Just ordered on door dash and had the cutest sticker on my box. Food was great but this made my day because with how ugly the world is today, random messages like this can make anyone’s day and it definitely made mine. Shoutout to Christina I hope you’re having a great day!

The food was delicious and arrived pretty quickly. The service was excellent—our server was very attentive and friendly. Plus, the atmosphere was really nice. We will definitely be coming back.

Best chilis I have been to in a while! Alicia was our server and she was great. The whole team was. Pleasantly surprised by the great service we had. They didn’t miss a beat.

Had the occasion to be by this location this evening and remembered seeing an ad for their Smashburger and thought I would give it a shot. Sat at the bar, and Raven took great care of me. She was helpful when I had questions and made sure my beverage was refilled when needed. The side salad that came first was just the size and fresh. The smash burger and fries did not disappoint either. I will be back. Thanks again, Raven.

Scheduled Bridal shower party in reserved closed/open patio. Private and roomy with large windows for sun light and fresh air. Very nice experience with friendly waiter and waitress who kept our glasses full. Food was hot and fresh considering how large our party was we were able to eat together. Would use them again for special occasions and just eating with family and friends.

Going on a random Tuesday for a late lunch guaranteed that not a single soul would be in this restaurant. we had excellent service, the food was as good as it gets for a chili's, but the server we had was very very very attentive and despite being a fast drinker, my cups never fell empty and I believe she managed to get me for 6 or 7 refills, all without me asking. the manager stopped by our table to see how we were enjoying our meal and finally when we went to pay (we were a big pain in the butt trying to split the check half card half cash) the servers were more than delightful about the whole ordeal. would come back again just for the service. 5 stars for the service, lost one star overall because the food was kinda lack luster.

This was my first time eating at this Chilli's that I can recall. I have more pros about this location than a major con. The only reason i gave it four stars because when I walked in it took at least ten minutes to be seated by the hostess, which saw me standing by the podium yet went to another employee to discuss something before approaching me. If it wasn't for the great tasting food and the person whom served me who did an awesome job, the rating could've easily been three stars.

This Chili's restaurant is located very close to my house. I can't believe I haven't reviewed it before now! Our server was very upbeat and attentive. He convinced me to try a Shark Attack Margarita. It was tasty and a first for me! It was crowded that evening, but our chips and salsa and a few minutes later, our dinner arrived quickly and were fresh and hot. We ordered a take home meal as well and that showed up without much of a wait as well. We both ordered the 3 For Me Big Smash Burgers. It was an excellent value for the price. We had a coupon for the chips and salsa through Chili's Rewards so we were able to order appetizers for ourselves with the 3 For Me. My Loaded Baked Potato Soup was excellent but my husband's side salad was a bit on the skimpy side. Even the bowl is miniature! Overall, we had a great time and will be back.

The presidente margarita recipe seems to have changed and the container is half full or half empty depending upon how you view. I had the cajun chicken and shrimp Pasta and my friend had the chicken crispers meal. The 3 for me has one less side, one less crisper and additional fees for nearly every item. My pasta came dry and i had to ask for more alfredo sauce which i realized was cold after i poured it onto my pasta. The meal tasted good but chilis is at a new pricepoint and it was far from perfect.

15 to 20 minute wait to sit with a mostly empty restaurant. The place has actually got decent besides the hostess never letting you sit down.

The food at Chili's in Palm Springs location is good. However, our group of 3 couples went on Valentine's Day evening for dinner, all seated at one table together. I was amazed when the waitress we had took one couple's order, went back to the desk to enter the order and then came to the 2nd couple to get their order. Again she left the table and went to enter the 2nd couple's order. Finally, she returned to our table to get our order. I asked if all our meals would come out together, and she replied. "No, because it's Valentine's Day." Unbelievable! Finally our meals came out, two at a time. We were last to order, and had to wait quite a time to get our food. In the meantime, other tables were seated after us and served before we were served. The restaurant was busy but no one was in line waiting to get a table.

It's Chili's so the bar wasn't too high. The service from the waitress was great. The steak fajitas were way over cooked but were still decent.

