Be careful about the opening times, I was lucky, she opened the doors right in front of me....literally. Church is beautiful but for a small admition u get to clomb the bell tower which is the highest point in town. The view of town and surroundings is breath taking. Just hope they don't used the bells anymore🤣🤣

La chiesa di San Fortunato a Todi, iniziata in stile romanico nel 1192 e ricostruita in gotico dal 1292, rimase incompiuta nella facciata. Sorge in cima a una scalinata e presenta un interno a tre navate con cappelle affrescate, tra cui opere di Masolino da Panicale e Andrea Polinori. Nel coro si trovano stalli lignei del 1590 e nella cripta le spoglie di Jacopone da Todi; alcune opere originarie sono oggi nella Pinacoteca Comunale.
