Ordered a chicken bowl because they were out of pretty much other meat. Was served cold chicken and rice. Asked for a refund because of food safety, they did give me one but had an attitude the entire time. Hopefully I don’t get food poisoning from the small amount I ate.

Ordered 2 quesadilla tonight. What I received was burnt meat in a Tortilla. No cheese. Just meat in a Tortilla. For both items. It was so bizarre. I'm beyond irritated because it's too late to get anything from anywhere else and I genuinely don't understand why anyone would think it was ok to send this to a customer. It's one thing to forget toppings or something, this is just them not caring about anything.

I ordered two bowls through grub hub. I received my food it was cold like it had been sitting on ice. I open my chips and when I got to the second chip I had a metal wire sticking straight through the chip. And just the thought that I was about to give my chips to my 3 year old. I called 4 times and was sent to voice mail. I use to love this location but I’m not sure after this.

I recently started going to this Chipotle and it’s been accommodating. Chipotles are typically very busy. This Chipotle follows the “busy” suit but only like after 6pm. To avoid the eternal Chipotle line, go to this Chipotle before 6pm. Nice and clean restaurant. Traditional decor. Free parking lot walking (if facing the restaurant, the parking lot will be on your right) distance to the restaurant. Nice, fast, and friendly service. There is also parking out front for a fee. Big fan of the Chicken bowls or the Carne Asada. Love their Guac. Decent prices.

Everytime I decide to give this chipotle a chance they give me every reason not to. Im done, they always mess up my food, put spicy salsa instead of mild, switch the rice and change my protein. Today I ordered my chipotle for 2:50pm, arrived at 2:45pm and I was on my way. When I got back to open up my bowl…. Let’s just say I was beyond disappointed. Today my food tasted like it had been on ice, I ordered brown rice and got maybe a scoop of white rice instead, got very little carne asada (honestly tasted like regular steak), asked for extra sour cream and got maybe a table spoon full. I love chipotle, but I will not be visiting this location any time in the near future.

Ordered Togo for my husband my son and myself. Was sold dry hard steak. Food on the line was missing or almost gone. Only nice thing about my visit was the cashier. Always look forward to a steak bowl but today mne was trash. I usually go to Grandview chipotle and should stick to them.

So I've been here at 5:30 now and at 9:30 The last two nights and both times been told I can't have Chipotle honey chicken This store closes at 11:00. Seems like a bit of an early cut off I don't know if this is policy or just employees being lazy but it's a sad experience

Served me the smallest proportion of Chipotle bowls I've ever received in my life. Got it through DoorDash. I ordered double chicken and got maybe a handful of pieces, barely any rice and cheese. Excessive beans. Lots of small pieces of random stuff I didn't order like lettuce and corn. It was disgusting, I threw it away. Looked like someone left my bowl out in the sun for a couple days. Contacted support and their first response was to give me a free BOGO. Felt a little insulted by that.

I am an avid chipotle eater. I love its simplicity, its flavor, and its volume. I love it so much that I've come to expect greatness every time I visit. Unfortunetly, today I didn't get what I expected. We ordered DoorDash from this location and it was cancelled. Now I find myself walking around trying to find a lunch without waiting in a 45 minutes line. I type this in line at Subway. There is only 1 employee working here!

I was legit nervous about coming in here 30 minutes to closing on a Friday. Worried that I was going to get bad service or crappy end of the day food to my surprise. Have ordered in and gotten takeout probably a dozen times (closest chipotle to me) and every single time they are out off at least one thing. Today it was fajitas and the chicken Al pastor which is being marketed everywhere, so disappointed to not be able to try it. Seems very inefficiently run. At one point only the cook was working, while the other three staff stood there waiting for her to finish up cutting the chicken. Meanwhile there was a 10 person line plus online orders on the counter. Taste is usually good... but the risk of missing ingredients makes this tough to want to come back to.

I would rate this a zero if Yelp would let me. while I am a fan of chipotle, this was clearly the worst location that I ever been to. Service was bad. Location was filthy. One of the workers was smoking inside the restaurant that just became legal in Ohio. If possible, you should avoid this location at all costs.

