Chip City near Barclays Center is a hidden gem! I absolutely love the cookies here—the taste is richer and better than many other well-known brands. The staff are incredibly nice and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Even though they don’t seem to do much marketing, don’t let that fool you—the quality of the cookies and service is excellent. If you’re in the area and craving a great cookie, I definitely recommend stopping by!

Just discovered this business through the claim app this past week. This is now my 3rd cookie order in 5 days. At first I thought the price was a bit steep for one cookie. But the size and taste of it makes it worth every cent. It is not too sweet and totally addictive. I can't stop eating them, my waistline is in so much trouble.

I love their cookies. They’re fluffy, soft and absolutely decadent. Not too sweet and there’s a lot of great flavors. The rainbow cookie was limited and my favorite, coated with chocolate on top and raspberry on the inside. The white chocolate cranberry oat and cookies and cream one are also pictured here.

Would most definitely order again. I got the bogo deal on uber eats and got the cookies and cream and snickerdoodle. Both soft inside and slightly crunchy outside and not overly sweet.

I’ve never tried Chip City, so the free cookie deal on National Cookie Day was a great opportunity to finally try their cookies. This is 100% how a classic American chunky cookie should be. Thick, sweet and ooey gooey. I placed the order in-app and picked up my cookies 10 minutes later at their Park Slope store. The staff was very friendly and passionate. Their store decors and merch are also super cute. ＊Oatmeal Apple Pie Cookie I was pleasantly surprised to see actual cooked caramelized apples in between the cookie. Spiced honey oatmeal cookie gave more crunch to the texture, just like the pie crust of an apple pie. A perfect flavor to enjoy in holiday season. It was also relatively less sweet than the other cookie flavors (~50% less sugar than a chocolate chip cookie). ＊Confetti Cookie You can never go wrong with this classic flavor. It was a vanilla based sugar cookie mixed with rainbox sprinkles. The cookie was still slightly warm when I got it. Buttery and sugary in a good way.

This place is a total vibe! The young man I didn’t get his name was so friendly, courteous and attentive. The young lady that packed up my cookie because I was waiting for my galaxy brownie cookie did an awesome job decorating it and packing it . She was professional , courteous and welcoming. I think her name was ELI !

Chip City makes my favorite cookies of all time! As soon as you walk into the store, you are welcomed with a delicious aroma from the freshly baked cookies. I love coming here every weekend to try the specialty flavors and sharing with my friends — the cookies are extra substantial. Staff is always attentive and friendly as well. Highly recommend Chip City to cookie lovers and casuals alike.

This was such a pleasant experience. I was thrilled to see that this location finally opened up after months of seeing the "Coming Soon" sign. I came here with the intention of getting 3 cookies for $15. I got the cookies & cream, red velvet hot chocolate, and the cinnamon frosted cookie. All three were equally delicious. The store is small and adorable with such friendly staff. You're encouraged to join their rewards program upon checking out to accumulate points with each purchase. I'm looking forward to coming here from time to time.

This was my first time trying chip city. Great location right near the Barclays Center. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff and the smell of freshly baked cookies. There is a wooden bench so you can sit and enjoy your cookies. The whole lineup of cookies looks amazing. It makes you want to buy every cookie in sight. I ordered a box of six cookies. I ordered the Red Velvet Hot Chocolate, Blueberry Cheesecake, Cookies N' Cream, Chocolate Chip, Triple Chocolate and S'mores. All the cookies are gooey and chewy. Cookies are warm and nice and soft. My favorite was the red velvet hot chocolate and blueberry cheesecake. Came in on a different day just to try one of their specialty the Italian Rainbow Cookie. This was absolutely delicious. The cashier was friendly answering my questions regarding various types of cookies. My banana cookie was huge, soft, delicious and satisfying. The place is clean and warm. Will definitely come back.

Came here to redeem my free birthday cookie and was greeted with amazing customer service! Customer service in NYC can be hit or miss so I appreciated the warm hospitality! Tried the brookie cookie and it was perfectly warm and moist. Will definitely be back when I'm in the neighborhood!

This new Chip City is a total gem. The second you walk in, you're hit with that amazing smell of fresh cookies. The place has two wooden benches that are a great spot to enjoy your cookies. The staff is super friendly, always ready to help you pick out the perfect cookie. All their cookies are warm and fresh, and the selection is awesome. From classic chocolate chip to seasonal flavors. Each cookie is huge and looks mouthwatering. The S'mores cookie its my absolute fave! It's a delicious mix of graham cracker, gooey marshmallow, and rich chocolate. The crispy outside leads to a soft, chewy center filled with melted chocolate, and the graham cracker bits add a perfect crunch. The chocolate is rich without being overly sweet, and that marshmallow brings all the campfire vibes. They've also got milk, which is the perfect sidekick for those warm cookies. And don't sleep on the cute merch! They have some fun, quirky items that make for great gifts.

Chip City offers a bright and airy atmosphere with friendly, helpful staff who provide great recommendations. The cookies are absolutely delicious, and I was in and out quickly. I tried the dairy free cookie butter (my fave), blueberry cheesecake (boyfriend's fave) and red velvet hot chocolate (good too). Definitely worth a visit!

This is probably going to rub some people the wrong way but so far Chip City has totally been lightyears better than Crumbl. There. I said it. From the hospitality - I'm greeted with smiles and so much enthusiasm at both this new Brooklyn location and another in Chelsea. Was offered personal recommendations on employee favorites. The smores and brookie cookies were divine. I've tried others over the years. My friend sometimes picks them up for birthdays and I'm never disappointed. They're moist and flavorful and so creative with their flavors. Totally a fan.

My first time experience visiting this Chip City location unfortunately fell short with the expectations I walked in with. However, manager Grace made it right the next time I went in, and made sure to hear about my concerns from last time. The cookies were warm, beyond delicious, and baked to perfection. I appreciate the amazing customer service!

Went to the new location of Chip City last night. I didn't even know that they just opened this past Friday. I planned on posting photos but I must admit, I started to eat the cookies while walking home. Next time and, I definitely will return for more incredible cookies, I will take photos to post before eating the delicious cookies. I had two cookies, a chocolate chip cookie and a cookies and cream. They were still warm, fresh from the oven. They were both delicious, my favorite was the chocolate chip. Thick, soft, with lot's of melty chocolate, totally scrumptious! No grease, just pure yumminess! Can't wait to try other cookie varieties. This will definitely be my new favorite cookie bakery!

Love the convenience of this new location! The staff was friendly and service was quick. I like how you are able to see completely into the store from Flatbush Ave to get an idea of the wait time and how many people are lining up. The cookies are fresh and delicious!

Customer service was exceptional. All questions asked were answered. Online orders seem to take more precedence at times when customers are in store but other than that the cookie quality is amazing.

Very good chocolate chip cookie! Soft and not too chewy. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the confetti cookie, it tasted very eggy like the batter hadn't been mixed well. Wouldn't eat it again, but aside from that the service was fast and kind which is always appreciated.
