Chipotle Mexican Grill

I shouldn’t even leave no stars….. I ordered on DoorDash and I received my bowl and it was practically empty! The chip bag was also empty I could see the bottom of the bag! Do NOT go here, whoever packs the food needs to be retrained! Mind you we paid $40 dollars for literally bullshit! Management needs to pull it together!

This is not a good location. All the food was salty. It’s like someone spilled salt all over various ingredients during prep and didn’t start over. Like overly salty chips or rice (not even the meat). I asked for a regular sized quesadilla for my older son. The girl was like “uhhhh” and the man behind her stepped in and said “that’s online only”. I responded telling him just upcharge me or charge me for burrito, or whatever, but just take the tortilla and fold it in half, it’s a simple hand motion, “we can’t do that”. That’s all we hear from younger people nowadays, just problems and everything they don’t want to do. I’m not even old, mid 30s. But that doesn’t work in the service industry. So the food was bad and so is the customer service. Stay away from this spot

We love Chipotle. Good quality food, clean restaurant, reliable across locations. We especially love their bowls, tea, and the occasional Izzy. They have some of the best guacamole amongst all classes of casual restaurants. I do wish they still offered a lemon wedge upon request for the tea, or even a lime. They used to, but discontinued both within the past year or two according to our frequented locations. The meat is well seasoned. The vegetables are fresh. It is a tad expensive, but I would rather have really good quality food when we do eat out - and eat out slightly less often than the other way around. Overall, this chain and location do very well for good reason!

I ordered online and when I arrived, I noticed the plate was extremely light. To my surprise my plate was filled with a bunch of cheese and barely any rice or steak. I mentioned it to one of the employees and she rudely responded with “well you only ordered steak, cheese and rice and you didn’t order double of anything.” I order from this location frequently for my son and I’ve never had an issue ordering from the line. So for her to insult me as if this is the standard, I was extremely offended. I wasn’t asking for my plate to be filled to the rim or for an overload on steak and rice, but I did expect to receive a reasonably balanced amount of food and not a plate full of cheese.

The experience is fine if you dine in but they pretty consistently mess up our online orders when we order ahead. Usually its something minor, a small queso instead of a large, etc, but still a bit frustrating

Now I know why this place has bad reviews. Let me start by saying don’t use plastic forks or straws for a couple of days. There were some kids in there playing with straws and plastic forks, putting them in there mouth and building stuff with them. They must of had over 50 forks and straws. I hope they don’t put them back. I was there for about 45 minutes and the tables and floors were dirty the whole time. The place was not busy at all and all the employees were just laughing and having fun. The trash was over flowing and I know they saw that because the employees would walk by it when they got some drinks. They even didn’t bother to pick up the straws off the floor. This was their third chance because I like chipotle, but I will not be going back to this location at all. Food also looks like it’s been sitting out for a long time, very very dry.All of the other locations I’ve been to in Jacksonville are great, but this one especially being in the town center is the worst one ever!! Go there at your own risk!!

This place is DIRTY! They allow trash to accumulate and just walk all over it. I watched as an employee went to grab a drink for herself but left the drink dispenser area looking nasty! This place needs new management! They allow kids to play over your food. Will never eat here again.

The manager David in this store is an extremely rude and unprofessional… some white guy with a hat and beard… not only treats the costumers bad and rude but his employees just absolutely horrible. We watched him yell extremely loud at this teenage girl to where the whole store turned and watched over an order that wasn’t even messed up. I come to this chipotle regularly and spend my money 4-5 times a week here and have had continues times where I’ve felt like I was treated rudely and incompetent by this man. One time I ordered to go and they forgot my queso. Well turns out he was the one who made the bowl so I go in and let them know about it the next day and he makes me pay for the queso. I spend hundred of dollars per month to eat here! I don’t even expect to be compensated for the queso but an apology atleast. I mean honest to god the way we watched him yell at this poor girl make me shiver. This guy needs to go! I am taking my business else where

Service is fast and workers are nice, but a lot of containers of stuff was practically empty. Like i wanted corn, and they scooped the few kernels into my bowl, but it was not a full scoop and I wish they had refilled the corn or even let me know like when more corn would be coming out.

