Every time I dine at Chipotle, I’m genuinely impressed by the team’s near-obsessive commitment to food safety. I regularly see staff taking food temperatures, swapping out older items for fresh ones, and even having conversations with each other about maintaining food safety standards. It’s clear they take it seriously, and it absolutely shows in the quality of the food. Not only does everything taste fresh, but there’s real peace of mind knowing how careful and consistent they are behind the scenes. It makes the whole experience better every single time.

Upon entering this Chipotle you are greeted by a homeless person outside. Then inside notoriously bad service. They are "out" of cheese. Then out of Fresca juices / waters /lemonades & napkins. Simple stuff that any average restaurant should have. See photos Update June 12, 2025 Walked in 10:24 pm ( they close at 11pm) No meat and no chicken no protein for my burrito... Still a poorly managed restaurant. No agua fresco, no lemonades..., no drinks No napkins. Etc. The employees at this restaurant need to be fired for really bad customer service!😑 Having no food or drinks for your customers is a really bad sign for a restaurant 😕 Same homeless person outside the restaurant from 6 months ago too... Perfectly able to work but chooses to benefit himself off the labor of others.....

My only comment is that at lunchtime there should be more people behind the counter serving the actual customs who are physically there. Bathroom quite clean. Beautiful setting. Good size parking. Nice staff. P.S. went back today and the staff were super accommodating to my special dietary needs. Thank you.

Note to self : never order pick up. 2nd time the amount of protein was minimal. I think when you order there they give you a normal portion. They get away with less meat. I’m starving after my bowl. There was way too much rice. Not a lot of steak or beans even or the fajita veggies. Also the staff seemed pretty miserable. I was waiting for a cap as they ran out. Asked someone and she did nothing. Looked like maybe she was off work or on break. She just checked and sat down on the phone. I went up and they were nice and gave me a bigger cup as they ran out of lids. Also the food was wayyyyy more salty than I remember. Pretty disappointed by this experience :(

I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for four years since it’s right by my house. Ever since the new staff started, the food quality and service have gone downhill. The staff seems inattentive and unmotivated, and multiple times around 6:30 p.m., they’ve been out of rice, beans, and guac. Things only run smoothly when Albert, the manager (usually on weekends), is there—then the food tastes better and the service is on point. I thought Chipotle overall had declined until I tried the North Hollywood location, which is much better and i always go to this location during lunch hour and i have never seen this location be out of anything and the quality and taste of the chicken is so good! The Beverly Blvd chipotle needs to learn a few things from the North Hollywood one. Please fix the staffing and consistency at this location.

I ordered a bowl with DOUBLE chicken AND steak. They only gave me one scoop of chicken. They didn’t even put lettuce in it either like i requested. Second, my chicken burrito DIDNT EVEN COME WITH MEAT. I got a stupid rice and beans burrito only?! I complained to chipotle and I didn’t even get a damn refund nor did they want to make thing right. I’ll make sure I tell my coworkers and friends at Cedars not to go to this dump.

The worst service of all the establishments of this chain where I have been. They put half of the meat that they put in other establishments. Upd. I had to go there again. The portion was half as big as in any of their other establishments. There is no limit to my disappointment - possibly the worst establishment in LA...

Revisiting after a few years. It was a somewhat long line, but not out the door. My friend & I both had bowls. He had chic & I had steak. It was simple , somewhat healthy. I really like their guacamole, worth the extra $3.00 We sat outside dining area. There's a one-way glass door to the outside dining. If you wanna go back to get something, you need to go all away to front entrance, or wait by door & another kind diner might open? Good for security , bad experience for guests.

Me and my family came here and there was a nice young lady that helped my sister and this man helped me he gave me a mountain of food but at checkout there was a man that smelt like a cigarette and he came from the back so we all assumed that he was smoking. Then there was nasty little specks of yellow on the plastic spoons. The music here is very unpleasant and it sounds like someone is screaming. The there was very little chicken and young lady in the front said that the chefs are tired of cooking brisket so they are not gonna add any more brisket. The pico de gallo looks like it was there for four days. The chicken looked dry. The pork was smothered in butter or grease. The workers were not wearing a hairnet. They do not change their gloves when working with vegetarian and meat bowls.

