Orders 2 combinations and a shrimp with lobster sauce. Got all the way home over 20 mins away and didnt receive the rice with my lobster sauce, I called they Insisted it was in the bag. Then told me next time I can get free rice I asked them how im expected to eat lobster sauce with no rice? Then was told to come back and get it. Probably 15$ wasted

The food I’ve purchased at this restaurant has been horrible!!! 2 years ago my order of pork fried rice was crunchy and undercooked!!! Crunchy and nasty! The boneless rib tips got my wife sick!!! This new year we ordered there because nothing else was opened and more of the same!! The rice was crunchy and brown from being undercooked and the pork seemed old and greasy and NASTY!!! I won’t ever recommend any body eating at this restaurant!!! Food is no good and again ended up dumping all of it!!! This food is fear factor garbage!!!

Everything came pretty quick. We liked the Spring rolls. Noodles (mei fun and lo mein) was okay.

We ordered Tofu and Lo mein. The place was empty when we arrived. The food was good and the portion size was sufficient to share between two people. They also gave us a large portion of rice. The indoor ambience can be uplifted for sure. We visited the village during the day of Memorial Day, so finding parking was difficult.

A good client of mine had told me this place had amazing food being that I was so far from Monticello and I always go to Chinatown. I tried this place out in Livingston Manor first three times was great just today. I ordered my food and my wife brought the food home to find out there was no eggrolls in the bag after we ordered the combos with eggrolls. I called them back to let them know that they forgot the eggrolls and they got upset and I said if anything I can bring the food back to show you. I didn’t wanna argue with the guy so I just took my two items And left he proceeded to argue with me and told me to leave and go home. Great customer service if I could give this Chinese food place no stars I would I’m not the one to complain, but this place was absolutely horrible with their service next time I’ll just drive 30 minutes to Monticello , never spending my money here again. Trust me, I’m a business owner as well and I would hate to leave my clients or customers upset. I would want them to keep continue to come back, but this place honestly doesn’t care about their customers if they’re gonna talk to them the way that the gentleman talk to me.

The people here need a serious attitude adjustment towards their customers! Every time I or anyone I know calls or goes there, the people have horrible attitudes. Went there today and asked them to add white onion, green onions, peas and carrots to their nasty plain fried rice and the boy there just nodded his head like he was listening, but apparently wasn't. None of those things were in my rice. They also had NO HOT SAUCE OR SOY SAUCE WHATSOEVER! Remember that it's your customers that make your business and family thrive. Now learn how to treat them and show them that you appreciate their business already. Get some manners!

I ordered a Poo poo platter and a large special name. The ribs was charcoal burnt. And then he tried to tell me that I told him to burn it. Why would I want burnt meat? I want to be able to taste the flavor and enjoy it. They will never get my business again.

This is one of my favorite Chinese food restaurants. I have been going here since I was a child.I love their boneless spare ribs and white rice. Not only is the food exceptionally good, but this is a restaurant run by good, hard working people. I have never had a bad experience in all of my years going there. Given the current pandemic, they have increased safety measures by having customers pick up their order at the door. That works for me!

No more tables inside. Same great place!! Same great food!! Just discovered their crispy duck and I can't get enough. The duck is better than the Asain place at Resorts World Casino.

Good, solid American style Chinese take-out. My go to is the chicken and broccoli platter with white rice. The portions are generous and the flavoring is just right. I prefer Chinatown Kitchen to the Thai place in Livingston Manor any day. I come here whenever I miss that Chinese take-out flavor or want to relive a Festivus for the rest of us or Jewish American Christmas in NYC moment. Solid, I'll keep coming back. The people here aren't rude unless you're rude, so just be nice and the world will follow. Enjoy the food!

I give Chinatown Kitchen an A for ABSOULTELY AWFUL. First time in my life I've thrown away food. Greasy, over soy-sauced rice. Chicken had NO FLAVOR. My husband who eats EVERYTHING threw his food out as well. Not sure what all these folks are talking about great food. Maybe there is a limit of good chinese food upstate - we were visiting from Queens. By neighborhood spot has them beat hands-down. Don't waste your $$ like we did.

Good food, nice, tasty and hot. However be mindful of cultural differences, the front house help can come off rude. Food is still tasty tho.

Best Chinese!! It is so delicious. I've eaten multiple things, and everything was delicious; crab regions are my favorite hands down! Quick service!

Nasty Staff What you'd expect from it, but the staff is horrible. The same guy answers the phone and is disgustingly rude. Answers the phones like you're annoying him and nasty comments on your orders. The dude literally judges you for ordering. Would return but don't bother calling in unless you want to be degraded.

People are saying that it's not going to happen, but I don't know what to do with this. Broccoli and cheese on rice is right whenever you need it. Goodbye star girl.

Have been a staple for years. My last interaction with them was so unpleasant that I'll never go back. For the past 5 years I was told my go to sauce was vegan. It's not. Apparently there is nothing vegan according to the rude man who couldn't really answer any questions. I've supported and loved their hard work in the area. I tolerated their rudeness and knowing that they've been untruthful for years about meat in my sauce is horrible. Again, I know everyone hates vegans but just be honest. Don't deceive people. What if it was an allergy.

The woman working had my order wrong arguing with me that's not what I ordered, had an attitude when I told her I wasn't taking what she thought I ordered. Very rude

Leaving a 2 star review. The food is ok but I can't get past the staff. They are RUDE!! Don't bother calling in your order as you'll get nowhere. Walking in and placing an order is no better. I realize they are the only game in town but with customer service like this I'll skip.

One word to describe this food, nasty, two bites in and the whole order went into the trash bin. This is an easy no to never ever, order food from this place. Your stomach will thank you for not ordering their food.

Exactly what you're looking for in a Chinese-American restaurant (ie this is not "authentic" Chinese food but I doubt anyone in the Manor is looking for authentic soup dumplings). So if you're looking for run of the mill "chicken and brocolli", this places serves it up well. It's a good staple for Livingston Manor. Portions are good and food is fresh.

There is no better Chinese food in the world! Chinatown Kitchen is clean and the food is fantastic. It's consistently good every time.

This is such a nice family business. They really support the locals and stay open late if you need dinner! The food is standard chinese take-out fare and reasonably priced. I am glad they are in LM!

I held off on this place for a long time, but it is actually a LOT better than your average chinese spot. The veggies are fresher and better than most spots, and they still have texture to them. The food in general is really good, don't judge a book by its cover, this place is great!

Food is the normal run of the mill chinese food...the women working the counter either really hates people or she just hates her life because she was pretty miserable to say the least. They ask you if you need any sauce and how many because if you do, they keep it behind the counter and will hand you over how many you need. Also, for our $30-40 order, you would think that they could throw us a free egg role, soda or even a single fortune cookie would have been nice but no, no fortune for us today!

I love this place. Traditional menu items. Good food with no surprises except good flavor. Their fried egg rolls are delicious even though sometimes A little too greasy. I get the wonton soup and the sweet and sour shrimp. Excellent. This is a no-frills place where most people order for takeout. But they do have tables if you want to eat in.

Very good Chinese food at a reasonable price. This place has all the standard Chinese take-out items. They also have tables so you can eat in. I like their fired wontons and dumplings but everything is very good. The prices are also reasonable. This is the best Chinese food I have had in a take-out setting.
