Chicken Lavish Restaurant

The host of New Moon Cottages where we stayed recommended this restaurant. My family and I had curry goat and it was delicious. Not oily and full of flavor and tender. The portion was good and nice and chill atmosphere. The owner was super nice and welcoming. He even said we could call him and request a meal and he would have it ready.

I was starving and had heard Chicken Lavish was good. It turned out to be great! A terrific roadside spot serving up big plates of really great eats. Personally I thought the original chop was going to be dry but it was as moist and perfect as any high end spot. The drinks are all made with fresh fruit and service was friendly. This place was wonderful. Clean, friendly staff and delicious food. Very generous portions and so reasonably priced. My husband had the fried chicken with rice and peas and I had the curry goat and we shared. Both were amazing washed down with cold Red Stripes

First time eating steamed fish. It was amazing. 10/10 definitely recommend. Great service as well. Note to travelers they do not accept card. Brings cash. JMD preferably but I was able to pay in USD.

This place is fantastic! I ordered the curried goat with rice. It was outstanding…so tender and full of flavor with just the right amount of spice. Husband ordered the brown stew chicken and kids ordered the regular chicken…all extremely delicious! Owner and Staff very welcoming and friendly. We might have to return here again before our vacation ends.

Chicken Lavish ... The name describes the Chicken perfectly. In addition to the traditional Jamaican dishes served with perfection, the flash fried chicken, their specialty, comes out always crispy and delicious! Prices will suit those on a budget and the clean modest decor will leaves diners respecting a Negril West End establishment that has been there for decades ... I have been coming here for 30 years. Good food for a reasonable price. The lady who works there is friendly and kind.

Fast delivery of authentic Jamaican food at reasonable prices. Owner was very kind and helpful on the phone. Highly recommend the goat curry!