***UPDATE*** I doubt "chris" who responded to my post is even real. The "link" he pasted isn't a real link. See, Chipotle is everything wrong with corporations. They don't care about ANY of us. They do the bare minimum to give the ILLUSION of caring. They troll reviews like mine and then act like they care, but they don't do anything. Same thing if you call/email their customer service. They say things like "sorry we failed to meet your expectations" but they don't actually do anything about it. It's a shame the problem is systemic. It'll be a long time before I'm hungry for chipotle again. After two bewildering insulting offensive experiences there and all the proof and evidence, Chipotle's response was nothing more than "here's a coupon for a free soda (can't be combined with any other offer). I realized three things about Chipotle today. I had a salad with chicken and rice and beans and guacamole. 1) The food sucks. It's nothing special. It's just a bunch of dog slop in a bowl. 2) It's way overpriced. I paid $15.74 for a lousy salad. 3) And dining area and bathroom were filthy. Therefore, this will be my last meal at Chipotle. See ya..

So the last 3 times I've been here they were out of chicken because no one working there cooked more, and the last time they were not only out of chicken but also steak. It's also not busy. WTF? The first time I was like whatever things happen, but this is constantly occurring and appears to be getting worse. Someone needs to get things organized.

I ordered on Uber Eats. I have a long night ahead of me and really needed a quick bite but to not be thrown off the task at hand. So I ordered thinking I would be satiated and can keep it moving. I may mention I was very specific to what I ordered due to unforgiving food allergies. My driver arrived quickly. I open my bowl and go to take a bite and noticed that there's a giant slice of bell pepper in my bowl that's not supposed to be there. I'm deathly allergic. And it's not an allergy where I can just take it out or eat around it. I get very sick. If I had not inspected my food and eaten it tonight would have ended very badly for me. I didn't even want to write this review but they also don't pick up their phones and cross contamination is a big deal for those who have food allergies. I hope they clean up their practices. These reviews don't look very promising.

I went to pick up 6 items at 10:40pm Jan 3rd. They said it will be ready in 5min. All 4 stuffs started chitchatting. I was sitting in front the cashier counter so that they can see me waiting. After 15min. 1 stuff asked me if I've been helped and I told him that I'm waiting for my order. My order was ready sitting on a kitchen counter. No apologies, instead they looked at me very annoyed. I'm writing this because the same kind of problem happened in the past at this location.

the place was a complete mess. nobody was cleaning any of the tables inside or out. nobody even greeted me when i came in. i told them about the mess and nobody addressed it. also the door for the patio locks behind you so there's no way to get back inside for a refill etc. overall very dirty. there is an employee sitting amongst the mess and doesn't even bother to clean her workplace.

Let me start off by saying that the food is delicious especially the smoked brisket it is delightful. Kinda wish that they kept that on there menu but it only is there for a limited time. Also, after reading all the horrifying experiences that all the Yelp reviewers experienced I'm also in that boat as the service was extremely dreadful. So I work near by and when I don't bring lunch I head to Chipotle. On this particular day 09/20/2024 around 4:40pm a coworker and I get in line since its late in the afternoon there was 2 customers in front of us ordering. This particular server is a female she usually uses eye glasses she is in the shorter side she has a major attitude everytime I go there she is unwelcoming, very discourteous and ill-mannered. I began to order the food and it seemed like she hates her job. As a loyal customer it is very unpleasant that this female always has an attitude. So my coworker and I then pay for the food as they are bagging up our food she literally throws the receipt inside the bag, I look at my coworker and give him a look like did she really just throw the receipt in the bag first of all did your parents teach you manners like god dammnit CHIPOTLE really needs to retrain this girl. Other than that the quality of service needs to be better these servers need to be happy and joyful, life is short you guys get paid very well and without the customers how will you guys get paid come on now. CHIPOTLE reps or CEO's any body reading this I hope you guys really look at the Chipotle experience maybe go in disguise yourselfs and really look at the people you employ unfortunately this looks bad on you guys, I fully understand that to them I am just another customer making a bad review but at the end of the day the food is bomb but the quality of the experience is just not up to par. Lastly, I hate to say names but the name of the associate is Haniyah she needs to be retrained, like I said I hope the Chipotle reps or Ceo's look at this or look at all the other yelpers they have so much bad experiences prolly by Haniyah or another associate but the fact of the matter the customers deserve better.

I came to this location to get rice & fajita veggies. When it came time to pay, the person who prepared the bowl yelled, "veggie" & they proceeded to charge me $13 which would have been reasonable if I asked for their over-priced guacamole. I then said, "you know it's just rice, right?" They said that they were sorry so I just payed. After I paid, they told me to get the rice & veggies separately so it'll be cheaper. Definitely never coming back to this location."

I heard they are increasing back to their old size portions, so I went in. I even videoed it cuz I heard that helps. It doesn't. While the overall "portion" filled up the bowl it was literally all rice. I even asked for 50/50 beef and chicken as that trick used to work to get more protein but it got me 4 cubes of chicken and 4 small pieces of beef. With sour cream and cheese it was almost $15. Not worth it and now totally done with Chipotle.