The freshest Chipotle near us! Always our go to location. Staff is friendly and helpful and service is quick and efficient. I recommend this location over any others.

Horrible customer service. They were out of steak, barbacoa, and brown rice, TWO HOURS before closing!! Was given a smaller than average portion of meat. Very disappointing as a loyal customer. What restaurant runs out of 3 of their main ingredients 2 hours before closing, and makes no effort to cook more food. Sad

Service always sucks at this location and they almost never give you a full portion of anything, unless you want your food wet with the juice from the pico. They give you double of that. Of the 5 people I could see 2 of them were actually helping customers and one of those 2 was the cook. Location always has a line due to one person making the food and ringing you up while the other 3 watch and talk about cleaning the bathroom as you are trying to pay.

Prob the worst Chipotle in Jax. Very poorly managed. They're open on a Sat night till 11 but show up at 8, you're in trouble. Brown rice please, sorry we're out. Black beans...sorry we're out. Grilled veggies, sorry we're out. Certain meats...out What the heck. You're open for 3 more hours. What kind of terrible management is this???? I just walked out.

Got denied a water cup along with being skipped in line because of disorganization. Was rudely yelled after questioning why I can't get a cup to put water in. All that after waiting ten minutes just to get to line. Bad experience.

No queso. Gave me beans and i said no beans. i believe they need a whole new team asap.

I mobile ordered at 9:08pm and upon arrival noticed an angry crowd of about 8 mobile orderers like myself, doordash, and uber eats drivers. There was no "to go station" employee in sight for about 10 minutes until someone blurted out "i've been waiting for 45 minutes for my food" (which was one burrito.) Another woman chimed in that she was waiting almost an hour for her bowl who was standing alongside a man who was waiting 35 minutes on his mobile order. After being neglected, for an outrageous amount of time, the "to go" employee rolled 2 burritos on a filthy countertop (picture attached below) which was a horrific sight to see while I waited 48 minutes for my bowl. at 10:02- two minutes past close, I was rudely handed a bag with my bowl in it. The rice was clumpy and soggy and held its shape like sushi rice, there were no forks so I had to eat this with a spoon, and the beans were crunchy. This bowl was obviously not worth a 48 minute wait, or as a matter of fact, it was not worth wait time at all....what a disappointment.

I work at town center and have given this chipotle so many chances, they are constantly running out of stuff, which ok I get it it's a busy area, but also the staff can be kind of rude sometimes or just don't give af about the fact that they are at their job. Like this isn't high school hour. Anyways all that aside, today actually blew my mind. This was the pickup order I received.... Got back to my job, opened it up and this is what I see. No utensils included , ordered guac got queso instead with no notice ?? I'm typically an understanding person but this looks like they literally didn't give a single fuck & my order is super simple. How do you mess it up ???

Please come to this chipotle if you want to be ridiculed for coming in! They love to make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome! With their sarcastic tones to the most unwarming smile you'll ever encounter. I don't understand how this chipotle is in service. For it being the only one in a 45 minutes radius is sad. It should be closed. How has the health department not being called ?

This is the worst chipotle in Jax. I have given it multiple tries and it's always worse with each time. I waited 40 minutes while the one guy making bowls stopped to take a phone call where he talked for way too long. With a line of 16 people (yes I counted) at 4pm. Someone finally came in for their shift and flew through the line. While he had the audacity to tell her how to do her job better. I went to pay, he rang me up and then disappeared. Didn't get a receipt and had to bag my own food. Low quality staff

This is the worst Chipotle location ever...The manager was extremely rude, they were out of salsa, fajita veggies and other ingredients for SEVERAL days apparently but he didn't even give a damn basically telling 'tough luck buddy' Not that they care because the customer traffic is always going to be there due to them being smack down the middle of everything but I ain't coming back

