- No mirrors available - Rugs would really enhance the space - Could use a few more hooks - The toilet seems to have some maintenance issues - Not very convenient for kids or seniors if you're on the higher floors - The location might not be ideal for everyone especially if you're looking for some food options. The tricycle is P200 from there to the place where you can eat and another P200 to get back. - No chairs provided - A fridge would be a great addition - Soap is not provided - While it’s budget-friendly, it feels a bit pricey for what’s offered - The AC could use some improvement - There are some ants on the wall and bed - Pets aren't allowed, but there were dog waste issues on the second floor - A few more blankets would be helpful. I booked it for 6 people and 1 child, but we only have 2 blankets. - Found some red stains on the blanket Hope this helps!

Did my reservation over Hostelworld for a female dorm. They reached out by email but it went into my spam folder. I reacted 48 hours later and they told me that there is no space anymore in the female dorm, even if i already payed a part od the costs and getting the confirmation. After 2-3 emails they said that there is going to be a free bed at the female dorm after all. When I arrived, there were still 2 beds free in the female dorm. The bill I payed through bank transfer was way too much, they got me a refund of almost 2‘200 pesos (amount on bill was wrong). The beds are very small, maybe 1.60 m in length. Shower smelled like a toilet. Lockers were all broken except from one so we couldn‘t store our stuff safely, especially as there is no way to lock the door to the room?! Last night I woke up to a stranger in the bed next to me at 2.30 am eating and making so much noise. She wasn‘t checked in our room, she didn‘t had any backpack or suitcase and was wearing the same stuff like in the night after she left in the morning. This was so wierd and even if it was a woman, it was still frightening, especially because she ran out of the room as soon as we slowly were waking up in the morning. The pool wasn‘t clean at all so you can‘t use it. Good thing was the beach nearby and the staff was still welcoming and friendly - but that is it. Can‘t recommend this hostel to a woman.

Horrible for a family trip! First the steep stairs, NO GOOD specially if u got seniors with you. I had 3 rooms booked, all of 'em got drainage problem, hot water broke so had to go to a different room to shower. Super under staff we stayed there for 4 nights and only saw people at the front desk which was btw all the way at the top with people literally twice our whole stay there. Pool was dirty and covered(basically unavailable to use), when we checked in, there was no toilet paper so we had to buy some. The linen and towels were stained and stank. They cleaned the 3rd day and changed it to a better one.. Also, there were a time where there were no power for at least 2 hrs and it was just miserable. They did not have any back up power The whole entire place was just a rundown tbh. If y'all can add more to y'all's budget for a better accomodations I would say do so. The only good thing about this place is that it is closer to the most quiet beach out in boracay which is the diniwid beach. But that was it. Also the stores around it was good too.

I cannot believe how awful this hotel was literally the worst i’ve ever been in. The pictures im attaching will explain itself. As you can see there are ants everywhere on the bed as well as the floor. The sheets have orange mystery stains. I asked the front desk if we can have new sheets put in they told me at 9am they will add news sheets however the day ends and we still have no new sheets… the pillows smell like wet mold as if they weren’t dried and left wet. The worst part im so mad i didn’t get a picture of.. there was literally 2 inch cockroaches upstairs crawling around I cannot believe this hotel is allowed to stay open. The only good thing about this place is the view everything else isn’t even worth 1 star.

We recently had a team building at chillax. It was my first there, the view from the top was breathtaking. Stairs are good for exercise especially for younger visitors but not for oldies. Highly recommended for those visitors who wants very affordable hostel to stay in the Island.

Every day is a challenge for us to go ups and down in the stairs, and so unique the style and ambience in their place even it's far a little from the beach we enjoyed to stay there even the weather is bad we enjoy more the pool in their hotel.i can go back again .

Stayed here in July, place was great. Good prices, easy to come and go as you please. Can bring your own food and drinks to keep the budget down. Staff was nice. Diniwid area quiet and a little far from Dmall but I really didn't have any problems.
