The rooms have no bottles of water inside, WiFi doesn’t work on high floor, level of silence very low as for me, but as a transit hotel it is very good

The hotel has perfect location and that was the reason we choose it. The building is beautiful old house with nice architecture. The biggest plus was the parking. I would recommend some updates in the guest rooms like removing the old carpet, put a fan in the shower room and pay more attention to the cleaning. Breakfast is better to skip, there are local bakery shops nearby where you can get choice of good food.

The family hotel is located close to the town market and is a 10 or so minute walk from the centre. The building is a refurbished old house from the beginning of 20th century. It keeps the atmosphere and makes the place easily recognizable from the rest hotels of the type, The well preserved uniqueness brings the inconvenience of a winding staircase with no elevator in the building. It is very clean and the staff are young and helpful. The restaurant serves tasty reasonably priced food. They have a free car park as well. All in all it is an extremely good value for money.

For the price it’s going to be hard to match. Lovely big rooms well kept and lovely authentic charm about the place and the spiral staircase. There is no lift only very minor issue. Staff helpful and lovely and full of useful tips. Well located for train station and south bus station and the restaurants and beach a little walk.

Overall everything was good. Room was OK but bathroom is really strange. Shower is between bathroom sink and toilet. When you take a shower everything is wet. Food was really tasty. Parking lot is quite tight but hotel stuff help to park your car inside.

Everything was awesome, the breakfast is delicious - you can choose from a few kind of dishes -, the rooms are clean and convenient. The hotel staff is very helpful and kind. The beach is ~20 minutes by foot, and there are small shops (bakery, fruit market) near the hotel.

The advantage of the hotel is to be close to the city center. İt is walking distance for about 10 minutes to the center. İt is an old building, but very well renovated. The rooms are clean. The hotel restaurant is cheap but it is not worthy to eat there. There are coffee chops and nice restaurants in the center. İf i come again, i may stay at here due to location.

Food, staff and overall experience was excellent. I would definitely book here again on my return to Burgas. Off street parking. The food was immense and the staff very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended. I was late in booking anywhere due to a change in circumstances and I couldn’t be anymore pleased.