I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!!!!! You lost me as a national customer!!! I went in to order a chicken quesadilla and was told at the counter that they "would NOT take my order"!! They insisted I download their app and order, or place my order online - and that was the ONLY way I could get a chicken quesadilla. THEY DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS!!!!! The customer is NOTHING!!! The worst business policy I've ever heard of. I hope everyone will boycott them and take your business elsewhere. The is a Chewy's and Cantina Loredo blocks away. Go there. Came in at 9:30, they were out of a lot of stuff. I mean stuff that you really need to have like pico and fajita vegetables and sautéed mushrooms and they were about six or seven empty bins in the hot side. Completely unapologetic and kind of sassy about being out of everything when there was still a lot of people trying to order food, there were seven kids standing behind the counter pretending to work and nobody could get more pico out? Or even make it? Silly. They must've been about out of lettuce because he put about eight lettuce leaves in the bottom of my salad bowl and then prepared to load it up with rice but I don't eat rice, then put a spoon of chicken only to find out they were out of everything else that I usually get. The staff was completely unapologetic and said well it's late and we're just out well, the store is busy all the time if you are going to stay open you should have your products it's not like it was just one thing. With so many other choices in this area I probably won't be back.

How you gone make cheese quesadillas without the damn cheese!! Only cheese and tortilla and you had one job! Add the damn cheese! Did an order pickup only to find out at home about this whole thing. So now I gotta figure out what to make for my child! And!! Did double steak and find out only HARDLY any steak! And then the trash cans inside were piled up over the brim. Do better especially at this location!

I went in for lunch today around 1130 waited about 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and this dude walks up with a cold stare and says "what do you want" giving me a look like I did something wrong by choosing to eat there. He was in a good mood when he was in the back laughing and playing with his coworkers and ignoring me. I got a half chicken half steak bowl a drink and queso the entire meal was ice cold and absolutely disgusting the guy didn't give me my receipt and I honestly did not want to have to say another word too him I paid 22 dollars for that garbage. Never again!

Ordered the carne asada burrito and the dude didn't do the traditional ask me as we went so of course my mind was blown and I forgot beans. I've never once had a chipotle burrito without beans and it was delicious.

BEWARE: I should've read the reviews before I went, that's my fault because I know better.You would this especially because it's in Town center there would be some kind of standard.NOPE!.. I waited in line 30 mins I seen the staff scrambling to move the line so I didn't mind.When I got to the front it was a mess but they definitely were in a rush so I over looked it.The guy starting the orders finished the order in front of me.Started restocking the empty trays, went to the back of the store.Opened more food & said "What do you need?". I asked him to change his gloves and he got an attitude.Took them off slow, turned around and talked to the person cooking chicken and came back.The cashier put on gloves and made my order..come on now..I thought food safety was a priority ‍

Horrible service people are rude, wanted to get a quesadilla and was told I could only order that online. I will be driving out of my way to another location so I don't have to come here.

go to any other location other than this one by far the worst chipotle, they are rude and rush orders with zero concern for proportion. If you're lucky enough to get Princess behind the counter, she will talk bad about you and anyone who enters the door during her shift while making your food.

Went there at 8 pm Saturday and order our bowl. They ran out of the green sauce that we usually get so I was fine with that until I saw the takeout has the sauces. So I ask and Carly ( one of the staff) says that we can't have them because it's online and prepaid only. What the heck. And @ chipotle admin- please train your staff with customer service. I did not like her tone at all and this is just for a sauce. Oh well , food might be good but I do think if you have the sauce in there you should be able to offer it to the people who walk in your store.

This it's one of the worst restaurant that I've been with my wife and my two daughters. Food it's delicious because it's standard. but nobody cares about cleanliness of the restaurant. Food on top of the tables, garbage on the floor, that part of the sodas completely mess and the worst part a big cockroach in the floor running around the restaurant. This restaurant located in St John's town center gives very bad reference. I'll never back here. And finally the supervisor looks Like he doesnt care at all. Terrible !!

