Entering this location today I had one of the most unprofessional and unhygienic experiences I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. An employee wiped his mouth, then immediately tried to handle and bag my food. I politely told him not to touch my order, yet he ignored me, grabbed it anyway, and did so with an obvious attitude as if basic hygiene was too much to ask. This was not only disgusting but also disrespectful. I refused the food because I value my health, which clearly was not a priority for your staff that day. If this is considered “just doing their job,” then food safety at this location is a serious concern

My grandson loves Chipotle and every time we go he is not satisfied. The workers are not polite and they slang the food around. He wanted Chipotle again tonight and I didn't want to go. But he loves it. I went in with him this time. The servers are not friendly and were very messy with the food. I ordered brisket and the server was scraping the bottom to make two orders. I told him I will wait for fresh brisket and said that was a full order. It was not a full order at all. Then the girl asked me if I wanted extra. First of all, I was already waiting for them to get more. The person behind me who ordered steak had steak covering the rice and beans and here I am with this one scoop in the middle of my two bowls. I like the food but I want to get what I paid for. Their attitudes were worse than their service. They just rush you through the line making a mess and then charge you all this money. I did support your restaurant by getting the food but I can't help feeling taken advantage of. While I was eating , it was just a bunch of small pieces of fat, terrible. When or if I visit this restaurant, which is the closest to my house, I will express my unsatisfaction with the service. I spent $47 on three kids meals. This location, on Palm Beach Lakes, has the worse service and attitudes of any of the Chipotles I have visited and I have been to a few. And that $2.75 tiny guacamole cup was frozen in the middle. It was just.... so disappointing!

The owner of this location needs to sell it already and let someone new come in. I do plan on reporting this to the highest power possible. Here is my story: I just got home from Chipotle, it’s the 30th of July. We ordered several meals. Mind you, my husband went to chipotle over the weekend and he refused to go back today, due to the service that he received. I made him come with me, and he did. There is one particular Haitian woman (they were all Haitian) who was handling the rice this evening, the starter, and she has the most disgusting attitude. She literally gave him one scoop of rice, and he had to ask for more. He got four pieces of chicken in his plate. We paid full price. He didn’t want to argue and took it, and left my sister who was there had to cause a scene in order for them to give her what she wanted. She asked for brown rice and they said they didn’t have it. She said she will wait for it, and they said no we have no rice and she said again…I will wait for it. I’m not sure about the Morning team but the evening team that is there every day is absolutely atrocious. My brother owns a Chipotle in North Florida and trust me when I say I am reporting this location. We live just a few minutes away and refuse to go to this chipotle and would rather travel to Palm Beach Gardens or Northlake. We paid full price for our meal, including the chicken and below is exactly what my husband got as far as his protein. No one will miss this location, if it closed down! This has been constant over the years, which is why we try so hard to not even entertain going there. Do better or shut down. Hope all your workers in there are legal!

The lady preparing my food could not have cared less. She barely put on any toppings and my burrito was completely disfigured when I got it home. Cheese was all on one corner and barely any salsa. This location seems to lack any care or pride in their workers or what they do.

Unacceptable Conditions at Chipotle 2380 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, West Palm Beach! I visit this Chipotle multiple times a week, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Every visit comes with a 15-20 minute wait time, not because of short staffing, but due to poor management and lack of organization. Employees seem unaware of what’s happening around them, leading to an inefficient and frustrating customer experience. Most concerning is the state of the restaurant. On my last visit, the drink station was completely out of lemonade and sodas, even though customers pay for these beverages. This has been happening every single day the past couple of months! But today it was out of control since almost everything was missing and they still charge for those things? There were no forks, napkins, or other essentials, making it impossible to enjoy a meal properly. When asked about these missing items, staff did nothing to rectify the issue—no replacements, no refunds, just indifference. Additionally, ice was all over the floor, creating a serious slip-and-fall hazard. This isn’t a one-time issue—it’s an ongoing problem that happens almost every week. This is unacceptable, especially during peak hours (7 PM) when a restaurant should be fully stocked and operational. I don’t know who the regional manager is, but this location desperately needs corporate attention. Customers are paying full price for a subpar experience, and it’s simply not right. I urge Chipotle’s corporate team to step in, fix the ongoing issues! Will send the same complaint to the corporate team. It’s been happening for months..

