Coming from another store with a bad experience then to this one with an equally bad experience is just insanity. Walked in and the line and windows were disgusting you’d think they were finger painting with also on the glass. They weren’t busy so a line wipe could have been done but just wasn’t. His wells weren’t smoking so that made me nervous about the food because is it even hot? Or maybe it’s because he was preclosing line 2 hours early and put hotels under all his food so nothing was coming up to temp. I get to the cashier and pay but he overcharged me and never even notified me… I worked for chipotle in the same region and was specifically told by the field leader we are nottttt allowed to charge people for vinaigrette so why was I charged and not even notified that there was an uncharged???? Kind of outrageous. No signs no nothing. You can’t just charge me for something that’s not on the menu with a charge next to it… then there was a manager and an employee standing in the way of customers just talking for like 20 minutes when the drink station is completely empty and your line person needs a line wipe? Waking up the next morning me and my partner are both experiencing horrible stomach cramps and very loose stools. Never going back. There are safety procedures for a reason, follow them before you get someone else sick🤮

The service was Ok. I went in on my lunch break there probably about eight employees working. There was someone helping another person in front of me and they were like five people just standing there. I didn’t really care I was like whatever. Finally somebody came over to help me and take my order which was fine. My main complaint complaint about this place was they were tons of people working there however, when you went to the dining room, the place was a mess there was food, and garbage all over the floor. The condiment station was a mess. I’m sorry, but if you have that many people working, take five minutes of your time and clean the place up. If I were dining in, I would be repulsed. Usually when I go in there, it seems like the staff is usually just hanging out which is kind of a turn off.

My online order was horribly prepared. It looks like they just threw everything in the burrito and folded it over. The filling was falling out of the tortilla and the wrapper. I asked for extra rice and received a rice burrito with a very small amount of the other toppings. I guess they think this is funny. Plus they didn't give me a fork or napkin. I get the feeling that the employee who made this just doesn't care. I will never order from this location again.

The last 5 times we ordered from here for a pick up, the quality of food and amount of food was subpar. You ask for light sour cream but they dump an excessive amount, there is only a tiny bit of meat. The rice has been hard 3 out of 5 times. Then you message them and they apologize but doesn't do anything about it. Hey offered to give me 3 free soft drinks but never sent the email to me. They increased their prices but give you less food. Extremely disappointed. We were coming here at least once week. I dont think we will come back here again.

been here like 3 or 4 times since I moved in and everytime I get a double-wrapped burrito, they might as well just diarrhea in the tin foil. leaking thru the bag. like bro, I know I might be nitpicking but the whole point of double-wrapping the burrito is to wrap it once...flip it over... and rewrap it. This almost made me suicidal and I'm not joking. Grounds for public execution imo

I planned to order and eat inside of this Chipotle location at 230pm, until I noticed there were a lot of regular flies near the food serving counter. I started to look around and noticed food everywhere around the serving containers. Even the register counter had cheese all over. There were 3 employees just staring at me behind the server station, never saying a word to me. So, I just decided not to order and go somewhere else. As I was walking out, even the floors were messy. There was 1 seated table and the lunch rush was no longer there at 230pm. The restaurant should not have looked like this. I am really thankful I went inside to see the way the restaurant is maintained. The nearby restaurant I went to was the complete opposite of this place!

Best healthy food around!! For a good price. Very filling and nutrient dense food. I really appreciate this place. The workers get a little short with you every now and then but It's to be expected honestly. Most of the time they treat you well if you treat them well. Phenomenal restaurant overall.

I asked for lettuce and he (no name tag so I can't identify him) put 3 leaves on. I asked for more lettuce and he put 2 more leaves on. They weren't very busy at the time either and there was plenty of lettuce to be served. It's very sad. I've been here several times in the past few months and the help just seems to be getting worse every week. I hope management does some employee retraining.

Absolutely the worse Chipolte experience and restaurant. One of the line workers was serving the salsas, cheese and meats without gloves. There were dirty empty containers all over the place. Out of all meats but 1. The worker at the tortilla press didn't know how to fold or make a kids quesadilla. The place should be shut down and it just opened up less than a month ago. Very sad situation!

