Chiesa di San Pietro Caveoso

This is the only church in the sassi that is not dug into the rock. It was originally built in 1300 and modified in the 17th-century. Its a small church and worth having a quick look! There are really good views of the sassi and hills, as it's situated in a largish square with a viewpoint.

A church in a beautiful location with wonderful viewpoints. The church itself is small and inviting. The visit is free of charge.
