I’ve always enjoyed visiting your boutique for all my special occasions, but I was quite surprised during my recent visit. Many of the items appeared dusty, and when I asked about a specific piece, I was told it was under poor storage conditions. You truly have beautiful collections, but I hope more attention can be given to the cleanliness and overall presentation. A little extra care would reflect the quality your brand deserves.

this kind of behavior really damages the reputation of the place. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, with no effort, no willingness to do anything. Honestly, the way they treated us was worse (MARRY)

Very nice shop for fashion and the staff well trained and they were very cooperative and bought some dress from them which we like and it was very nice experience with my family .

I bought a set of jwellery for an event .. I received it with a falling stone ,, I returned next day .. the didn’t accept to exchange or return they forced me to accept that they will fix it Which will take more than 4 day !!! My event is today why i have to wait for 4 days !!! Not fair !!! Its around 2000 dirhams

The design was fabulous. Ambience and atmosphere is great. The only thing it's an expensive boutique. 😌👍