I would give chipotle a zero if I could . we have a big a family and spend about $100 there to feed everyone and the orders an always messed up and not right the inside of restaurant is always disgusting and you pay for meat and they give you nothing but fat . The employees can be extremely rude too . they keep running a restaurant like this and it won't be long before they are out of business.

3 years later and I was hopeful for some improvement but it's honestly just not a place I want to visit. I tried this location again a few times recently and I have a few things to say. Mobile orders are a HOT MESS. They don't even use the shelf for orders and it gets all congested by the register because orders are always behind. I feel like part of that problem is the app promise times not reflecting how busy the store is. It's honestly usually been faster to stand in the normal line and order. I started testing this theory by waiting in the regular line while waiting for my online order to be finished. So if you are going to order form here just wait in line, and then you can make sure it's right, which takes me to my next point. The online orders aren't very accurate. Today I ordered a kids quesadilla meal because I had a reward. I got the tacos instead and after waiting in the entire line once, then I was told to get back in line for them to correct it. I tried to do this by cutting to the front but was overlooked and I refused to wait any longer. It seemed like nobody wanted to take responsibility for fixing my order. The last mobile order I did they also missed two of my items. And lastly, the meat is always cut super uneven with some quite large chunks. They are very sloppy so ingredients are mixed together. Today I had some piece of meat in my side of Queso. They don't even try to keep the counters looking somewhat clean. My chips today are a bit soggy. I also received dirty napkins with my online order. I love chipotle food when it's done right but it's really not worth the frustration and questionable food contamination.

Every time I order from this location something goes wrong when I ordered extra steak they were sooo stingy they gave me less than a scoop and the rice was crispy. NEVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE! Another time I ordered online they gave me all rice NOTHING ELSE IT WAS LITERALLY JUST RICE! It wasn't even the rice that I ordered either. THEY WOULDN'T EVEN REFUND ME. This Chipotle location is BUTT! The employees are mad rude too!

Same mistakes they made when I ordered delivery thru them last year they just keep repeating. Order delivery thru the chipotle app, all the items are stocked in and available to order, receive the order with half the items missing. They always run out of chips. It never fails. This time I ordered chips and guac. No chips, no guac. No sour cream on bowl so it was just dry. If you know you're missing half the stuff for peoples orders maybe make sure they can't put it on their order to begin with??? Or have the Dasher call the customer to let them know. Literally anything besides just sending the order out half complete and leaving it to the customer to figure out. People order delivery as last resort because they're stuck at work or otherwise can't physically drive to the restaurant themselves. It costs way more for delivery but that's okay if you get everything you ordered.

The service was awful. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and I got a nearly empty tortilla. They rationed out one handful of cheese between my entire family. The rice was flavorless and the lemonade was super sour. We got charged for a chicken quesadilla even though I ordered a cheese quesadilla, which barely even had any cheese. Everybody was still hungry after. I would give a 0 star rating if I could.

A 1.6 average score for a Chipotle? I had to see it with my own eyes. I was expecting drama and chaos but all I got were delicious and generously portioned Al Pastor tacos from a friendly and engaged staff. Not sure what got under the skin of the folks who rated this location so poorly, but my experience today was perfect.

DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY I got scammed and they left out a bunch of toppings including RICE from my chipotle bowl. When I received my order, everything was icy cold and not fresh at all. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON? I tried to contact the store, they're unable to transfer me to a real person! I contacted their live chat from the app... obviously they weren't helpful at all. And thinking that giving me a BOGO coupon for my next order will resolve my issue. I never want to order from chipotle ever again.

This is my 3rd attempt in 4 months since relocating in the area only 2 blocks down the road. They have been short of lettuce & pico every time. Tonight was even worse - no fajitas, or corn along with the pico & lettuce. Not sure why rice, chicken & guacamole should cost anyone $11

Everyone saying DO NOT ORDER ONLINE is absolutely correct. Ordered Fajitas & corn, neither were in the bowl. Ordered double rice, there was probably half a scoop total in the bowl. The bowl looked like a kids meal. Where is my toy? i almost thought it was empty when i picked it up. This location has had so many issues over the years including poor portion sizes and food quality, poor service when you order inside, or no service at all when their computers "break" once a month. Absolutely skip on this location you will be disappointed.

