definitely could have been the cause for my reaction if they were cooked in the same oil. Because of this, I feel like I have to downgrade my rating since my health was in jeopardy.

Andrew T.

Yelp
I love this place. It reminds me of being over seas in South Korea. Can't wait to go back

Yelp
Okay, I've been waiting forever to try these guys! The few times I've went they closed early so I missed them. It wasn't busy for a Saturday evening, an hour and a half before closing, however there were some orders ready to be picked up on the counter when we got there and when we were getting ready to leave. The kitchen was busy! My sister and I chose to order all flavors available - Honey Garlic, Spicy Soy, Green Onion and Sesame. I would eat all of them again! Made to order Korean chicken wings came out hot and ready to get in our bellies. Honey Garlic and Green Onion were my faves, but they all tasted as described. I was a little out off by the sight of plain wings with shredded green onions but was surprised by the fresh flavor of green onion without a sauce on the chicken! Really good! I'm in love with garlic but the Honey Garlic flavor wasn't overpowering the chicken at all. Perfectly paired. Now the fries?! OMG. If you don't get these fries, you missed out. We got the mild just in case the spicy was too spicy that we're drinking more than eating. It tasted like they were battered before fried and worked well with the wings. I may just order fries if I'm feeling more carby next time ;) Our meal - 4 wing flavors, 2 fries, 1 drinks - came out to almost $64. While I am quality over quantity most times, this is on the pricier side and since I have not been here prior to Covid and the rising costs of many things, I can't tell you if the cost of our meal was because of that. We left full and happy with our choice which at the end of the day is what matters. The floor was sticky but other than that, the place seemed clean.

Yelp
This was a place my fiancé and I were both intrigued by, and were excited to try. We went separately and didn't have great experiences, so we gave it another go together. It's just... okay. First off, they have really weird hours. Once I got there at 4:30 and walked in (the door was open), and they asked me to leave because they weren't open yet. This was not indicated anywhere I saw online or on the door. The last time we went, we went around 5, they were open! And we saw them turning away people at 6. Very confused by their hours, we thought it could have been due to Chinese New Year? But again, no explanation was given, they just turned people away. As for the food, I would definitely say don't get it to go and eat it there if you can. My fiancé and I agreed it was 50X better hot and fresh! The flavors we got were good, but it wasn't memorable. This place is a good and intriguing idea, I love their painted murals inside, but foodwise... not sure if we will be going again.

Yelp
We loved our chicken from Chickqueen! We tried the Honey garlic sauce which was very good - a little sweet and perfect flavor of garlic! The chicken was still crispy after a ride home! We got a ride of the spicy sauce which was a perfect accompaniment. We really wanted to try their tteikbokki noodle dish but it's not something they are currently making so we will be back when they are back to normal operation!

Yelp
I wish I could give this place a million stars. I eat here pretty regularly and have not been disappointed. Just about everything on the menu is bangin'. My personal favorites are the boneless chicken wings and the fried cauliflower with the honey garlic sauce. Make sure to get some sesame dipping sauce because it takes the flavor to the next level. The staff is also incredibly kind and always willing to walk you through their menu. They also have some of the best pickled radishes if you're lucky enough to be served a lil cup of it. Check them out, you won't regret it.
google avatar

Yelp
Korean fried chicken is one of my favorite things to eat and I just had to try it in Salt Lake City. I'm from out of town so I decided to drive down to Chinatown to see what they had and stumbled upon this restaurant. The restaurant has a great vibe - the owner/manager who was at the front counter was polite. I got the small Boneless Chicken order; when I asked the manager how many pieces, he said about 9 for $8.99 but it actually came with 11 pieces! Maybe it was my lucky day. I decided to get the Honey Garlic flavor so I could share with my non-spicy eating friends but the Honey Garlic was delicious. Every flavorful and saucy. The breading was cripsy but a little bit too much breading, and not enough chicken but I think it was still good enough for my rating. If I lived in SLC, I would definitely come here a lot. I wish I tried their spicy flavor and their fries but anyone who is reading this should give this place a try. The manager is dope too! He asked if I wanted pickled radish so get that on side with the chicken. Definitely recommend!
google avatar

Vissal P.

Yelp
Good flavors, very crispy chicken, just make sure to check your order before you leave Been here several times and I have no issues going back. It's not Bonchon, but it's fairly decent especially being located in Utah. The chicken has been flavorful each time and the crunch has not disappointed. The only issue I've had on occasion is that a couple times they've forgotten to include my requested sauces for the plain style. I also do wish they'd offer their regular flavors as side sauces for the plain chicken as well. Tip: go across the way to pick up some Korean side dishes with your meal. They pair well together. I like to eat mine with the cucumber and kimchi.

Yelp
Great customer service! I admire the patience and friendly cashiers. I love how sweet the cashier was when she explained to me about the menu. Not only that, their honey garlic chicken is so delicious. Absolute chef's kiss. I couldn't get the spicy sauce since they were out of it, but I will come back next time when I am hungry. The food is fresh and hot. Finger lickin' better than KFC. 10/10 recommend coming here.

