had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle on 12/04/25 around 3 PM. While I was in line, one employee began yelling at a coworker in front of all the customers. It created a very unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere.
I laughed a little at how inappropriate the situation felt, and the employee confronted me, asking “What’s funny?” in a disrespectful tone. When I responded, she told me she wouldn’t serve me. A worker should never speak to a paying customer like that, regardless of the situation.
I’ve never had an experience like this at Chipotle before, and I hope management addresses this immediately. No customer should be treated this way.