Waited patiently in line (about 25 minutes for my bowl) as this location's small team of employees worked diligently to manage the expectations of both a long line of customers and an overwhelming amount of mobile orders -- all in the half-hour before closing time. Hoping that leadership rewards their efforts in increased compensation. Would also recommend the "turning off" of mobile order placement in the hour before closing time, as the effort to fulfill requests from DoorDash takes away focus from in-person patrons.

I've left a review about this location before but it is the closest to where I live. I'll say again, this is the worst chipotle in existence, the staff is slow, it's dirty and they are NEVER fully stocked. They don't have cheese today so... Terrible don't waste your time and money here

This is the nearest Chipotle to me, which it makes it tempting to revisit, and for the past 2 years I think maybe there are only 2 or 3 times I've come in and they haven't been out of at least one and sometimes multiple ingredients. It's usually fajitas and crispy taco shells, but they're also often out of one of the salsas or lettuce as well. I've asked if they were going to have fajitas again or if there's an ongoing problem and only got told, "We're just out right now" like it was a one-time fluke occurrence. I get that with perishable items you can't just hoard a ton of them at once and maybe one day you miscalculate how much you order, but it's literally been 10 or 20 times over the past 2 years that they've been out of fajitas. More often than not I get to the front of the line and just end up not ordering anything. I always contact corporate customer service after each unsuccessful visit but nothing is ever done.

This location is always really solid when you order from inside. Ordering from the app to go, however, is a nightmare. Tiny portions, missed ingredients, not on time/long wait, etc. This is unfortunately the norm when ordering online. The flip-side is to order inside which is pretty good. Workers are friendly and attentive. They do a good job of making sure you get what you want. The line can be long at odd hours which is kind of a pain sometimes. Giving 2/5 stars due to 3 consecutive poor experiences with ordering to go through the app. The last time I attempted to - we requested extra of everything and still got a TINY bowl accompanied by a bag of chips that couldn't have had more than 15 chips in it. This order was also not on time despite ordering well ahead of time. Not acceptable as an alternative to ordering inside the store.

Chipotle is always one of my go to places for food. Normally pretty quick in and out and solid food. But this location might be bottom 3 in Columbus.... if not the worse. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my house, so most of the time I'm forced to go here if I want Chipotle. One of the biggest things is that the line and service are ALWAYS so slow.... Like extremely. You will probably have to wait double of what you would at any other chipotle or more. Also id high recommend that you do not order online. There is always a group of people sitting and waiting for their orders to come out the back. Most of the time i can walk in and make and take my order from the counter before a person who was already sitting waiting for an online order, gets their food. Idk what their staffing situation is like but it almost always seems like they could use and extra person or two helping... Another thing is that the quality of the food is inconsistent. If you can make it through the long wait time, you never know what your order will be like. For the most part it is ok. But I've had some major disappointments here with the quality. If you are thinking about coming here, make sure you are not in any rush. Also be prepared to roll the dice, because you could be walking out with some of the worse quality chipotle in the city.

This is by far the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. My burrito bowl was one of the most sparse, underwhelming bowls I've ever received; I paid for chicken and there were probably 4-5 small pieces of chicken in the entire bowl. Most of the proportions of the ingredients were just completely comical. I think I had 3 small pieces of shredded lettuce on the top. I was appalled by the chips. The attached video really speaks for itself. They were covered in oil and completely uncooked. They were so floppy that they were bendable. I threw the entire bag in the trash. This is a disgrace of a Chipotle location.

Maybe one of the worst Chipotle's I have ever been to. Multiple experiences here have been noticeably poor ranging from taking close to 30 minutes to get your food in a line of only 7-8 people to less than friendly staff. One night in particular, I ordered ahead on Doordash thinking I would be able to skip the line and come when it was ready. Big mistake. After 1 hour, I arrived to find close to 20 people waiting in the pickup line without their orders. I had to cancel my order and submit a request for a refund. When customers asked what was going on, the staff was rude. I understand a high volume of orders can be tough, but there wasn't even an explanation as to why (such as being short staffed). Just blank stares and no direction for many individuals picking up delivery orders for their own customers. Usually they only have 1 person taking orders and cashing out even though close to 6 employees are walking around at any given time. Even on normal days without a long line, the wait is close to unbearable. I've left many times while in line knowing my meter is expiring and deciding it not to be worth it. I wouldn't recommend this Chipotle.