Edit: Check the Google reviews for this location. It's almost worse than what's being posted here. I can't believe this location is still open. Had a large order for delivery on Doordash. Whether the driver or the Chipotle messed up, I ended up with only 2 items out of a 5 item order. The bag receipt says "Order Bag 2 of 2," so I was sure the other bag was probably just sitting at the store. I call my driver, no response. So I handle that part through Doordash. I call Chipotle, thinking "Hey, the other bag probably on the shelf, I'll just call the store and ask them to check if it's still there so I can pick it up." I get an AI voice asking me if I'm placing a new order. I say no. The voice asks to describe my issue. I say "Only received one bag of a Doordash order. I just need someone to check and see if it's there." The voice responds that they can not help with delivery orders and we have to do it through the app. I try to explain (to a robot) that I just need to know if the rest of the order is there. I hear someone typing, so I know a person was listening and ignoring me while putting on an automated response. Then the voice says again that they can't help with deliveries. I stop talking and it is silent for a minute, then I just hung up and drove to the store. Luckily, the food was there, but I am extremely disappointed in the customer service. I just needed someone to confirm for me that the food was still there do I didn't waste my time driving. The food by this point was cold, and the rice was undercooked. I'm only giving a 2 because the man who handed the bag to me in the store was very nice. Edit: the business owner responding asking me to contact them. Respectfully, you had your chance. Moving on.

I just received a door dash order and the only reason I'm rating it 2 stars because my sofritas bowl was delicious. However, my boyfriend's burrito was ice cold to the touch. You could feel the cold from the foil like they kept it in a fridge. As he ate it, he discovered there was almost no meat added in the burrito, hence the why the temperature dropped. To make it worse, he said it was nothing but spicy. It was poorly wrapped so everything fell through the back of the burrito. He was not happy and threw the rest away. For $16, this is unfair to any person. I don't think they think of how they want their food presented when they make it. Some training needs to happen or there needs to be more employee appreciation to boost their morale because they clearly aren't happy and it's reflected in this meal.

I really don't want to crap on this place, I've owned stock, been going here weekly for months. But they are batting .500 here. One time you come in and it's great, the next time they mess up the order badly and the food isn't up to chipotles standard. If you like to have your heart broken occasionally, go here.

FLAT OUT NOPE. 4 years later and my review never went above one star. We have ordered chipotle many times over the pandemic. Most of the time it's wrong, the rest of the time it's seriously underwhelming and disappointing. We have flat-out gotten other people's orders (sorry Ryan S.!) - and that means other people have gotten our food and not their own. We decided that we aren't going to order from this location anymore. There are other locations at Tiedeman and Broadview. I would suggest driving a little bit out of your way to get a dinner that you actually want.

This location is disgusting. Came on a Sunday around 6p. Every table is a mess. The food prep area is a mess. The register counter has food all over it. There's a pile of garbage sitting on the bins, including a tray with a broken glass bottle. Worst of all, the food looked and tasted gross. This spot just opened last year year and it already either needs new management or needs to be shut down.

The 7683 West Ridgewood Drive Parma location is, by far the worst Chipotle location I've ever been to. Quality of ingredients (if they're not out of them) is poor. The restaurant itself is not very clean either. I should have ordered it myself instead of having a friend pick it up for me, because I would have walked out and not ordered anything. I would've have given negative stars if possible.

Online orders backed up for an hour. Why would you have online ordering open if you can't keep up. There was not a single order put out for 10 minutes so it just shows how inefficient they are. Always a hassle to go through customer service to get a refund.

Not the cleanest place for one. Also a couple times recently messed up our orders. We asked for rice on the side, and was charged almost 5 dollars for a side of brown rice since they were out of white. I ended up taking the order back, and asking for the money back. Just this location doesn't seem to be the better of most of them...

