Chili's Grill & Bar

This was the most nasty, unclean, unsafe restruant I have ever been too. I fell because of the grease on the floor. My steak plate had a giant hair on it. My husband's chicken was FROZEN when they brought his fajitas out. The staff was horse playing and cursing. The manager should not be a manager.

Listed on the internet as 10% discount for 55 and above but doesn't say for just certain locations. They don't do that discount in Terre Haute. Although the manager did do it this time for us. They do other discount for military and police. The Caribbean salad I thought was great!

We we're pleasantly surprised at the quality of food here. It was really good. The appetizers were amazing and almost a full meal all by themselves. My daughters meal of cheesy pasta and chicken with a side of corn on the cob off the kids menu was FULL SIZE and it was delicious! The wait wasn't very long and our server was friendly and attentive. We will definitely eat here again.

This was by far the WORST experience I have had at a restaurant. Waited for over an hour for our food. Never received an apology or explanation for the wait. Waitress checked on us once. When we got our food, the steak was hard and tough. The broccoli was cold and salty. The management and service is AWFUL! Any other manager would of offered a discount, free meal, even a free dessert or something. I will NEVER EVER go there again. Went there for a nice dinner date with my boyfriend and we left mad and still hungry because we didn’t eat crappy food. We were too nice to say anything and thinking that we would at least be offered a discount.

Seven of us traveling through and stopped for dinner. Got seated instantly. Our server Leah was fantastic. Food was great was a fantastic experience. Make sure you ask for Leah you won't be disappointed. PS I am very picky when it comes to restaurants having grown up in a restaurant family.

Good service, clean and decent environment. Most foods are pretty decent but I didn't see anything spectacular on the menu. It is a nice place for a group. I enjoy the Mexican egg roll appetizer, which is filling for a full meal. Would give it more stars but it isn't a spectacular menu.

Food was good, server was attentive, that's about all I can say for the positives. We took a seat in the bar, the table was wet near the menus and the floor beneath the booth was covered in what I can only assume was soda. Cleanliness in their bar is negligible at best.

I visit this location quite often, both dining in and carry-out. The service has always been decent and the food is always good. It is usually pretty slow during lunch time so you may be able to get in and out quicker than some other sit down establishments. The main dining room is a large open room that can get rather loud when they are busy.
