Chilimosa Comida Vegetariana y Vegana

Restaurante Chilimosa is a cute little restaurant that serves lovingly prepared food that is flavorful and delicious. I devoured the lasagna accompanied by a good salad. I also took a wrap to go, and a piece of carrot cake and an apple pastry. It's the best food I've had in Spain since arriving one week ago.

Lovely little gem of a restaurant right in the old own of Tarifa. Lots of vegan options. Very tasty food, a lot of choice. We visit every time we are in Tarifa... Oh, the desserts are great too. 😊

Vegetables don’t feature much on most Spanish menus so after 2 weeks of rich tapas it was lovely to have fresh vegetarian food. We went twice in a row it was so good. The samosa was ok but the halloumi salad a falafel plate were excellent & delicious. The server was ver pleasant, it’s a small place with a relaxed atmosphere so if you’re in a rush this isn’t the place for you. They do take away too.

I had the best seitan of my life at Chilimosa! Delicious, large portions and the staff are incredibly nice. Will be going again!

Sometimes it's hard to find a place where you can eat vegetarian without worrying about what's going to end up in your plate, and sometimes it's hard to find a connection with the people cooking for you. Be assured Chilimosa is none of the above ! We've been eating there 4 times in one week and the food is made with such care and beauty that we want to explore every single culinary experiences offered here. The cook is the nicest person, the staff is super friendly, it feels like entering another world in an already peculiar town. You have to try this tiny restaurant - and more especially the Seitan wrap - if you ever adventure yourself in the old town of Tarifa !

Five stars all around. Great ambience with friendly staff. I had the mezze platter with wine and lemon cheesecake for dessert. Everything was on point. The “mini-kofta” in the platter turned out to be a vegetarian seekh kebab. Very well done.

Nice place to get a bite--we got grilled Iberian pork to eat on the terrace during hours when most places have stopped serving lunch.

Delicious veggie fare! Small and cozy inside. Prices are very fair. Portions are generous. Had the somosa, falafel platter, gaba gaba and house wine. Planned to return the following night but kids were craving seafood.

Wonderful food. Wonderful people. Wonderful atmosphere. My wife is vegan and it is always a challenge finding somewhere to eat in a new city - let alone a town. I just wish that more of these type of lovely little places were available everywhere.

What an aum-azing place. Quaint little nook hidden away in the middle of Tarifa with really great food (vegetarian with a lot of vegan options and choices), great prices, and an ambiance that wraps it all up into a perfect little place to eat. If you are in Tarifa this place is a must. Did I mention how tasty the food was?

High quality, unique food. Service quick and pleasant. The soy burger was amazing and comes with the best BBQ sauce I've had. The falafel also is good. Definitely go here over the less special options on the main roads!
