Honestly it feels like ur in a snake pit Why do i always have to be extra smart to avoid the scam by the food servers always and always i try to get the amount its mentioned on the screen and end up paying more Some how get tricked by the staff into paying extra for some sauce or some thing But when it comes to getting wht u deserve from wht u paid its almost a negligible amount Look for instance chicken was bearly there in my plate feels like eating vegetables only and carbs Honestly bunch of scammers But unfortunately i like the taste

Chipotle is one of the best restaurants in the U.S., and honestly, the Kuwait branches are very close in quality, which is why I came with high expectations. Unfortunately, my first visit wasn’t great. I ordered a bowl with chicken and rice, and the chicken was extremely salty. When I raised the issue to the manager, she mentioned that I was the only customer who complained about the saltiness. We politely asked her to taste it, and after trying, she agreed that it was above their usual salt level, but still tried to downplay it a bit. I understand being diplomatic, but when something is clearly too salty, acknowledging it fully builds trust with customers. However, I really appreciate that she handled the situation professionally in the end. She offered me a free bowl on my next visit to make up for the experience, and I thank her for that gesture. I believe this was just an exception, and I’m looking forward to trying Chipotle Kuwait again, I’m sure it will be much better next time.

Chipotle completely exceeded my expectations🫶🏻. From the genuinely friendly and helpful staff to the top notch food, everything about this place impressed me. I was excited to try their burrito and it’s truly worth the hype ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS🌯♥️. We also tried their tacos, nachos and salads, customizing our toppings and every dish was mouthwatering. highly recommended🔥.

The restaurant's atmosphere is busy and chaotic, and the tables are cleaned very late. Often, there's no place to sit. The food quality is good, but in my opinion, it's not worth standing in line for the food and waiting for an empty table. Only the guacamole and tortillas are above standard and very delicious. Overall, if you like Mexican food, you should definitely try it. Although I don't like the restaurant's atmosphere, I go there every few weeks because I love Mexican food.😋

Delicious Mexican Food, very fast quick ordering, try the plate or wrap, both are big portion, the Soft Drink is refillable. Good & friendly staff, clean dine in tables, a bit high prices. Very recommended.

The ingredients look very fresh, and the taste goes without saying. On top of that, the portions are so large that you might even have leftovers. I am visiting here again soon!