Put in an online order and when myself and another customer went in to get them they were all placed in bags on the counter behind the register and we waited for a WHILE for someone to simply acknowledge us so we can grab our orders and they all literally just walked by us and not one made eye contact or asked us what we needed even though we were standing 4 feet away from them looking at our orders. We almost wanted to walk back there and grab them ourselves. The employees were all just talking about how they wanted to go home and how they were done with work. It wasn't until I said something that they helped me and the other customer. So rude and careless.

This store has its problems. When you go there you're never sure if it's going to be online pickup only or not and you can't call them to find out. Then when you get there you're never sure if they have all the ingredients. Last night I went there and they were open. They only had one hard shell taco so I asked if I could have one hard shell and one soft shell. The server said she didn't know how to wrap one hard shell taco I asked what she did with three she said in a bowl. She didn't seem to know to put both tacos in the bowl. Then they were out of chips and onions. The seating area was all closed up and dark. They were discouraging people from staying. The store has had these types of problems for a few years and should be closed.

I'm surprised to see that this Chipotle has such a low rating. I understand it's a smaller restaurant but the food here is always great and fresh and I've never had them mess up my orders (I should bite my tongue before I jinx myself). Just had Chipotle yesterday from this location and again they reminded me why I should stick to this location. They load up when you ask for extras and my bowl weighed more than a newborn. I ordered a carnita bowl and everything in it was fresh, loaded and delicious. There was so much food in there that I even had leftovers for today. I've been to several different Chipotles in the neighborhood but I will definitely stick to this location. I just hope I didn't stick my foot in my mouth and speak too soon. Keep up with the fresh food and making your food the way you do.

I appreciated the lines customer service and how well they treated their customers. Team members seemed to be in sync with food items that needed to be replenished. Stopped in to Chipotle for dinner. I ordered a bowl with double chicken, white rice, and veggies, a bowl with chicken, brown rice and veggies, and crispy steak tacos. At 5:45 PM, not only did I not wait in line, the order was done fast and correctly. I ate the food at home and it was delicious. In reality, this was one of the best Chipotle experiences I've had. Most of the time at other locations, the line is out the door. They had plenty of staff on hand and there were many people dining in. Since this is the closest Chipotle to home, it will be my go to spot for my fix.

I used to always come here and the place has gone so downhill. I walked in at 1:30 and there was no one in there. I waited at least 5 minutes to just be acknowledged. The lady who took my order just looked at me and looked annoyed that I was there. This woman tried to give me 0 rice. i had to ask for extra twice just so she could give me a usual amount. I had to ask for double everything. The staff was just rude. All dirty looks, Never again.

I usually go to the one up the street on Tiedeman but since their chips are usually stale, sometimes I drive out my way to this one. They are always out of something and never prepared. They always have something going on, either they're not taking online orders, or they're closed randomly, or something else that's out of the blue. Make sure you read the door because there is always a sign up explaining what went wrong that day. I went there one day and they were completely out of chicken. You didn't know you were running out the day before? It's chipotle. Chipotle is very popular. Maybe preorder it so stuff doesn't run out? Idk, I'm not a manager, but some of this is common sense if you actually cared to think about it. Also, this location gives small portions and the food doesn't look as appetizing as the one on Tiedeman. I live right in the middle of the two and both kind of sucks. But I'll choose Tiedeman over this location any day. Sigh Update: I just went here today and my rice wasn't done. It was super hard. The were low on chicken and gave me the little that was left leaving me to ask for a double.. but I didn't. I just decided if I was hungry later, to just cook. I'm currently coughing because the rice is hard and stuck in my throat. Also, they were plenty of people walking around, one was on her phone, one was talking and laughing, and there was only one person serving the line at first. After about 5-6 minutes, they finally added more people but they were rushing and gave me the bare minimum. Chipotle needs to be self served and just weighed at the end. Y'all are terrible. Sorry, but it's true. As per my last review, I already knew what I was getting, but I didn't feel like driving to a better location. I was closer to this one at the time. Make is self serve please

