Really fantastic hidden gem! Small local menu, loads of things made in house, and such friendly staff. Probably the best charcuterie board I’ve ever had. The server explained everything in English for us. We didn’t book on a Friday night but there was a few tables free - really small and cosy inside. We would definitely go back! Moderately priced but the quality of the food is superb. Probably not the best place if you don’t eat meat! But they can do cheese boards and there was a vegetarian primi pasta dish.

Accidentally spotted this gem place with amazing traditional tuscanian food restaurant, and me and my parents were honestly so immpressed with the food quolity and atmosphere in general. Even before we tried the food, we were already amazed by the service we received. Although they, unfortunately, don't have English menu, the waiter had enthusiastically explained in English every dish on the menu and made some useful recommendations. I'd like to highlight the service we received by Manuele. Additional thanks to him!) The food was exactly how we have imagined it. The meat was exceptionally soft and beautifully served. Tye spongy pasta was melting in the mouth, and the hazelnut cake Manuele recommended to me was not only served beautifully, but also tasted delicious. I highly recommend this place for a dinner night out for anyone who enjoys a good time and nice food, especially if you are looking for something traditional and that will leave a mark in your head. By the way, I advise to book ahead, especially for dinner time as this place is well known by locals.

We showed up without a reservation on a friday night and were made to feel most welcome. The host kindly spoke to us in English and gave an overview of the menu for us. Aside from the typical salumi/cheese, and pasta dishes, they had a great selection of meat/veg options which were most appreciated. We had a great bottle of wine which was very reasonably priced. Overall a great experience.

Excellent restaurant with lots of options, especially if you like game and fantastic flavour combinations. Less (nil?) options for the vegetarians, but everything we ordered was exceptional. Reservations are a must, though we did see them seat a few people earlier in the service without a reservation. Highly recommended.

This restaurant was recommended to me by a friend who lives in London. The food was fantastic, slightly 'left-field' but tasted great. The chef who prepared the cold cuts of meat and cheese platters was fascinating to watch. His skill at slicing the meats was done with finese and perfection. This restaurant was scrupulously clean! The waiter or owner was very knowledgeable in terms of recommending which wine would work well/paired with our dishes.

One of the favourites restaurant in Pisa. The staff is very friendly and attentive.Always ready to provide recommendation. The food is very delicious and with various of options from the local Tuscan cuisine.
