The hotel is very clean and the staff is excellent and the bed is clean and the towels are clean. Thanks to all the staff and special thanks to the receptionist who helped me print the papers. You are very kind. I wish you all the best, my friend.

Located in the center of Zagreb, is everything reachable by walking distance. The rooms are ok. I was on the first floor and there were problems with noise. The rooftop and underground are very nice. Downside is the breakfast. It is not worth the price.

I love my staying there, the bed is comfortable, the pillow and the cover, it’s cool in the room, the bathroom is clean and you will get a clean towels and shampoo so everything was perfect and you are in the middle of the town so.. The night shift guy was so helpful and kind he helped me cuz I was walking around the city looking for a place to stay and this hostel was the best option ❤️

the guesthouse has an excellent location, we were very well received, the rooms are comfortable and very clean! The only thing I don't recommend is staying in rooms that have a window overlooking the main street because of the noise, even with ear plugs left by the hostel the noise is quite loud and quite annoying and the smell of cigarettes is very strong in the bar. , in corridors and elevators

It ticks a whole lot of the boxes for what makes a good hostel. Towels provided. Linen, blankets and pillows are all good quality. Importantly, the bathroom experience is good. Bathmats are provided and (pretty sure) are replaced daily. The attached bars and club are good. Kris in on the ground floor bar is a pretty proactive and welcoming dude, and on the whole, the staff seem to be pretty professional and kind. Nice hostel.

This place has a very nice unique location and atmosphere facing the main street in Zagreb. IF you have never been in a hostel before, this is the right place to start doing it. I would only complaint about staff, they are friendly but not flexible as they suppose to be to give a great experience and reputation. Quality: 8/10 cleanliness: 10/10 Atmosphere: 10/10 Prices: 8/10 Staff: 6/10 Waiting time: 10/10 Location: 10/10 Satisfaction 8/10 Wi-Fi 10/10 Toilets 10/10 Overall, I search for a good spots around the world so i would recommend it.

I had a very mediocre experience in this hostel. It is located in a perfect spot, very close to the funicular and both the upper and lower town and most monuments/museums. That's about where the good part ends. The staff was helpful in general, but kind of cold. They don't offer locks for any of the lockers, not even to rent. I stayed in 2 different rooms and on the first one I had a terrible experience, my bed covers and sheets were smelling funky and had hairs on them, as if they left it from the previous person. I wouldn't recommend renting one of the beds in one of the 6 person rooms (I didn't, I just had to stay there one night because of a misunderstanding). The beds are really small and claustrophobic, and also really close to each other with only a wooden type of curtain? separating them. Each time one of the other guests was turning or moving in their sleep I could feel it as well! The showers are also claustrophobic and small, at least they seemed clean. There is also a bar downstairs and from midnight to 2am you can hear the music & feel the vibrations from the speakers, so keep that in mind as well. Even on the actual room I paid for, I strongly doubt my bed was cleaned because I found a used bottle on it. When I complained to one of the girls at the reception about the lack of proper hygiene and basic expectations being met she said some lame excuse about people sleeping in other beds at times. It's a hostel, I didn't expect 5star deluxe hotel conditions but hygiene and cleaniness are expected in all kinds of lodging.

It’s nice to hang out in the open bar area during the day, and it’s really popping at night mostly with locals - however that’s when also when it becomes anything but chill. If you like sleeping at all then stay elsewhere, because the hostel seems designed to keep you up all night hopefully buying drinks at the bar. Music so loud you can feel the vibrations in your bones from upstairs, rickety and structurally conjoined beds built so that every time someone turns over it feels like a 5.0 on the Richter scale for everyone, and the smell of smoke everywhere. Solid location and friendly staff though?