Bring your boxing gloves. Be ready to potentially get into a physical altercation if you come here, or at least witness one 😂 There’s so many problematic people and staff that come here, it’s insane. The food’s fine but the wait times for food here are something else. I could probably learn a new language in the time it takes to finally reach the front and order something at this place. Order online and do pick up, if anything.

Walked in to wait in a small line. We got through pretty quick too. The staff that put everything together was nice and gave us exactly what we wanted. When we went sit down we noticed nothing was clean. It was clean where the food was, but the lobby area and drink area was a different story. So, we cleaned off and wiped down our own table. We were there for at least 45 minutes and not a single person came out to clean. When we finished I decided to take pictures for this review and one of the employees, I believe was the manager told me I am not aloud to take pictures because no one cleaned anything. Then she proceed to start yelling at me, then followed me to the restroom and she held the door open like I wasn't aloud to use the bathroom as it was a one person bathroom. It was really weird and uncomfortable. I would love to give one or no stars because of this lady and how she acted, but the food was delicious and the other employees did a good job, besides cleaning. Overall, we definitely will be going back to a Chipotle, just not this particular one because the lady was hostile toward me making it uncomfortable to be there.

barely gave me any rice, dropped pico in my bowl but I didn't ask for that, mind you, IM ALLERGIC TO TOMATOES. had i accidentally ate those tomatoes I could've been in the hospital, barely cleaned the tables it was so dirty, line out the building damn near because they moving as fast as a sloth to make all these bowls and burritos..

This location is going up in flames! This is the THIRD time I've attempted to order from this restaurant location where food shortages have affected their ability to operate. The was NO SIGNAGE on the door and no employees being proactive to let the line know they are not serving any chicken or any steak. At this point they need to handle whatever the consistent logistical issue is or consider closing its doors until they can get it figured out.

One and done! My first visit to a Chipotle location. I won't be back. I was lured in by their commercials for the brisket- it looks nothing like the tv depiction. And soooo spicy, I should have lined my tongue and the inside of my mouth with asbestos. The menus posted above the servers were confusing and incomplete. The servers themselves were of no help- someone told me they couldn't hear me because of the excessive level of noise behind them. Such a disappointment!

Customer service sucks! Staff is mostly Haitian lady's that trash talk every customer in their native language but what they fail to realize there are a lot of Haitians in Florida and that most customers can understand them. They have lousy attitude, very rude and get angry with any request you make. I mean if you don't working with people then why don't you find another job? I absolutely HATE going to this store but the only reason I come here is because of my DoorDash orders. They need a better staff

This location is absolutely terrible. I've been in this area since this restaurant was opened. It used to be the premier chipotle in the area, worth the wait. With good quality food and friendly service. The food is still good (sometimes), however the customer service is beyond terrible. Nasty attitudes, unfriendly. The restaurant is dirty, trash inside, and outside, outside is rotting. Do yourself a favor and spend your money where you were treated like a paying customer, and the employees keep the restaurant clean. After the absolutely terrible experience, I had, I will never go back to this location again. Pro tip, don't try to rip your customers off with three dollar water cups, especially when you are required to provide a water cup by law. Do better. Or you won't be in business, much longer, and another organization will take your place.

