Chilehaus

This UNESCO World Heritage site is famous for its striking, ship-like shape, with sharp angles and intricate brickwork that showcases the Expressionist architectural style. The building’s facade is a masterpiece of brick design, and while it’s an office building with no interior access, you can spend about 15-30 minutes admiring its exterior. The surrounding area also features other interesting architecture to explore around on foot.

Architectural masterpiece. Dont miss in a Hamburg trip. “It is an exceptional example of the 1920s Brick Expressionism style of architecture. This large angular building is located on a site of approximately 6,000 m2 (1.5 acres), spanning the Fischertwiete Street in Hamburg. It was designed by the German architect Fritz Höger and finished in 1924. As part of Kontorhaus District, it was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2015.”

Wonderful place to take pictures and visit. The whole building looks so beautiful with the white windows. There are two buildings. The first one has the name " Chile Haus" on it. If you walk a little further, there is another separate building with the same design, this has a larger and more beautiful courtyard which has some restaurant and cafes

What a piece of architecture! The passage, the building and surroundings are very beautiful and worth seeing many times. After seeing it 848484 times, I still appreciate watching it. 👌🏻👌🏻

One of the most beautiful buildings in the world in my opinion.

Beautiful famous brick building in the Kontorhaus District. A great example of Brick Expressionism style. It has a very nice inner courtyard. Located near the Speicherstadt. Nearby, there is one more beautiful brick building with inner courtyard - Sprinkenhof. As a part of the Kontorhaus District, it's a parrt of the UNESCO Heritage.

Tolles Co-Working Erlebnis im Chilehaus! Das Co-Working im Chilehaus war wirklich gut! Die zentrale Lage und die gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV machten es sehr leicht, den Standort zu finden. Dank der klaren Unterteilung in die Bereiche A, B und C war Regius schnell auffindbar. Nach einem unkomplizierten Check-In begleitete mich Christian, der freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, zu meinem Raum. Dort konnte ich zu meiner Überraschung mit einer hervorragenden Internetverbindung arbeiten. Insgesamt eine super Erfahrung - ich komme gerne wieder!
