Chinese House in Sanssouci Park

Must see small building in Sanssouci Palace. After walking for a while there, we sat on the benches and enjoyed the view this Chinese house provides. It is beautiful and the architecture and attention to detail is stunning.

This place is absolutely unmissable! The architecture is stunning, and the atmosphere feels like stepping into another world. It’s one of the highlights of the park and definitely worth a stop. The best part? It’s located very close to all the main attractions, so it’s super easy to include in your walking route. Whether you’re into history, photography, or just relaxing in beautiful surroundings, the Chinese House won’t disappoint. Don’t miss it!

A very beautiful summer house in Chinese style belonging to Sans Souci park and gardens. It’s a very nice stop during a walk through the historic gardens in Potsdam. You need to buy a ticket to get inside but it’s free to see it from the outside and it’s still worth it!

Tucked away in the Sanssouci Park is this wonderful elegant building. The architecture is stunning and we were lucky to have the place to ourselves on our visit as it gave us the time to truly appreciate the magnificence of all the intricate work held within it. The porter was very informative about the statues at the entrance and explained about the gold leaf design. Oh to have been there when it was in use

Definitely the most impressive in my opinion building in the whole Sanssouci park, when we take into consideration it's size. It's packed with features and details from every angle, so walking around it, especially since its not that big, is actually recommended.

Worth the visit. Nobody here at 4pm. Really interesting example of Euro Chinese thought.

The Chinese teahouse is one of the most magnificent and elegant architecture here. The color combination is nice. This is the hidden beauty of the park.

A must see example of Chinoiserie. The grandeur packed in this “tiny” compared to the other palaces is incredible. It is off the beaten path, so it is not crowded. Enjoy yourself almost on your own, surrounded by golden accents and beautiful china pieces on display.