I can't believe I'm writing a chipotle...here we are: The person serving must have stake in the company with the little ass scoops he was giving. A family business and he's the first son who will takeover very very soon. He almost scooped some chicken from my bell back to the main chicken bowl...I saw him work that dilemma in his head. Clumped up rise balls Frozen pico/mild salsa One bit was ice cold another was warm...reminded me of college. Good times. But not soo good here. Just pay an extra two dollars and go to sweet green or lemonade

Wow, this location has reached an all time low. I went near closing time, so I expect options to be out. I wanted regular steak.... Out of stock. Ok. I asked if they had something similar, and they mentioned the more expensive guajillo steak option. I agreed. When the server was about to scoop it in my bowl, I saw over half of the container filled with chicken. EW! I personally don't like the chicken at chipotle, and on top of that, it feels like they're cheaping out! WTF! This is so gross beyond all levels. I said I don't want mixed meat. Only steak. And the sever said that's all they had. I said ok then try and pick just the steak out of the container with NO CHICKEN. If you're going to charge me the full price of the most expensive steak option, don't play games with me by putting 1/2 chicken. The employee couldn't care less. He looked at me as if I'm an alien! At the register, I asked who can I complain to about this? I'm going to talk to the manager and corporate. The cashier grabbed the manager and the manger tried to play it off as if all the chicken in the steak container was because of dropping chicken while serving previous customers. Yeah, not that much to be half of your steak container. Disgusting and lazy. He ended up charging me for chicken instead of steak (as he should) and I'll complain to corporate to whip this location to be on par with nearby locations that's don't skimp out on what they charge you. I said bye as I left, and the cashier ignored me and walked back to the kitchen. The people who work here are so rude and couldn't give to sh*ts. This location doesn't deserve your business. Go somewhere else :)

I left this location a 2 star review one month ago and, I'm not really sure how this is possible but this location has gotten worse than before. I showed up at 7 PM right in the middle of the dinner rush and there were only four people working with two of them working on delivery orders, and one of them working at the grill so that left one employee to man the line by themselves. As I ordered, I realized that the person who was making my order was either just not listening to me or trying very hard to remember his script that he must say as he takes my order because the first thing I said to him was a bowl to go please and he asked me do you want to here or to go ? To make it even better they were out of forks. Yes, in the middle of the dinner, rush they were out of forks. If that was not enough, they're soda machine was not dispensing any soda. I'm not sure if the person who runs this restaurant just does not care enough to put in the effort or is as hands off can be, but this is easily one of the top three worst locations in Los Angeles

This location messes up my order every other time I go. I usually order on the app because of their frequent long lines. I'm guessing when they run out of ingredients, it doesn't translate to the app, and they just make a random meal when you order on the app. This happens literally 50% of the time, and I can't even understand how this is ethical. Chipotle has gone so down hill the past couple years. I wasn't going to leave a review until they gave me the wrong order once again.

I have just started going to this chipotle, my family has stopped by and enjoyed every meal. I have also taken my mother, she is 92 years old and she said how friendly the employees are to her!!Location is clean and the staff very professional, congratulations manager(s) with your incredible job, with your employees. I would like to recognize the manager because she is always so kind and welcoming. My brother and I like this location because I count calories and hate it when chipotles over portion items and throw off counts . This is why I usually get most of my ingredients on the side, and they happily accommodate me. Also I like my tortillas soft for my tacos and hate when it's toasted and they make sure to follow my request I hope this message is relayed to the manager. :)

oof. i tried this location for the first time and ordered a burrito. When i unwrapped it, it was already falling apart.Some pieces of cold meat and some of the carne asada was so tough i could not eat it. Service was good when i picked up my order but that's about it. Don't think i'll be going to this location again.

The food was so bad. I was so excited for my burrito. The rice was gross, sticky, mushy with no taste. And the black beans were actually bad. Tasted really bad. The only good thing was the guac... but they do charge you almost $4 for it, so yea it better be good. Granted I hadn't gotten a burrito for a long time, but I used to absolutely love it. Now it's disgusting. And it's double the price, aka $15 for a bad burrito. Sad.

Connected to another restaurant. They are in the gray building. Plenty of free customer parking on the side and in the back. Staff is friendly. I ordered a steak burrito with white rice, pinto beans, corn salsa, sour cream and lettuce. Burrito is delicious. All the ingredients play very well together. Service is very quick as well

Order a burrito bowl online. when i got it the bowl was already dripping out and onto the bag. when i opened it i was able to pour out a bunch of liquid (see photo). couldn't believe they even served this - out of all the times ive been here i've never experienced this. wish i could get my money back...

