The staff was super friendly and helped us find out if our next destination was safe due to a Taifun. The rooms were clean and decorated nicely. The bed was a 10/10 and the cats a nice surprise 😊 Would 100% recommend!

This place was just perfect for our family! Very chilled place, complete with cat cafe, free snacks, face masks, books and lots of info. Beds so comfortable. Everyone slept great... 7/11 next door with lots of cafes and restaurants. 10 walk to 2 metro lines. Staff really nice with metro cards, ordering taxis and other info - thank you so much. Lovely few days in Taipai

Unusual entrance. Is it a Hostal or a hotel and where’s the roof? Amazing room and very friendly staff. Great location. I would definitely stay again.

This is an excellent choice for those on a budget who want to be in the city. The staff is friendly and attentive. The place has the feel of a youth hostel. There are many restaurants nearby as well as shopping centers. The packet of free goodies and a working fridge is a plus. One thing they could improve on would be to have non-feather pillows available for those with allergies. But, all in all, good value for money.

The hotel is unassuming as it’s located on the top floor of an older building but it’s got a cute vibe and it’s clean. The room we got (2 double beds) was very spacious and the beds were comfy. A lot of other hotels around Taiwan favor hard beds but the ones at this place were medium firm, and they also give four pillows per bed, which I really appreciated. They also have a small cat room in the lobby with two resident kitties that you can visit during the day!

A very unassuming and cozy property. Nice room decors , spacious , comfortable and clean. Simple yet sufficient. The location is very convenient with plenty restaurants, 7/11 etc near by. The staff molly and her team are very helpful and patient. Definitely recommend!

I loved my stay at Chill Roof. Check in was simple and the room was great; very clean, well provisioned and very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room very quiet, so perfect for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the small environmental touch of no bottled water but a refillable bottle and water dispenser.