Love the chipotle chicken fingers have been very consistent with quality, I suggest everyone to join the reward program they give you free chips lol

I don't usually ever do reviews, but I ordered from this location since I didn't feel like cooking the food came in about 20 minutes. I loved the food. Everything was hot and it looked just like the picture. I was actually given five chicken pieces instead of four which was actually nice I got the right sauces. I even got a few more extra sauces. I got some hand sanitizer wipes. It was awesome and as I was closing everything to throw the trash out, I noticed Christina left the sticker. I'm not sure who Christina is, but she's probably the manager or something. I do think her going to extra mile was very thoughtful and nice and I will keep coming to this location as I have for the past years.

Food was good. drinks real good and good service. Better service in the bar. We enjoyed our dining experience.

Ordered online and came in to to picked it up to go. Was completely ignored for atleast 10 minutes, just left standing there. At least 5-6 workers walked by and said nothing. Had to flag a couple ppl down or would still be standing there right now. Even stood there and called the phone number and no one came and checked the phone. Never seen nothing like this before. Unprofessional as hell.

Im a single mom and I worked all day edging a trench and me and my daughter decided to splurge and get chilis! I was exhausted - I tried to order online but when I got there we all realized that my online order didn't go through. The vibe was a little weird but the waitstaff took my order and the whole reason I came was for the boneless Buffalo wings - they told me they didn't have any! I was ordering the triple dipper - we were getting the nash moz, Nash bb wings, and bb wings. So I had a long day so I was bummed but it was fine. I took a menu and sat down - that was the first time I sat down all day so I took my time and called my kid and stood in line to place my order - by that time someone came in and was taking a whole...:the original person who took my order walked up and there was too people at the Togo desk but they never asked me...so the manager noticed I was there for a while - so she took my order. I got brisket quesadilla, triple dipper with crispers and burgers instead and "chips and salsa with a side of ranch" - I used to work at chilis so you know we love to mix the salsa and the ranch. I was aghast when it came to 45$ but I tipped $5 and enjoyed sitting because I was too tired. When I got home to eat there was no salsa...okay so what no big deal - but the chips and salsa that used to be free - was now 6.99 I was like man I was craving that / everything had gone wrong for dinner but I was going with it...I called back it was 10:20/10:30 but online it said chilis closed at 11pm. The person on the phone knew exactly who I was but I was like "hey I just got home and I live kind of far and there was no salsa" and the person on the phone said "you said you didn't want salsa" and I said no I said "chips and salsa with a side of ranch, I would let it go but it was 6.99" she was very rude and said "okay well you can come in tomorrow and get salsa because we are closed right now" - I said "well you know that the chips are not gonna keep till tomorrow" - I was very nice but I was also very tired so I was overly tired and I was def annoyed in this moment and she said "it was very disrespectful to you" and I didn't understand why she would say that and I said "what do you mean disrespectful - and she was being a smart ass saying "we are so sorry we were so disrespectful to and forgot your salsa" and I didn't realize she was being mean - and I said oh no it's not disrespectful at all - just a mistake no big...and before I could get my sentence out she hung up on me! Let me tell you - after the day I had and the shitty meal I just spent $50 on I just wanted to cry and I was way too embarrassed to come and get chips and salsa today. Hands down worst experience I have had in a restaurant in a long time. I don't understand what made everyone so bitchy to me. I was tired, dirty, and sweaty - so I don't know but def will not be going back there to face any of those meanies!

I came to this location with some co-workers last night and instantly regretted it. Within an hour of getting home, I was in so much pain. My stomach killed and I was stuck on the toilet after vomiting. After that experience, I will never go to this Chili's again. If you do come here, be prepared that the food may just not sit well with you...