I find it very interesting and I get it you're all very busy people working so hard to cater to your ever so hungry customers, but seriously 15 minutes to get an order that should have been ready 30 minutes prior to me ordering it. I mean come on my lunch is only 45 minutes!!! I like to order ahead, but dam I can't win either way. Come without ordering and you're in a long ass line moving like watching ice melting, I'm vegan and for some reason always out of veggies. I place blame on customers too. Stop being so fucking picky!!!

The manager was super rude to the employees, yelling at two of in front of customers just in the time I was ordering. I would have left because she made me uncomfortable but I felt like the timid guy, who in the middle of making my order, would have gotten in more trouble... for what I don't know. I feel bad for the employees here. Manager is abusive.

I love chipotle I'm a huge fan Predictable good ingredients that are healthy and honest I can get great portions of meat and carbs to sustain my body building lifestyle Plus this location has easy parking!!! Hard to find in LA. I tried to new white queso blanco today and it's so much better than the other nacho queso they used to have.

only 1 person works behind the counter making burritos and bowls for 20+ people in line while the lady manager cuts vegetables. There is no other staff.... this is typical for this location. Absolutely awful service. If I had the option to able to rate lower than one star I certainly would.

Saw the manager yelling at employees and they went way lighter on the meat than usual. When I asked them to add more they said they would get yelled at my their boss. Everyone seemed stressed out and unhappy to be working there.

The line took forever because there was one guy doing everything. Like hello, this is Chipotle, what is wrong with your setup?! Every other location I've ever been to had two or three people at the assembly line helping make your order. Instead, this place had one clearly stressed out guy trying to do it as fast as he could all by himself, while there were about 12 people in line, one person doing cashier/takeout orders, and like four or five people clearly standing around in the back doing nothing. Why couldn't any of the people in the back come to the front to help the one guy making orders? I felt bad for him and for everyone waiting for so long! Even more ridiculous considering everyone in the store could see that there were people just standing around in the kitchen area. On top of it, the menu clearly said $11.20 for a steak bowl but I was charged $12.95 and yes, it was before taxes. I don't mind that it was $12.95, but I do care that the price posted on the store isn't the price that's on the receipt. What's up with that? Edit: Just saw the other reviews going back at least a month that mention the exact same thing - only one person making the orders, while a bunch of people stand around in the back, and the line builds up. Clearly a bad management problem if this many reviews have mentioned the same thing and people have even taken pictures of it.

chipotle is acaully my favorite thing in the whole fucking world. i love chipotle so much. like for then my family. i want to eat chipotle for the rest of my life. every other food is absouluty disgusting compared to the beauty of chipotle food. i want to live and breath chipoltle. its my life. whoever invented chipotle, i will give you my first born child. thank you for making such a meaningful impact on my life. i probably would've killed my self if it wasn't for chipolote. i can't thank you enough.

Went in and witnessed the manager verbally assault a customer over a drink. Instead of doing her job she escalated a small situation and made the staff/guests in line visibly uncomfortable. The people serving the food looked so stressed out like it's a regular abusive environment. She always has this look of disdain and overall unhappiness. I understand working a job you hate; I also get when customers are annoying/rude but if it happens regularly maybe it's you. I've been to this location on numerous occasions and also witnessed her being rude during my visit. If you hate your job just quit.

The team here is usually very friendly and they have good music playing. Lines get pretty long around lunchtime so I would suggest downloading the app and mobile ordering, especially if you are picky and need to customize (like me lol.) You also get points and rewards on the app so double win. Free parking in the back but usually gets full.

Horrible horrible management. They have 8 employees and only have one person working to take orders from people while the others are cleaning the back when it can wait. The manager herself is very rude and has a very unwelcoming attitude. Literally writing this as I'm waiting in line for 10 min in the same spot. Do not come here between the hours of 12-2 and 5-7.

I see why this place only has the amount of stars it has, they are incompetent and liars. I called before placing a grub hub order to ask if I could modify the order before I ever placed the order, due to grubhub not having the capability to do so. They said to simply order the grubhub and call after so they could make the modifications. I then did just that! Only for them to make the order WRONG when I called back. They refused to fix it even before it got picked up by the driver! Punk a** manager told me NO!! Like you run a business where people spend money to get what they want!! Just make the order right!! Terrible service..

Food is fine. But they don't pick up the phone if u ever want to modify or add something to a Grubhub or postmates order! They have an awesome salad dressing that's not on the menu. And Grubhub delivery left my food outside my gate in the rain. Won't be using them again.