Yelp
All I have to say is I'm absolutely OBSESSED after trying Chickqueen once. My husband and I initially came here so he could try some Korean fried chicken and we had heard great things about this restaurant. I went in with an "oh, I'll just try whatever meatless thing they have on the menu" attitude, because I don't eat meat and didn't know what to expect as far as vegetarian options go. Let me tell you what - I ate my words AND some of the most delicious tofu I've ever had in my entire life. I got an order of the fried tofu with the spicy hot flavor. When I brought it home, I opened the container and turned to my husband and said "oh no, I think they gave me chicken too!" I truly thought i got boneless chicken on accident and I went to go cut one in half to check - to my surprise it was actually tofu! The exterior of the tofu truly looked like boneless chicken wings! I took one bite and was BLOWN AWAY. First off, the level of crispiness was beyond shocking! "Tofu?! With this delicious crunch?! How?!" Then came the flavor! How can there be so much flavor in one bite?! The tiny chopped fresh peppers added the perfect touch. The spice level was perfect in my opinion. Also they do have an extra spicy option as well, for those thrill seekers! They had ran out of the extra spicy flavor when we were there otherwise I would have leveled up. I'm still floored by my first experience tasting this and that was weeks ago. I would eat this every day if I had the chance!
google avatar

Victoria L.

Yelp
Flavors were great, but our boneless chicken was over cooked which made it a little tough to eat. The bone-in wings we got weren't as dry, but we're a bit heavy on the batter for my taste. Fries were so crunchy because they are battered. Super pleasant to eat, but extremely filling. (I think I would have given 3.5 stars if I could due to these reasons, but I still think it's worth a try!)
google avatar

Keisha F.

Yelp
I don't know how it took me this long to come here but HOLY FREAKIN COW! The chicken is the perfect crispness for fried chicken, the sauces are delicious and so are the dips. What's nice is that they give you the option of a side of fries, rice or salad! Which I personally did rice and salad and loved it but will definitely be back to try the fries as I've heard they are amazing. After we went here and told our friends, they all went and equally said it was amazing. If you're debating on eating here, just send it!!! Pictured is cauliflower in the spicy sauce (the worker said this is his girlfriends favorite) and chicken in honey garlic. Both the small size. If you're debating on sauces, get them all to try!!!

Yelp
ChickQueen is one of my favorite restaurants. You can really tell they take care when making their chicken. The spicy chicken is absolutely amazing. Seriously, go out of your way to eat here. Just check to make sure they're open ;)

Yelp
This restaurant located in the Asian market feels like a "hidden" gem. The restaurant is clean and feels very open, and you won't miss it on your way to the market. The wait time is a bit long, but that's to be expected since the chicken is made to order and comes out hot and fresh. I ordered the bone-in with spicy and honey garlic flavoring, and both were phenomenal. First bite in, the temperature is super hot, but the light, crispy texture just melts in your mouth. The sauce isn't heavy either, which compliments the batter nicely. It's addicting and leaves you wanting more, but a few bites in and you realize you're suddenly full. The portion might look small, but it's deceivingly filling. The pickled daikon is a nice touch too, especially with easing the spice. I've also tried the boneless chicken as well, and it's equally as good as the bone-in. Next time I come, I'll have to try other things on the menu, tteokbokki - I see you.

Yelp
This place is located in the building with the big Chinese market. There are a handful of restaurants and a place that does bubble tea. The market is really cool, tons of things there. Busy on Saturday. Chickqueen has a simple menu but the flavors and quality are on point. I got the medium combo boneless of honey garlic. Really good. Their spicy sauces are good too, not too spicy and great flavor as well. Prices are fair, the serving sizes are pretty big. They close from 2:30-3:30, so get there before 2pm and get your order in. Or show up after 3:30 for dinner times.

Yelp
Korean Fried Chicken Stopped by here for some yummy boneless Korean chicken. They were not open for dine-in so we did takeout. This restaurant is located right inside the Chinatown Market Place complex in Salt Lake City. We ordered 10-pc Honey Garlic and also a 10-pc Green Onion flavored boneless fried chicken. The chicken was tender with great flavors! Sooo good! Wish hubby got me the bone-in wings instead but the boneless chicken was delicious too. A little pricey but there's no substitute for a good quality meal. Awesome, friendly service! This place wasn't messin' around.... wish we had one of these Korean restaurants back home. If I do ever come back to SLC again I'm hitting this place up first! Lots of parking in a private lot. Review #1785

Yelp
Do NOT sleep on this place! We ordered the bone-in jumbo wings with the rice/salad/drink combo. The picture does not give this place justice of how AMAZING these wings were. The flavor?! 100/10. The crunch?! 1000/10. The spicy hot was not spicy, barely tingled my tongue, but I did eat it without the jalapeños. The honey garlic had a great blend of flavors leaving my mouth water with every bite. And the plain wings were great with the dipping sauces. If I were on death row and was allowed one last meal? It would be CHICKQUEEN

Yelp
Chicka Chicka Queen Queen A told B, and B told C, "I'll meet you in Chinatown down the hall from the bamboo tree." "Wheee!" said D to E F G, "I'll beat you to the front door where you see the white sign of queen bee." Chicka Chicka Queen Queen! Will there be enough Korean Fried Chickies? Here comes H trying to get that yummy KFC, and I and J and tag-along K, all on their way to also get some tteokbokki. Chicka Chicka Queen Queen! Will there be enough Korean fried chickies? Look who's coming! L M N O P! And Q R S! And T U V! Still more foodies - W! And X Y Z! Alright y'all - even during times of crisis and uncertainty, you can still get your CHICKQUEEN to go and have it still be crunchy, and they will pack them pickled daikon that is the perfect side munchie, what are you waiting for? call them now before you get all super hungry. -Sailor out
