Rickette was amazing! Made the best tasting drink I’ve had all 2024!!! Maybe even 2023. On point! Fast service. Checked on us. And was super sweet about getting boxes and anything needed. Highly recommend her as server.

Summer was a great server. She had a few tech issues with inputting our order in to the kitchen. We just felt she was a little overwhelmed or overloaded as she was the Only server in our area with several large parties and 3 other tables. However she did an amazing job and we did extend much grace seeing that it was just her. We ordered appetizers but they did not come out until 5 min before our food and we waited 20 min for the appetizers 😞 Soon you can image with a party of 5 our table was a bit overwhelming with food. The new menu was crazy... but we survived. We kind of like the new pick 3 menu however there is very limited items but the value is great. We ordered the following A trio platter (not pictured) Appetizer The pick 3 drink, appetizer,, and entrée The upgraded queso ( you pick three dips with endless chips) Old timer with fries and a drink $10.99 The next order was the soup appetizer, shrimp pasta and drink for 15$ Another ordered the Buffalo wings and curly fries 7.99 And another ordered the Philly steak and curly fries 10.99 It was a while since I had been to a Chilli's and we choose this one (which is a 30 min drive) for the atmosphere per my friend request.

We waited for someone to bring us to our seat for a long time. Our waitress was sweet, but the overall atmosphere was negative. Our drink(lemonade)had a large bug and other things floating in it. This is very concerning. What else is in the kitchen?

After a few service missteps, such as food we didn't order and them being out of Grand Marnier for a margarita, everything was corrected. Everything was tasty and reasonably priced. One odd thing about their menu is that they have prices for all of the food, but none of the drinks. It was a fun surprise on the bill at the end :)

Got the smokehouse combo w/ the bbq ribs and chicken crisps. It was good but the food was lukewarm when we received it. Everything else was cool though.

Ordered door dash and communication was great and so was the food. Love the triple dipper I always get boneless wings and big mouth bites. I love the chips and salsa. Chips always fresh and so yummy. My boyfriend got the shrimp tacos and he said they were delicious. I really miss the spinach and artichoke dip from here, it was my favorite, I’m so sad they got rid of it and have not brought it back

Sub par at best. The cleanliness is very questionable. Look at the TV and touch pad they presented me. Looks as if they have never been cleaned. Two of the TVs didn’t work and the liquor rail isn’t fully stocked. If they aren’t even cleaning highly visible areas, then how well are they cleaning the areas we can’t see? The liquor rail not being stocked speaks to work ethic of the employees, if they can’t even stock a basic highly visible liquor rail then what else are they short cutting on? Service was ok but not great, bartender wasn’t around that much behind the bar but she did pop up to see how I was doing. Refills and food time were running slow but overall wasn’t horrible but not great either. Food tasted ok. For a basic burger and fries it wasn’t bad but everything else made really question the whole restaurant.

We were apprehensive about coming here because of the bad reviews. We were pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was clean and inviting. The service was fantastic! Monty , our server, was so helpful and patient with the children. The food was hot and delicious!!! Even the ribeye was cooked to perfection! What a wonderful experience! Under new management now and it truly shows!!!