Wanted to sit and eat but there was not a SINGLE clean table... out of 10+ people working not one can grab a clean rag? Takes 5 minutes to just offer a clean place to eat for customers... not to mention I was stepping on so much rice throughout the time I was there where I was scraping the bottoms of my feet. Then during my 15 minute wait in line where I'm literally the ONLY person in line waiting, the girl making bowls looked at me and said nothing, then took every single pan out one by one and started cleaning the rice/meat area. Not only was I not greeted but not even acknowledged... then another person comes up and says they're "pre-closing" at 7:50 pm when the sign says open until 11... alright but at least have the courtesy to say "someone else will be right with you"? Anyway... I get home and my food is SO spicy my nose is running and I'm chugging water it's so hot. I did not get a single hot item in my bowl... rice, pinto beans, chicken, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, corn... Never has my bowl been so spicy where I don't even want to eat my food. Every time I go to chipotle I remember exactly why I don't go to chipotle, but THIS location takes the cake for overall worst experience I've ever had.

I was body shamed by the cashier Layla. Or at least this is what it says on my receipt. On my way to pay she cracked a joke saying " you know this isn't a burrito" just because I usually like to put all the options that chipotle likes to offer. I just wish she had ent said that because customers around me herd it because dad said it pretty loud like she wanted the entire restaurant to know. Overall not a good experience and don't even get me started on how cold and dry the food was and on top of my dissatisfaction of this restaurant the didn't even have the brown rice stocked.

I was there yesterday at 3:15pm and the female putting your order together is VERY RUDE, never smiles, and SLOW as hell, she should be fired immediately, I stood in line for 5 minutes & it didn't move, I ended up walking out without making a purchase, and the place is always out of something & very dirty, apparently the management does not care, I will NEVER go to that chipotle again, they SUCK!!! I hope they close their doors for good!!!

Be warned, this store does NOT enforce their mask policy whatsoever. Was there today around 2:15, the grown man in front of me refused to wear a piece of cloth over his mouth for the 5 minutes he was in the store. When told to put on a mask by the worker, he gave some sorry excuse. The worker told the manager, and the manager just brushed it off. If that's the case, what's the point of the mask policy? Manager needs to learn how to do his job. The policy states that if a customer won't wear a mask, they will be asked to wait outside. So why didn't this happen? Uncomfortable experience to say the least.

Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time my online order got messed up. Both times they forgot my bag of chips but remembered my side of guacamole. The first time, I called up to the store to tell them about the mess up and was told that my name would be written down so I could be "credited" / pick up my free bag of chips whenever. I chalked it up as a loss, I wasn't going to go in and be that customer over a simple opps moment. However, now that this is the 2nd time I am paying for chips and guacamole but not getting my chips.. I'm a little annoyed with the service. THE CHIPS ARE THE BEST PART

Really awful service. My daughter and I were kicked out around 6:30 pm because they said there was a sign on the door that it was closed early. We didn't see the sign but when someone was leaving they held the door open for us. We stood in the line for fifteen minutes behind a bunch of others and then some worker started yelling at everyone that we apparently didn't know how to read but they were closing. Never ever going back there.

I feel like this place has had a lot of bad reviews lately and I just want to say that my girlfriend and I just went there to eat. The staff was extremely friendly and nice to us and they gave us a huge portion! The food was also really good. I think this place is getting back on the right track.

I been going here for a couple years now n in the last few months I've watch it go down to trash, trash service completely, staff has no personality, they really shorten your portion size so you have to like keep your eyes glued to them and almost fight with them just to have some sort or accuracy, and then my partner is a police officer and always just gives them his card and gets a percent off but the girl at the register one day had the audacity to say they don't do it for patrol officers lmao! Well what do you think a Police Officer is! I don't know they must have gotten an new manager because it definitely went to shit and If it wasn't so convenient to get to from my house I'd never go back.

I love Chipotle and have eaten there for years. However it appears they have no interest in cleaning the dining area. It's disgusting. Busy or not they have an obligation to provide a clean place for guests to eat. Cheese all over the floor, food remnants on every table, and just a lack of cleanliness was perfectly acceptable to the crew working last night. One worker emptying and refilling the food station, I assume for to go orders, was doing so for the first 10 minutes without gloves on. The same worker sneezed at least 5 times placing his head between his arms as not to touch his hands but still not covering his mouth. When it was my turn in line I asked them to wipe all the tables down. They did but left all the food scraps on the floor. The district manager needs to whip this place into shape because its obvious the store manager doesn't care.