I love Chili's, it's by far my favorite chain restaurant. And I love their pickles, they're really some of the best in the biz. It's my first time at this location and the whole experience was ok at best. I asked for a table, I was taken to a booth. I reiterated that I wanted a table and motioned to the group of tables. The host took me to a different booth by the aforementioned tables. I had to physically put my hands on the table and say, "no sir, I want a table not a booth." He still looked confused, so I just sat down. My husband and I both ordered the bacon burger with fries. The fries were under seasoned, but cooked correctly. The burger was a little bland and not what I expected from Chili's. I asked for extra pickles on my sandwich as well as a side of them. I had no problem paying extra for them. . . .if they would have given me a decent amount. I didn't get extra on the burger and I got a side of four slices. So 12 and a 1/2 cents per slice. Every other Chili's I have been to, brings out a minimum of a salsa sized cup without a charge. But I guess I wasn't too surprised as they had a really weak mix to their soda. I guess ya save pennies where ya can? ‍ Am I being petty about the pickles? Probably. But other Chili locations have been extraordinary, that this one simply seemed very meh.

I had the worst experience at this location. The Food wasn't even edible to eat! I will never be back again!!! I willm also tell everyone i know how horrible the food is and to never go to this location ever!!! My bartender was great but the did was horrible.

Not a huge fan of chili's knowing that pretty much most of the menu is frozen, pre-made, and bland. I decided to give chili's a chance and ordered the steak (medium rare) and mashed potatoes. The outside appearance of the steak was of course well cooked, black prints from the grill they use. But once I cut the steak open it was completely raw. Some will say well what do you expect with medium rare? But medium rare is not RAW. Sent it back to the kitchen they brought me out a second plate, I appreciate the chef hand delivering it to me but sadly the second time around was still raw. By this moment I was starving so I ate the outside edges that were cooked. THE COW WAS BASICALLY STILL WALKING. Chewy since it was straight from the cow. Anyways, I truly believe one is better off paying more money at a gourmet restaurant for a delicious beautiful meal. Don't settle for less people. As Gordon Ramsey says: BLOODY HELL THATS DISGUSTING

I just popped in for a margarita and chips and I was not Disappointed . I got the Presdente and it was yummy . I added chips and salsa and queso , it makes a nice relaxing moment

Service was good, thanks Miranda. Music was very entertaining. Wings were cold, fries were old, but steak sandwich was great. Very entertaining atmosphere.

Wow everything was amazing. Service is great. Staff and Management were extremely pleasant. Love coming here to watch football games and hear the music.

Came back in a group and decided to give them another try... horrible idea. We ordered cheese fries and the Cajun shrimp pasta. They bright fries with no cheese. The pasta tasted like it was made hours before we arrived. The drinks were not even good. I just was overwhelmed by how horrible this place is.

No fork or spoons after my dinner was served . They served me wrong shrimp & steak Fajitas. Then server snatched my plate and gave me correct plate .that was nasty . Beans in little bowl were cold . Tomato's we're not fresh . The bar tender tried starling $10 after he handed me back my change for $100.00 and bar tender had the nerve to say that oh he gave me $46.00 change .I the customer told him you only gave me $36.00 . No tip for you from soup Nazii customer.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience here with our server, Paco. The food was really good. I had the dry rub ribs with corn, loaded fries and chicken crispers. She had the new chicken and waffles with fries entree and we both loved the food. The service was really quick too. We sat down and immediately were greeted by our server. The food was out quick and our drinks were good too. Overall, Chilis is a fantastic chain that serves a little bit of every type of food, which makes it perfect for picky people like me. I definitely plan on making this my go to Chilis for sure.

Chips: grossly over salted and greasy. Sauce: flavorless Quesadilla: greasy/salty and way too much cheese. Bathroom: dirty. The only saving grace was the waitress.

I went for a platter and dessert, everything was ok besides the waiter not paying attention to my table.

I had a late lunch here today with my mother. There was a young man as post and his name was Scott and he was the most polite young man I've met in a long time. Our waitress name was Stephanie and she honestly made us feel like we were regulars and she knew us. The food a little salty, but between Scott and Stephanie made the whole lunch a bit more enjoyable. Very enjoyable experience.

