Chipotle Mexican Grill

The Rice was under cooked the barbacoa had no type of flavor just the spice hot the beans no flavor at all I mean come on I could not even finish eating it I'm coming in there hungry expecting something well worth the trip and the money for the little bit that they serve come on chipotle get it together!!

I’ve decided to finally write a review about this specific chipotle because I’m so extremely tired of having to go to this chipotle and constantly request staff practice and follow proper and safe hygiene when it comes to GLOVES and serving customers food!! No employee should be cleaning and serving food with the same gloves it’s disgusting as hell!!! Everytime I have to request new gloves been worn when making my food and to serve me out separate containers than The ones on the floor since they keep cross contaminating and mixing food allergies with non food allergen foods!! Health risk!! The same gloves on her hands is the same gloves she used to wipe that counter off I’m reporting you guys to the health department now for inspection!!

I came here for the first time to get some food and I ordered smoked brisket. I was excited to eat my food on the way home and once I got home, I opened it couple of bites and noticed a very long piece of black hair in my food and along with that, I noticed that I have Quite a bit of burnt pieces of brisket in my food good proportions, but their food is not good.

Definitely gotta say I loved how the cooks prepared my burrito! The nachos and guacamole were great and I was able to cut it with no mess! Loved it! Definitely look forward to ordering my favorite burritos & guac from this location!

This is highly disrespectful to make me wait an additional 10 mins after it was confirmed my food was ready just to serve me this and not even give me the rice I ordered. Look at this slop! Burnt pieces, dry meat and lucky the store doesn’t have a phone and that I live far. Ghetto and messy!!!

In my opinion the Bronx Chipotle’s aren’t as good as the Manhattan Chipotle’s but Elly (or Ellie) made this visit special for me. I mainly come for the Chipotle Dressing (it’s sooo good!). Today I wanted to try the Barbacoa Steak, you from the commercials but they were out of dressing. Ellie did me a solid by going to the back and getting more dressing for me. Girl, you made my day!

If Chipotle restaurants motto is that there food is cooked fresh, why when you go within the first hour of opening are they serving food from the prior day. When you ask is this yesterday’s food they will lie and tell you no. If you open at 10:45am why will the food trays look like this in less than an hour? Why are you even scrapping up rice for customer