Read the reviews and couldn't believe that a franchise restaurant like Chipotle would not have basic menu items available when open. I found out the hard way this was true. And staff was totally unapologetic about it. No brown rice at 11:00am. Hadn't made it yet. No veggies. Hadn't made them yet. I was one of 3 customers, who at only 11:00 am, walked out of the store without making a purchase. Am I wrong here? Once the restaurant is open, that means the menu is being served. Well, not at this location.

I have never been overly impressed with Chipotle, as a Pescetarian they have never had many options for me, plus I prefer local places over chains; but I had a coupon for a free burrito and I was hungry so I figured give it another try. The new location in Parma is not that large, but is attractive with the industrial decor including lots of corrugated steel. The open kitchen gives you a good view of what is going on and I will stay it looks like they are working hard to keep the place clean. I had the sofritos (marinated tofu) burrito with almost everything except sour cream or guacamole. The burrito was a good amount of food, but what I found lacking was any really exciting flavors. Its not that anything was bad, its just that they were kind of bland and boring. While eating the burrito I went through about a quarter of a bottle of Tabasco. While I am a hot sauce fan, I especially like it when I get food that does not need anything added to it. A perfect example is when I go to Barrio I don't even have to think about adding hot sauce. In addition I found it ironic that Chipotle has a whole essay on their bags how we should not be shortsighted about how we approach the world including not using disposable paper cups. Yet Chipotle had just given me a paper cup to drink out of and a paper bag, I did not need. I don;t want a chain restaurant overfeeding Americans to tell me how to be ecologically responsible. Of course your mileage may vary.

It's the closest Chipotle so I've gone there a few times and they barely put anything in the bowl. I got queso and they filled the cup less than halfway. Then they gave me the wrong receipt which had $0 spent on it so I didn't get any rewards for the $21 i spent. I was very kind to them and they seemed to hate their lives and not care about the customers. I just wish I didn't spend so much money on 2 less than half filled bowls and less than half full queso.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Poor customer service. Walked in tried to use I coupon I redeemed with my points and since it did not scan they would not honor it. The cashier and Manger would not make right proceeded to tell my husband and I that we have attitudes and there nothing they could do. When I asked for their names so I could complain to coperate they said they don't have to give me their names and refused to talk. Then the cashier yelled at my husband for putting the card in the wrong way and talked to him like he was five years old and basically called him stupid. I will never go to this location again. I rather drive farther to be with more pleasant people and a better experience.

The lines are always out door which is a bit ridiculous with the amount of workers I see working here... I remember at the original location the hippy lie only had 4-6 workers and they would bust their butts to make the line go away.. Lines were rarely out the door and when they were, it was only for a brief moment (2-4 minutes). This location has a lot of young workers who talk and play around more than they actually work... Overall the food is consistent... Some of the workers are pretty stingy when it comes to providing you with portions.. (By stingy I mean I asked for cheese on my burrito bowl and he guy with dreads put literally 5 strands of cheese on there and when I asked for more he told he it would be an up charge.. What a joke!). Basically my review is mainly based on the service in this location... Food is good and taste just like any other chipotle..

I drove 30 minutes out of my way to get dinner here. I get there at 930, and the doors are locked. The sign says- open till 10pm. I knock on the door. The guy comes to the door and says "were closed"! I said the sign says open till 10. He said "yeah, we ran out of food at 9!" Are you serious! Such bad service. If you close at 9 don't have a sign saying open till 10. So frustrated I will not be returning to this chipotle any more!

Just all around shifty. Price way too expensive for the crappy food and crappy customer service. It should be shut down.

The Cashier at 12:49 PM was extremely rude and did not seem to care about what I had to say only that whatever I had to say bothered her. Plus I work in the food business if I would have her attitude I would have been let go in an instant I am a regular and spend alot of money at this company but if I continue to experience this my bussiness will be taking elsewhere and I will tell everyone I know about my experience and would hope they would do same. Thank you for your time.