He got 3 pieces, it was also freezing when we got it. I know this isn't authentic Mexican food being a born and raised west coaster, but this is terrible.

Giving this place its 30th consecutive 1-star review! The missus ordered the pictured chicken bowl, which they left the chicken off of and decided to go with a 92% sour cream mix. She, and I am not kidding, threw it away and ate ramen noodles instead. I guess if there's one upside to this location, it's that the employees are rude enough that you'll definitely appreciate other service industry workers more after your visit!

I've ordered from this place maybe 3 times and each time I have been disappointed. The first and second time they just messed up the order and forgot my guacamole. However, this time my bowl was only half way filled, if that, the food didn't taste fresh at all and they forgot my side of guacamole again. To top it off, I got a nice taste of plastic. Do not order from here if you don't want to be disappointed.

I ordered and paid online and my husband went through the drive-thru for convenience only to get home and open up 2 of the bowls which looked like someone had eaten half. I called and spoke with someone who claimed to be the "General Manager, Kia". She said that she made the order and I could bring the order back but the portion size would be the same. I said no way that's correct, and that I would bring it back. I told her I was going through the drive thru she said I would have to come inside. I questioned why because that's how he picked up. I asked for a number for her supervisor, she said I am the manager, I am the manager about 5 times. I asked if she owned the places she then said she offered me a remake but now I can't get that, and if I come to the store she will call the cops on me. This girl then hung up the phone. I've included pics of 2 of the 4 orders. I opened the bowl and took pictures, that's all, the shifting of the food comes from being taken out of the bag I'm guessing ( Georgisville location)

The service at the Chipotle on Stringtown Rd in Grove City (OH) has been terrible this year. They claimed to not get an online order, but I had the confirmation email. Staff seemed confused about what to do. Today my quesdilla is missing sour cream & the burrito is only partially wrapped. Online orders aren't ready when you come to pick them up so you have to wait. I use online ordering so I don't have to wait in line, but this location doesn't seem to understand that concept. Staff never seem to know what is going on. Poor management! Will drive past this location to go to another one from now on.

I came in at 8pm 2 hours before closing they were out of almost everything the staff was all in the back not working while the line was out the door. Then I saw this several other customers saw it as well! I tried to bring this to the attention of the manager and other staff and they were unresponsive!

I am giving 2 stars because the taste is delicious. There are too many Chipotles in our area that the taste has gone downhill for some reason and is very bland but this one does not lack in taste. What it does lack in is quantity. I read (after ordering for the second time on the app) that if you order inside the portions are much better. I ordered extra rice and you could see the bottom of the bowl. I just removed the app from my phone so I am never tempted again to order through it.

I went in and the counter was absolutely disgusting with all the salsas, sour cream, and corn seeping into each other and splattered all over the place. There also always seems to be a disgruntled employee cooking as they are never full of all the food selections and when the line workers ask he usually gets upset (I've seen it multiple times on many occasions). I wish this was a good Chipotle as it's near German Village and downtown but something seriously has to happen with the staff. Will update review with photos IF I ever return.

They were out of ingredients and didn't tell me until after they made the burrito and charged me. They were incredibly slow and literally nobody was in the store. Very, very sad day. The boss seems to be paying for the cheese out of pocket. Not sure what is going on but I got like triple meat when I asked for a half portion but two pieces of cheese because the "manager is strict on the cheese"

The worst location ever for chipotle. The employees OBVIOUSLY do not care any their job, or the quality of the food they serve. They don't pay attention to what you order, meaning they leave items out of your online order, and they don't do anything to provide a good experience. I'll drive past this franchise to try to find the next one or I'll just walk across the street to Arepazo where they're happy to greet you and provide quality food and experience. Terrible.
