Chiringuito

I got the recommendation from a friend to visit this restaurant. The place is very beautifully decorated and it is located right at the port, so you have a very nice view on the water and all the boats. I ordered the Tagliatelle with chicken and mushrooms, covered with a white truffle sauce and it was so delicious. I wanted to lick the sauce off the plate, that's how much i loved it. I don't usually order pasta at restaurants anymore since i have very high standards for pasta and i have a very particular taste in how i want it to taste, so the fact that i loved this one so much really says a lot. I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Tanger, it's a must to try out their pasta!

This restaurant is amazing in every way. The location alone lifts your spirits, especially at sunset. I didn’t try many dishes this time, but I’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu.

VERY BAD with two big lines under it, very disrespectful staff . We arrived 10 min after our reservation timing and we had to wait 1:30min for the table to get ready . When we tried to talk to someone the hostess rudely disrespected us and said shut up or I ll call security and kick you out. People came after us, they let them come in.. which falls down under taking bribes . SUCH A SHAME HOSPITALITY IN OUR COUNTRY IS STILL UNDER THE ACCEPTABLE !!!!!!!

I had a very disappointing and shocking experience at this restaurant DONT TRY IT . The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Just because we want to split the bill they said its not allowed the first time i heard that Not only was he aggressive in his behavior, but he even tried to physically hit me, which is completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated this way. This kind of attitude ruins the whole dining experience and reflects very poorly on the restaurant. I truly hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures such behavior never happens again.

Good ambiance, bad service. Waited 1,5 hour for food. Staff don’t know what they are doing, also asked for a 500minium spend Update: after 2h waiting they are serving overcooked steak

We had s terrible experience at this restaurant. We was four we want to split the bill they said its not allowed they cannot than they toñd us to go and pay to manager than the mamager said SIRI FHALLEK be even tried to hit my friend which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional i would never recommand this place to anyone until serious action is taken against such conduct . Shame on hiñ to be a manager ( buy for him deodorent he was smelling very bad while talking to us

I like the atmosphere.. Delicious food, we ordered sushi & pizza I like the service and professional employees.. I visited it twice.. I recommend it to my family and friends

We were in the mood for some different type of food so decided to check Chiringuito. We entered the restaurant to request a table. She was hesitant as we did not have reservations despite the restaurant being empty. She proceeded to escort us to our table at the rear of the restaurant. We politely requested a table closer to the window to enjoy the view. She said it was reserved for a party an hour and half later. We insisted on another table closer to the window. She actually rolled her eyes and said fine sit.The attitude of the hostess was unaccounted for. Servers: casually all standing around watching. Finally two one came over to take our order. Onto the food, tried different variations of pasta (mushroom & salmon). There was plenty of sauce and it was tasty. The steak was done to our liking. The hummus was out least favorite,it was just a mushy chickpeas blend. The location is great, right by the water, the nice breeze coming in, the dj was setting up for the night. At one point, they starting putting candle lights onto each table but decided we werent worthy so skipped our table. Despite the nice ambiance and the decent food, I would still never visit this restaurant based solely on the service and attitude of the employees. It was as if we were an inconvenience to them for being there. An hour and 45 min later, the restaurant was still empty.