Absolutely disgusting. My food tasted stale, my lettuce was FROZEN, my Carne Asada (Which has been fantastic at other locations) tasted old, and more than one piece was full of cartilage. The employees were VERY poorly groomed, did not make eye contact, and MUMBLED. They were the complete and total opposite of cheerful and ready to serve, and clearly held no pride in their job. While working the food line, they were about as energetic as zombies. They took breaks to talk to each other and joke around instead of making food when I and several others were waiting in line. I could tell by observation that a complaint about their service would have been met with eye rolls. The restaurant was cramped, dirty: the beverage area was littered with plastic cutlery, the garbage cans were almost overflowing and pulled out from their boxes, exposing their contents right next to the beverage area. Normally, Chipotle is my go-to restaurant while I'm on the road, I love getting out the door with a huge bowl of fresh food for ten bucks. It's healthy and filling, and a great value so long as you don't get Guac or Queso. I've never eaten Chipotle that I had to spit out before, and this was the first, as I chomped down on a cartilage-ridden price of Carne Asada. I'm extremely disappointed.

I came here for dinner and it was pretty darn busy. Really long line, but they whipped through everyone real quick, it was impressive how efficient they were and the line was not slowing down any. The workers were in a hurry but they were friendly enough, just focused on getting through people so I can appreciate that. The architecture of this Chipotle is really cool, there's floor to ceiling windows all across the front, and a really nice outdoor seating area. The only thing I don't like is the parking lot, it's behind the restaurant but it's super awkward and small and people just kind of park where they want. But other than that, the food was classically yummy Chipotle, no complaints there:)

I find ordering guacamole on my Burrito at close to $3 is ridiculous. Ordering a regular chicken burrito double wrapped tortilla with Guacamole for $20.01 is totally not worth it. the place is way too small to dine in, and if you order Grubhub, your food is way too cold. Replace the stoner at the beginning of ordering the food, he mumbles, can't understand him, speak up. The best thing for me is that it's always packed with people and very loud mostly from the staff inside, is to order on the app and go pick it up, knocking off $6 on tip, guacamole and double wrap, plus it's 1 mile from my house which takes 15 minutes not 45 minutes. I miss the Roach coach in Los Angeles, huge burritos at $5, and tasted great. TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE PRICE AT CHIPOTLE

This location doesn't give you the food you ordered inside your bowl. The change out the rice after you order a specific rice. They don't give you good portions of meat. This the third time this has happened, I will not go back to this location the staff is very lazy and rude. You call and make a complaint, it seems like they don't say nothing to the staff , the situation get worst every time you visit the location... My online order wasn't ready in a timely manner!!

If I could give this location a lower review star I would. I DON'T EAT MEAT and haven't had meat in over 6years until today!!!! I've been pescatarian for 6yrs I ordered online because I was at work - a veggie bowl only to be given meat that was in the black beans... how disgusting!!! I called the location 4 times only for them not to even answer the phone. So I had to leave work to drive 10 mins away to come to the location only to be met with a manager Tamara (who seems to not give a damn that I didn't eat meat) only for her to say we can give you another bowl if you'd like HELL NO I WANT MY MONEY BACK ALL $19.71 and my damn time!!!! She then tells me she can't give me my money back I have to go to the app to request it there... wow what AWFUL service.. worst experience awful customer service, it seems they mixed up the order for a Nikki D. No apologies nothing!!!!

went to get food about 945 on a Thursday evening and as I was walking in everyone was closing up they were cleaning up. They said that they were out of things and out of everything and they would be a while. I don't understand a place that doesn't close until 11 is starting to break down everything at 9:45 and there was a line behind me also, the staff was not pleasant. They were very rude. They didn't want to make or put out any other food that wasn't already there. the station where silver was was a mess that was gross. There was no silverware. Just a whole bunch of paper straws and soda everywhere was very disappointed in this place tonight.

Good food, not the cleanest. This location is off of Palm Beach Lakes boulevard just north of Okeechobee Blvd. Both are busy roads and so getting to the location and leaving may be challenging. There is limited parking in a lot behind th restaurant. It seems a fairly popular location as there was a line and not many tables available. There are tables inside and outside. The food was very good and came out quickly. The price was reasonable and the staff was friendly. Parking and access are one challenge for this restaurant. The other one that I noticed was it was not kept clean. Tables were not cleaned and I saw trash was on the floor in several places.

