Chicken Tikka Inn - Al Barsha

Ordered a takeaway from this restaurant at 7pm, someone called me at 9:10pm, their food is tasty and there Keema Naans are the best in town. Still, ever since they have started doing their own delivery the service has gone down hill, last week I let it slide, it took about 50 minutes, but the food wasn't that hot, this time no food, not even an apology... Very disappointed in the service, I will nto be ordering from them again. Bring back Careem delivery.

Very bad experience. The place is extremely unhygienic, and I will never visit again. I would also strongly advise my friends, family, and relatives not to come here. The staff, especially the cashier, is extremely rude. I do not know his name, but his behavior was unacceptable. He was disrespectful not only to customers but also to the delivery rider. There is absolutely no sense of how to speak to customers. Due to such poor behavior and attitude, this restaurant leaves a very negative impression.

Best grills available. Slightly priced. Prime location. They chutney was amazing. Specially the red tangy dip. Good for family and friends. Parking might not be easily available. Food was really good . Staff amicable.

I got my dinner today from chiken tikka in,it was chicken tikka I ordered 2 quarters #for 34 Dirhams and I'm very disappointed about the portions , even if you will eat like half chicken you will still be hungry, although its tasty but there are many cheaper options. Finally guys inside the kitchen not wearing gloves not eating masks , using Bare hands during Covid19 . Just once and never .

Although the place looks really shabby, especially when seated in, food (mostly chicken, cooked in many different ways) is not bad at all. Portions are generous, the ingredients seem to be fresh, and the final bill is extremely well balanced. But guys, a facelift ASAP please!!!

Visited on Sunday 27-7-2025 at 05:00 PM. Observed workers sleeping inside restaurant even in two table. AC was very bad. recommend for takeaway only. Food is great and fresh

Ordered online through an app! EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED and angry! tikka was more like roasted chicken, Flavourless. They used the smallest hen they could find for the my order. Please avoid. Big shame

Nasty restaurant ever I visit. Served the uncooked chicken tikka with blood....😡 Strange explanation from a stupid waiter explaining that it's sauce...... Poor hygiene also........