2 servers on a Friday night. Fire your management team. This is not because of Covid, this is just poor management. Prior to Covid they were always under staffed or just have crappy servers. If you order take out you are missing something. Hell you sit down and order and you'll still miss something. It does not matter the day or time you go to this Chili's you will always have to wait. My family likes Chili's so that's why I put up with it, but we all agreed that is our last time going to that Chili's. Why is it so hard to bring people what they ordered? You already have us waiting damn. Do better we are sick of it..

1 star is too much for this Chili's!!! Waited to be seated Once seated Waited for anyone..... NO ONE came...... They stopped to take an item or two off of a dirty table near us BUT never spoke to us, no drinks, nothing! Worst run restaurant in Palm Beach County! Dont waste your time! We left.....its 2pm.

Rat infested Me and my family went to chili's we ordered our drinks next thing we know we here a lady screaming in the kitchen then we here people screaming in the dining area then all of a sudden my 2 year old say mommy look its a dog when i look over it was a huge rat running around the dining room area we ordered food for 80 dollars as the server bring it out we ask for our check and left the manager didnt even come out to say he apologize for what happen my daughter was traumatized by this experience she say she dont want to ever eat out. That was my wife's worst birthday dinner

Service is slow and not very attentive. Garbage on all the tables around me. The tables were dirty and covered with trash for over an hour. I asked for water. It only took 10 minutes or so and had to remind him

I just had the worst experience at any restaurant I have been to went here like I do many times they told me I cannot sit in the bar area and I have to wait I the waiting area or in my car.asked for the manager the person they sent was Carlos Gutierrez but probably fake. He said the same thing so I am over at Flanagans at the bar and they do not have tables but bar is giving drinks right away

I've been here several times since it opened about a year or so ago. Always had a good time with fast smiling service. The food is typically Chili's. Beware they are pushing fried eggs to top almost anything.

This is the worst experience I've had in my life. The service was incredibly awful, the food was terrible and while we were waiting for our server to bring us the check (which they charged us for the cold, skimpy chicken in 2 of the dishes, one of them was sent back and one meal had cold fries and missing corn on the cob which never came after the manager said it should be right out) some guy who was friends with one of the bartenders was taking snapchats of us. The guy was wearing a black hoodie with the hood up and sitting in the corner. Really suspicious. The manager never came over to apologize again or make sure the bill was fixed or even to see if we got the food that was missing. Our server never came back to check on us either. We were waiting for a while before we had to wave down our server who was on his phone with his friend at the bar. We will be writing to corporate to let them know our experience. Really beyond disappointing because we used to love chilis. It has gone down hill or this establishment is majorly slacking.

Not only is chili's the best place to go for comfort food, but they have the best prices. If you want to go out for a chill drink this is the place to be at! Great drink and food deals. Only bad thing about this place is me cheating on my diet! I can't leave without devouring a chocolate molten cake, and if you decide to get the cookie I recommend to tell the waitress to warm the cookie up a bit more (sometimes it's a little hard). Customer service kicks it off, the employees greet me as if I've been a friend for years! Kevin is the best bartender ever super friendly & Kirby is so quick and efficient as a waiter. Definitely the place to go to for a quick meal

Chili's never fail, love these place to hang with friend and family. Prices are really decent nothing to crazy, in these visit to chili's I hang around by the bar area with some friend we order a few appetizer and most important beer 2 for 1 is always a plus anywhere you go. The bar attender was really on point with the drinks my beer mug was never empty that a A+ on my book;), for dinner I had the chicken & waffle I guess is a new item on the menu and let tell you it was really good, if you stop by give them a try :), overall was a great night with good service.

Absolutely worst food I've ever eaten. I have been pescatarian for over five years- I cannot eat meat., every time I order a shrimp/fish dish from this restaurant I somehow receive chicken alongside it. I feel as if it's a personal vendetta every time I order something non-meat at this place. I find it In my salad, in my pasta, etc. I have given this restaurant false hope and my $$ for subpar food.