So imagine on one of the busiest streets in West Palm Beach, FL, there sits Chipotle, consistently ranking high as one of the top companies to work for in America in one of the wealthiest cities in America. Now, imagine the worst management, service and customer service you can possibly imagine. Doesn't really go together right? I concur. However, here is the situation that has presented itself. After months of accepting piss poor service, I decided following my last and most recent Chipotle experience that "enough was enough". So let's get into l it, shall we? So on the Thursday before Christmas, I decided I would indulge in a delicious Steak salad with extra steak, and an order of Chips and salsa. While I ordered a dressing with salad (which by the way, folks, is delicious), I also messaged the courier in the notes to ask for additional dressing as well as I literally named my order, "Extra Dressing please". I do this because Chipotle ALWAYS forgets said dressing , and since they NEVER pick up the phone at this location, it's pointless to attempt to call and ask the restaurant. You ever had a salad with no dressing? Well, if that's your thing, this is definitely the location for you. After a typical wait time of 1 hour, the salad was delivered to my home. As I ripped open the bag in anticipation, upon opening said bag, I saw no dressing (per their usual) and no chips and salsa. Disappointed as usual with this location and situation, I figured I'd reach out to the restaurant after my meal, and ask the manager to simply make things right with my order. Mistakes happen. Big deal, but no big deal right? Upon opening my salad. I realized that there was no double portion of steak (they charge over an extra 5 bucks for double steak FYI), and even more disappointing there were literally 8 pieces of steak in the bowl. Significantly less than I would have received f I had simply ordered a regular steak salad. At this point, I'm frustrated. Because yet again this location has screwed up my order and my meal in every way imaginable. After calling the restaurant over 15 times both on that Thursday as well as the following day, and nobody ever picking up, I decided to take time on Christmas Eve, receipt in hand and literally go up to the store to talk to a manager. After a 5 minute wait, I was greeted by Tamera/Tammy who told me, that "since I had not contacted the restaurant on the same day of the order, that she literally could do nothing for me". I then expressed to her that I had calling the restaurant repeatedly over the last 24 hours and was unable to get thru. She then told me "well the phones don't work". Perplexed, I said "so, I order delivery from your app, I bring in a receipt, I try to contact the restaurant via phone but the phones don't work, I come in to the store with receipt and you are telling me that even though so pad for items and didn't receive any of them, there is nothing you can do for me? With a blank stare, she replied. "No, I cant" Perplexed even more I proceeded to ask her, "so just to be clear,you are telling me that despite you guys not delivering ANYTHING that I ordered, I'm simply 'sh-- out luck"? Her reply- "Yes" So I can understand orders get messed up all the time. I can understand being busy. However what I can't understand is Chipotle knowingly not delivering on their promise (ie my order) and non chalantly telling me that I'm "sh-- out of luck" when it comes to making it right. I then proceeded to ask for the number to corporate. She then replied "she didn't know it/have it". At this point I realized that this needed to be escalated and I honestly felt completely disrespected, ignored, taken for granted and completely underestimated. I then sent a complaint via their website, to which they did get a thorough response and offered 2 BOgo certificates for my next visit. Sounds wonderful, but a tad bit presumptuous. The assumption is that I want to deal with this ghetto azz location ever again in my life. The other presumption is that I trust them to honor any commitment/order when basically I spent thirty dollars for a salad that never came, chips and salsa that never came , and dressing that never came. I don't understand how a fortune -00 company can have phones that don't work for over a year and literally they just don't give a damn. The foods good at Chipotle. We gotta keep it real. But, if we are talking the "ghetto factor", Chipotle used to be Chick fil a when it came to service and professionalism. Now it's basically Popeyes, a bunch of folks that simply don't give a damn. Simply unacceptable and I can't deal with this ghetto azz brand any longer. I just want my money back. It's definitely looking like I'll just dispute the charge with the bank. What a wonderful way to spend m Christmas Eve. Highly GHETTO, I would not recommend.

