Chief Mobile Home Park

My husband and I have been living here going on 4 years now. We've never had any issues with anyone! Fran is a delight as they all say! Always willing to go the extra mile in helping in anyway she can. Chief mobile home park is a close nit family environment. All my neighbors are super sweet, and to themselves for the most part. She lets us plant or do whatever we want with our yards. How many mobile home parks you know, that'd let you plant a whole garden for a yard? I've done just that! I couldn't be happier with where I live! It's also a big plus that we have this nice track across the street at the middle school! If you've got animals, it's such a nice place to be able to walk them! Come by and take a look! I promise you won't find a better deal anywhere else around here!

The perfect place to reside. The area is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Fran, the property manager is extremely nice and is a professional in her job as our property manager. I recommend this park to everyone looking for a nice place to live.

Zero stars if I could! Management is awful, unfriendly and creates new rules like she is the police dept. there will be tickets given if she thinks you’re speeding! Now we have to park away from our homes, even if there is a parking spot next to your home , the park has hired a towing company to “ patrol “ the area . If you have expired license plates, if you’re parked one too many cars ( even if there’s room or a driveway) you’re getting towed at your own expense . Why can’t I park my car in the driveway next to my house if it’s not being used? I wonder who is paying to have this towing company patrol our area. I have to park next to the school now. So if my car gets broken into , is this joke of a park going to pay for it? Are they going to tell the school that parents of the students cannot park there? Doubt it!

VERY NOSY NEIGHBORS. Illegally traps cats I was told by there maintenance person that they take them to the Forest Persevere and leave them for the animals, I took that to the management and was told by Karen ( dubee) that there’s nothing they can do about it. Dennis does what Dennis wants. God help you if the police show because you have a child with special needs and needed hospitalization. I was told that that can never happen again or I would have to pay major fines per Fran Millis a Justice elected official.

Worked with Fran on renting a brand new mobile home and everything was done so I could move in by the end of March . I love my new trailer. Fran was great to work with!

Love it been living here for 3 yrs this is the place to live if anyone is looking to rent or buy its quite friendly and clean

Very nice people! Definitely get that family feeling from them! Nice and quite area as well🙂

Went to visit. Easy to get in and out. Easy parking. Could have been better as far as pot holes.