I have never been so disappointed at a Chili's Restaurant in my LIFE! After ordering a 7.00 Bloody Mary that had no discernable alcohol then being ignored by multiple bar staff I could NEVER recommend anyone to sit at the bar of this location. I had to ask that the dirty dishes be removed after pushing them away for more than 10 minutes THEN had to ask a passing bar staff for the check then had to ask them to take the money after it had been sitting on the bar for about 10 more minutes THEN I had to go back and ask for the receipt that had the online survey on it. My soup arrived cold with a skin {loaded baked potato} and I was nothing if not extra polite with these jerks. {4 that I remember} Definitely did not tip and I NEVER do that.

This was the 3rd time my bf and I tried to come in this location. Second time we sat there for 45 minutes watching everyone else get their drinks AND food before they even came over to us. We ended up flagging someone down, ordering drinks and then 20 minutes later walked out because we still had not gotten drinks. I actually tipped a young guy (busting his butt) instead of our waitress tonight. She didn't ask if we needed refills on our liquor after 4 glasses sat there empty for 20 minutes.

Chilis is an all time favorite for me but the Chilis at this location was far less then expected. Eating light and simple I ordered the Caribbean Salad which was to include per the menu, Sesame Seeds, Red Bell Peppers,Green Onions,Cilantro,Dried Cranberries, Fresh Pineapple and Mandarin Oranges with Honey-Lime Dressing. Topped with Chicken or Shrimp, I opted for the Chicken. The salad arrived with very little dressing , about 6 Cranberries, a fare amount of pineapple and mandarin oranges. No cilantro, no red bell peppers, no sesame seeds,no green onion. I got red onion instead. It was so so, I felt the greens were not fresh. First time I was disappointed with Chilis. No wifi at any of their restaurants is another draw back.

My wife and I go to this chili's at least twice a week and we've gotten to know the staff very well. Everyone here is amazing and the food is always spot on. It's a convenient and delicious spot for a quick bite to eat.

What an absolutely disappointment!!! Dirty bathrooms, cold food and who's ever heard of not having celery for buffalo wings?!?! This is my second time here where they don't have celery available! The only good thing was our server. She was attentive and the guy who sat us. Save you money and go elsewhere!

Very unorganized. My food was brought out in shifts and not together. Only me and my boyfriend might I mention. Parts of both our meals were missing and had to get several different waiters to help us because ours seemed to keep disappearing. Next time I'd like to go out I'll find a place where we can eat together and not separate because the food isn't served together. Might I also mention, it was us and maybe 7-10 other tables. Not a busy time to excuse this.

I sat in the bar area and was served by Kevin the bartender, has a great personality and is very helpful, the bar lead who's name is also Kevin was is very nice and accommodating, I mentioned that I was in a hurry they got my food out right away and it was very tasty... no issues everything was perfect...

My food was delivered, the food delicious,and plentiful.They forgot the cheese cake that was supposed to come with our meal,when I called they graciously removed a portion of my tab for the mistake.Thank you as we like eating here, it's my daughters favorite place.

Anyone the takes the time to read this PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT EAT THEIR. The only thing I can say good about this place is the bartender is a sweetheart. But the floors DISGUSTING , my wife mentioned she almost fell the floors were so slippery, another customer complained about them as well and their is trash everywhere. We eat and there is a got damn maggot on my wife's broccoli yes a MOVING MAGGOT. We quickly told the manager and he told us the vegetables do not get washed ?!?! I was eating a salad and I was mortified. Please do not eat here it's absolutely disgusting.

The staff did not go above and beyond to make it memorable. They gave me exactly the type of service I would come to expect from a corporate run restaurant. Would I go out of my way to eat here, no. If you wanted chain food, this is your place.

Delicious food and friendly staff! Excellent to go menu All served fast at a reasonable price! Try the prime rib tacos-served with black beans and rice-So Good!

They take so long to give the food and forget about the customer I went to Chili's and we had to wait over an hour just to get addicted.

This restaurant knows how to treat it's customers. Kirby is our regular server and treats us and all of his other customers with a very friendly attitude and prompt service. He always takes excellent care of us. We have never had poor food here. Well worth your time for a visit!
