Chillout Flats Bed & Breakfast

David and Rosario were excellent hosts. They sent us detailed instructions prior to our stay about the different ways to get to the B&B from the airport--including a written explanation in Spanish for a Taxi driver. They were very responsive any time we had a question. We had a very comfortable and quiet room (with an excellent bed!) No air conditioning in the room, but the fan worked perfectly well. The breakfasts were delicious--all homemade with fresh ingredients, including fresh juices and homemade muesli. Great location for walking to many of the highlights in the city. We would definitely return to Chillout Flat.

Perfect for our short visits in and out of Mexico City. Super location in the historic center. Located in a residential building. Not a hotel. Walk anywhere. Safe and clean. Provides all you need. Filtered water in a common kitchen. Insulated double windows to keep the noise down. Wonderful shower with plenty hot water. Even a washing machine if you are inclined. Super nice and welcoming hosts. Top notch breakfast. We'll be back. Thanks!

Excellent welcome by Rosario. The room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and home made. The flat is situated in the center historical of Mexico so practical to visit the City. I recommend this accomodation ++++

There isn't a better place to stay in the Central Historic District! Not only is the location perfect, the staff is like extended family. Comfortable accommodations and fantastic breakfast. Do yourself a favor and make your reservations today!

A wonderful experience from the moment of arrival and highly recommended. Rosario and Andrea are wonderful hosts and born naturals for making guests feel at home. Not a very chill place. Smelly bathroom. No kitchen privledges. Mediocre breakfast. The owners seem to be in this for the money, not for the love of being great hosts. Left bags on last day to pick up in the afternoon. When picked up bags, asked if I could use the bathroom. Response was, "No. Sorry. We don't have public rest rooms."

Rosario is a wonderful hostess. Sumptuous breakfast every day. Room was clean and comfortable. Right in the Centro Historico, walk to bus or Metro. We will stay again.

Excellent B&B located within walking distance to many sights and shopping. Comfortable beds and very quiet at night. Would not hesitate to stay again, also enjoyed the breakfast!
