Chicken Salad Chick

First time coming today! I’ve been looking forward to trying chicken salad chick for a while now and OMG I am obsessed!! The place is such a nice 2000s vibe and the staff were so sweet and lovely. I was blessed to come on a great day where i got a free scoop for guest appreciation day! The Lauryn’s Lemon Basil was my top contender and i will be telling everyone to come here! Thank you ladies :)

I'm giving them a one star because they literally were my favorite place to eat because of their egg salad. I don't live in the same town but I drove across town while visiting just to get egg salad and they don't sell it anymore ! This will be my last time visiting chicken salad chick unfortunately 😕 but I can pay overpriced prices for chicken salad pretty much anywhere. The egg salad was literally the only thing that they had that no one else carries.. All their food is great love the atmosphere , but once again, I can get chicken salad, pimento cheese and pasta salad pretty much at any deli. You will be MISSED , I LITERALLY TEARD UP WHEN ASKED FOR EGG SALAD AND WAS TOLD THEY NO LONGER HAVE IT 😭😭

Tonight I ordered a scoop of Chicken with grapes and pecans along with the Broccoli Salad to go. I cannot remember the name of it and my reciept was drenched in the dressing from the Broccoli Salad so I wasn't able to read that. The food was okay and tasted fine, I was just disappointed the grapes were whole in the Chicken Salad. I don't even like grapes but thought they would be chopped up and I wouldn't mind so much. Really couldn't taste the pecans cause there was hardly any. The Broccoli Salad would have been really good if the dressing had not leaked out of the container into the bag. It was a mess, leaked all over everything in the bag. My food was all running together and onto wrapped silver, crackers, and cookie inside container. Those items should have been placed outside of the food container. I would suggest for takeout maybe a lid type container.

I dropped in to grab a quick lunch on the go. They have a chiller at the front by the registers that have all the flavors of their chicken salad. Just grab and go! They will give you crackers and a fork. What a great idea! I was in and out within five minutes! The Holly chicken salad was great! It had cranberries and a little kick of jalapeños! Extra fresh tasting!!

This was my first visit for Veterans Day meal. I had a scoop of Olivia's Southern with sweet pickles & eggs. The first bite reminded me of my Mom's, which is the highest compliment I could give. The grape salad was amazing, too. The staff were very friendly and quick. This may be my go to place for healthy food.

DELICIOUS!!!!! Definitely going back. The food is really good and the service is too. All the staff was so friendly and our food was ready lickety split. Prices are decent and the dining room was airy and pleasant. A+++

I was craving pasta salad and figured they would have it. Never been there before and saw what i was looking for on their ready made cooler and bought that. Almost 10 bucks for a side was crazy but i figured theyre well known maybe it was good. The pasta was mushy, the flavor was like a bad pesto and the juice from a can of artichoke hearts. Im not just saying it was overpriced, i threw the stuff away after all my friends hated it to. Since the price was insane im not going to go back for the chicken salad, maybe its amazing, but after spending so much on crap, i dont trust them enough to give another try

As a restaurant being brand new my expectations are high because I was there during the grand opening as well as after and I tried two different chicken salads. Open the spicy cheese chicken and delicious dill. The spicy cheese had too much cheese not enough chicken and the dill was dry and not enough moisture in it. The taste was just ok nothing wow. It was crowded both times I went so it is popular but they are asking a lot of money for their food in my view. For me I would go to this place once in a while. It's not a hip place for teenagers or young adults to hang out. I have seen older folks and mothers and children eating. I do like how they have different varieties of chicken options but the flavor needs to be improved. Update 10-11-23 I have tried 4 different kinds of chicken salads that they offer and none of them are good. I do not understand because there is hardly any good flavor in any of them. Am I the only one noticing this? I just do not get it. Anyways, when you try to tell them that there is something not right with it they ignore it or better yet make you think you're the problem. As a Chef my palette is telling me it's not good. Why do I keep going back? I thought for a chance a different one would be different but nope there is no wow factor. So sad. I tried to tell them about it a couple of times but if they do not want to listen then I did what I could. Also people it's cheaper to go to the store and buy the items needed to make this than spending over 10 bucks.