This is one of the Chipotle locations I will not return to. The reason why this review is 2 stars is because the food was pretty good, no complaints there. However, the service here is bad. They are constantly making online orders that it takes such a long time to get any food. Also this place smelled like sweat, just not a great location. When you see many consistent bad reviews of a place like this one. That should be a sign to avoid this location.

I love Chipotle but this locations a disaster!!!! Hire good manager!!! Cons: 1) They constantly late for pick up. There is always huuuge line for picking up!!! And they are always late!!! You have to stand and wait for your order!!! It can be 20 min late even 40 min late!!!! Today they late for my order for a 30 min! 2) they always out of forks, even straws they out of them too! 3) no tobasko sauce on counter ever!!!! Where is your manager??????? Come here if you want to be greeted by passive aggressive people who make your food as if you were their childhood enemy. I don't blame them, they don't get paid enough for the work, I've been there... I used to work for chipotle. However these employees are brutal. They hate their job and the only thing keeping them there is the community they've built with their coworkers. Anyways, here's what happened tonight: I don't typically show up so late, nonetheless I was waiting in line 5 minutes before close. I was welcomed with a warm "yo who didn't lock the door?! What you want?" And as I gave her the order she slapped it together like the lunch lady from the movie Matilda. The burrito all gets wrapped up the same way, I guess. The food is good and the service is more than good enough to make me lose my appetite. If there's a manager somewhere who cares enough to make a change, you're in for a big job. Not impossible, but I can't imagine coming back to this location anytime soon unless there's some resolution.

Always out of guacamole. Borderline biohazard. Bathroom looks like a Highway gas station restroom. Workers are rude and slow moving , will take forever to get your meal. However; still tastes like chipotle.

omg the service is horrible!! All the employees seem to hate their job.. when asked to put extra chicken gives attitude like their paying for it. Horrible workers with abad customer service. This is usually my go to chipotle because it's close to me but it's just not worth it. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! Also dirty!!

I'm super upset. I've had a really long day I've been up since 4am and I just wanted a burrito for dinner. I order a burrito, my receipt says burrito and the sticker on the package says burrito. I got home opened my burrito and I didn't get a burrito. I received some meat and cheese, rice and beans slopped in a bowel no tortilla, NO BURRITO. Do you know how frustrating it is to get home and not get what you paid for. This is so ridiculous, you are a burrito restaurant, my receipt says burrito.. I wasted my money and chipotles employee ruined my dinner. I went on to the website and they have a bot running their customer service, lazy AWFUL business. They truly don't care.

Ordered the asada steak bowl. If your thinking about getting this, don't. Greatly disappointed in the tenderness of this steak. Chewy as heck.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla. I got up charged for the sides which I feel is foolish but there was something hard in my food that I don't think was edible. It stabbed the inside of my mouth even chewing. It was so disgusting. I'll never go to this location ever again.

I placed my order in the store and took it to go. The Grapefruit Izze, which is sold in a glass bottle, I purchased had a cracked rim. I have been trying repeatedly to call the store to alert them without success. This is a definite safety hazard that should be handled immediately.

WORST chipotle in all west palm .. HORRIBLE customer service , all employees rolled eyes and made my whole family feel like a bother . My VEGGIE taco order had meat in it and they didn't even bother making the tacos separately, instead dumped everything on top of tortilla shells like a bowl ... Online order was to be ready at 7:40 PM and it wasn't even ready until 8:15 PM . Will never be back to this location . Making a mistake is one thing but to treat a customer this poorly is completely wrongful.

Two stars because technically, this is a Chipotle and you can get the usual Chipotle food here, however, it will be served by a crew of some of the most apathetic/lethargic people I've ever seen. I'm quite sure most everyone here hates their job. The place was filthy. Behind the counter, the floor was absolutely covered in food and trash. Clearly no one here cares (possibly about anything) but definitely not about sanitation or customer service.