Came in the middle of a lunch hour rush and this place was amazing. Run like a fkng machine; so efficient and on top of everything. Also-- best chipotle I've ever eaten. Idk what they do differently at this location but it was sooooo good. Unfortunately, I live near River City marketplace and that location is always dirty with rude and unhelpful staff - so after 2 tries there, I've never gone back.

there was an employee in their name. Harry made us feel very comfortable in there. I love his fashion glasses and his fashion necklace. It made me feel very welcome other than the white guy that was next to him as soon as he came up, you can just tell the energy went down with the employees, hope that Store gets a better role model. We came in 35 minutes before closing, the workers immediately yelled that "what they have us what we get". The chipotle worker with the hair down to her legs was extremely rude, pretty much saying they won't be able to feed us as we watch them add food to the bar in front of us. I understand it's late but they have 30 more minutes that they advertise being open, they shouldn't be mad at people for taking advantage. The food also sucked, chicken and pork very dry

Everyone here has an attitude and are very unfriendly. Never coming back here again. I asked for a side of corn and rice and this is what they gave me and refused to give me more! What a joke. They need there head dipped in queso

This is actually the worst chipotle I've been to. The tables are always dirty. The workers are incredibly rude. It's like it's a requirement to hate your life and roll your eyes anytime someone asks you to do your job to work there. This one girl was so rude rolling her eyes and throwing things around one time and they were being rude to who I was assuming was the manager. This other woman gave me literally like two bites full of rice on my bowl. I then asked for me rice because it was not nearly enough for a bowl and she just goes "there's no more" and I said "okay I'll wait" and she was annoyed that I wanted to wait for the fresh rice since there was no more rice. I was not going to pay for a bowl if it didn't have the rice I wanted. The food is fine but the workers need to work on their customer service.

Chipotle is my main go fo for fast food. It is far superior to most establishments that fall onto that murky category of what has become labeled as fast food. Chipotle offers a relatively healthy menu at good price points. This location was clean and the servers were friendly and attentive.

Nope. I stopped going to this Chipotle location a while back because it's always ridiculously dirty and just not up to par. But unfortunately, today this location was the closest and my boyfriend and I really wanted chipotle. I've been to locations all across Jacksonville and this one is by far the worst. Like I said above, RIDICULOUSLY dirty. But it was the food for me - we ordered on the app, picked it up, drove home, and when we got home we realized our two bowls had literally almost no food in either one. They were incredibly stingy with the meat, lettuce, cheese, everything. The bowl wasn't even half filled. It literally looked like a child's meal. Chipotle is expensive these days too so I felt super ripped off. Other reviews have also stated about how stingy the employees are with portions. I already hated this location but now I know to never come back.

All I can say is don't order online for this place, I asked for extra steak, I got like 4 pieces of steak, I asked for black beans and I got pinto beans and the serving size was definitely a lot less than what I usually get.

STINGY - they consistently give you a very small amount of food. They are not friendly. They gave me a teaspoon of guacamole, filled up 1/3 of the container and I questioned why... considering I paid for an entire cup of it. NO ONE WOULD REPLY TO ME. Messy messy store. I've tried this one way to many times. Always disappointed

drove all the way from pa, came in at 5pm and asked for a big bowl of cheese for my daughter who is autistic and that's all she demanded for miles and miles, we all had a good laugh and this staff made me happy to be back home in florida, thank you to the staff working today, nova says thank you for the cheese

Food is fine but the employees there just not it. I like getting through the line as fast as possible but they were borderline rushing me and whoever is running the register is usually worse about it. I have never seen a surface in that restaurant that isn't covered in crumbs fr. Place aint great but the food is better than taco bell and it's close to UNF.

Could not have been happier with the catered takeout from Chipotle. We had 12 people come over for a post graduation get together and everything was great. We had a little bit of everything. Beef,chicken, pork rice,black beans, rice,all the sauces, guacamole,....etc. Fed everyone for a little over 200.00 with leftovers. Great deal and the food was great! Everything went off without a hitch, and we were on a tight time schedule. I've always enjoyed individual meals from Chipotle, but will definitely be using them for smaller catering events in the future.

