Chillout Hostel

Had a really good stay. Clean rooms, facilities and basic amenities available. Highly recommend, amazing location. Yes there is a bar and pub downstairs which can be noisy during weekends. But overall a really nice location to stay as everything is within walking distance.

Location is perfect very close to major attractions. What makes my stay miserable is the noise. They have a bar right down below the rooms on the ground floor. On Saturday you would find yourself feeling like right inde the bar with your heart beat following the music rythm until 3:30am!! My worst experience in my life!

The hostel is very central within Zagreb and as such has an excellent location. The staff were pretty relaxed and friendly, checking us in fairly quickly. Although a bit expensive, the room was great with very comfortable beds and a good bathroom. The room and the hostel in general were both very clean. It had great air-conditioning. The rooftop hostel bar isn't great but the ground floor bar is much better.

Frrom the check-in progress to check-out everything was easy and good. Both room and it's bathroom was super clean, amentities are great, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Location was also great since it is really located in the center.

the guesthouse has an excellent location, we were very well received, the rooms are comfortable and very clean! The only thing I don't recommend is staying in rooms that have a window overlooking the main street because of the noise, even with ear plugs left by the hostel the noise is quite loud and quite annoying and the smell of cigarettes is very strong in the bar. , in corridors and elevators

It ticks a whole lot of the boxes for what makes a good hostel. Towels provided. Linen, blankets and pillows are all good quality. Importantly, the bathroom experience is good. Bathmats are provided and (pretty sure) are replaced daily. The attached bars and club are good. Kris in on the ground floor bar is a pretty proactive and welcoming dude, and on the whole, the staff seem to be pretty professional and kind. Nice hostel.

The location is super good and excellent, near to all touristic spots, and very easy to reach it if u come by bus, the room was really clean and every day u find ur bed clean and done by the good ladies there, the only negative point is the bar there, they charge u a drink every time u want to just have a seat there.

It’s nice to hang out in the open bar area during the day, and it’s really popping at night mostly with locals - however that’s when also when it becomes anything but chill. If you like sleeping at all then stay elsewhere, because the hostel seems designed to keep you up all night hopefully buying drinks at the bar. Music so loud you can feel the vibrations in your bones from upstairs, rickety and structurally conjoined beds built so that every time someone turns over it feels like a 5.0 on the Richter scale for everyone, and the smell of smoke everywhere. Solid location and friendly staff though?