Alright, so I'm going to add my .02¢ to the already stated experiences of nearly 200 people before me! Let's be honest here, Chipotle is like that friend that you've had for a really long time and though they annoy everyone else and truth be told annoy you also you can't help but be somewhat loyal to them and for all their faults, they absolutely carry their pluses on a silver platter (see what I did there, because their food comes out on silver platters! Ha!) And that truly is their pluses, the items on that silver platter. I have been to Chipotle restaurants that have fairly decent staff that don't seem completely ready to throw themselves into a giant vat of guac ending it all, with a slight flair because as you know, that guac costs extra! However at this location, the guac is in danger!! Everyone in this place seems to be extremely disappointed with where life has brought them and they've little concern for showing their disdain of life while piling haphazardly beans on top of rice. Delicious beans and delicious rice tho so really who care if their hatred goes into making my food because honestly it's too good to be effected anyway!! If you're familiar at all with the Saint Johns Town Center then you're all to comfortable rubbing elbows with people that hate you openly. Be it because you're happier than they are or you fake it better doesn't matter, I think it's secretly a part of the application process; Name: Work History: Level of hatred you hold for the general public in a seemingly upper class environment: 10/10 You're hired! Anyway, my point stands. Don't come for the service. Or even the cleanliness, and truth be told a bit of a mess typically tells me people love this place lol. And if you're truly in it for the food, you too will love this place. Get the bowl, add all the toppings you want, mix it all together until it resembles something you'd sway your dog away from trying to eat, pile it onto chips and don't stop until you can no longer comfortably move.

Yes, I crave chipotle and I get the same thing every time. I had good and bad experiences here at the town center. I know this place is always packed during lunch hour. Don't come here if you only have 30 minute lunch break for class or work. Sometimes they give very little portion of rice and meat. I'll have to request if they can put a little bit more and they will charge extra. Why would you charge extra when it wasn't even a scoop of rice? Or meat? But, there are days where they are generous with the servings. I guess it depends on the person.

very rude worker seems to be a manager was talking to everyone but me and then would ask me what I wanted and when I told him he would be talking to someone else and then he had an attitude saying just tell me what u want very rudely rice was hard not cooked well just overall very bad experience at this place horrible customer service.

I just got home from picking up my steak bowl and chicken bowl and they were both wrong. I wanted vegetables in both bowl and neither of them had any. Also, both of my bowls were cold, I like 15 minutes from the restaurant and got there exactly at 8:15pm so why is my food cold??? Lastly, I tried getting a hold of the store manager and no one answered. I called 3x. The side of queso and chip is also a Rip off. $3 extra and It's in a tiny container. I'm not happy, $22 for cold food and wrong order and staff refuses to answer their phone.

The manager charged me $8.65 for a bowl of brown rice. Just rice. Nothing else in the bowl. He stated "we have to make money" crazy. I have go to 5 other Chipotle in the Jacksonville FLorida are and they ALL only charge me $1.97 for a side bowl of brown rice. This location at 9395 Atlantic Blvd is a rip off. I will certainly visit the other Chipotle's

Y'all... don't come here. It literally is the worst Chipotle in all of Jacksonville. Maybe even in the world lol. The worst customer service. It's filthy inside. I asked for steak / chicken, I could literally count the 8 pieces of meat. So I nicely asked for more and the response I got was, "it cost double" (which I don't mind) and proceeded to give me 3 more pieces of meat. You're kidding. I asked for light cheese and she dead looked me in the eye as she piled a mountain of cheese on my bowl. Tragic.

I HATE this location, unfortunately it is the closest to me. Let the pictures speak for themselves!! Side note: they do not drain any beans or salsa. The person in front of me got a burrito and the workers were pouring the juice out of the burrito into a salsa cup because the person before them didn't drain any of the juices!!!! They just plop the beans and salsa on whatever you get!!! Rice was so salty and they're always out of things!! This location is DISGUSTING!

word to my mother the new chicken is so good but when i order on the app they never give me my fucking napkins.

This was the worst functioning Panera I have ever seen. The soda machine was broken, they couldn't give me my receipt because their receipt machine was broken and every table was covered in food. It looked like no table had been wiped down all day. Very unfortunate experience. 2 burritos and chips and queso was $45 no drink included.
