Chloe Dao Boutique is Houston’s own award winning, woman owned “Project Runway.”. I have enjoyed so many uniquely stylish designs- from my Mother of the bride gown my daughter chose for me, to date night outfits that are one of a kind without the one of a kind price tag! The staff will keep a profile of your design style and reach out when something special is headed to the racks. This is good old fashioned SERVICE. Don’t hesitate to have Chloe and her team design something just for you or offer in store alterations to make something fit just right. I have four daughters and this is our go-to boutique—-for everything from weddings to dances to fun nights out. We always find something that perfectly suits the occasion! The staff is warm and friendly and always go above and beyond. Any needed alterations are done beautifully and quickly. We cannot recommend Chloe DOA enough!

Chloe helped bring my idea for my wedding celebration dress to life! I wanted something that felt more like a party dress than a wedding dress and Chloe (and Nhi) made something more spectacular than I could have imagined. It was a great process - consulting about the design, reviewing the fabrics, and a few fittings to get everything just right. Chloe even altered by bra to get the fit perfect. I felt like the bell of the ball on my day. Would 1000% recommend the custom dress process with Chloe and team.

I have been a fan of Chloe Dao for decades and shopping at the boutique for the last several years. Their team is amazing and so thoughtful and takes amazing care of me. My stylist Dilsia always sends me new items that fit my style as they come in and it’s the one place I know I can always come and find something to wear at any given time. Highly recommend.

I have been buying clothes from Chloe Dao for over 2 decades. She is an amazingly talented designer who knows how to make clothes that are flattering on a woman’s body. When I have somewhere to go she is the designer I turn to. I have pieces from her collections over the years that will forever remain in my closet. The staff at the boutique are fabulous and very helpful.

Chloe and her team have been dressing my daughter since she was in middle school, providing great outfits for homecoming, proms, rush, etc and is my to go boutique for me also. Chloe has a big heart and has hosted me in several occasions for philanthropy causes and also personal shopping experiences. I highly recommend her, her curatorship for clothing is wonderful and her design line is very elegant and contemporary.

I love this boutique!! The women who work here are always so friendly and helpful, but at the same time they're not pushy. They ask you questions, they listen and they always do their best to find exactly what you're looking for. Plus, they are AMAZING hype girls who are not afraid to tell you how good you look in that dress you're trying on. You'll walk away feeling beautiful and special! So far, Chloe Dao is my favorite fashion designer in Houston. Although familiar with the brand for years, I became more acquainted with the brand's sophisticated style and offerings while visiting the old location on Kirby in the West Village during the height of the pandemic. Some of the designs are minimal and some are more complex and elaborate (borderline maximalist). I love purses and tote bags, so the Silver Geo Tote Bag (the one pictured) really appealed to me because it doubles as both a purse and tote. The silver tint, combined with the futuristic shapes (squares, circles, rectangles) made for a unique, timeless look. While shopping at the old Kirby location, I would also occasionally purchase face masks. Dao's designs, as usual, were just incredible. Regarding the boutique, what I really love is the idea that this boutique could exist anywhere - New York, California, Chicago or Houston. Hopefully the new location on Shepherd captures the same excellence and good vibes of the old West University location. I always found service at the boutique to be really good and helpful. And value-wise, pricing is legit and reasonable in my experience. For me, this is one of the top boutiques, not only in Houston, but the country. Wonderful layout! Quiet and colorful! There was one outfit that fit me perfectly and it coincidentally was on sale. I was told Chloe designed it herself. Love it!

Chloe Dao designed and made my custom wedding dress. Her and her staff are so nice and accommodating. She really worked with me to get natural fabrics for my dress and the amount of care that when into matching shades/picking the perfect lace was outstanding. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. I wish Chloe sold more pure cotton and linen clothing but that which I have purchased are some of my go-to clothing. Parking is easy at MKT and the development has really grown into the neighborhood in a nice way. This store has wonderful gifts for women at a variety of price points. This store also has killer sales in the clearance racks. Chloe Dao and her staff will alter items you buy from them for a fee, and you can get fitted in store by them like immediately which is super convenient. Love it!!

Beautiful Boutique! I've been a hug fan of Chloe's for years! The store provides an awesome selection to work with. From Casual to Elegant and Work to Vacation. Not to mention the store is a one-stop-shop. If you're looking to customize or alter an item, it's all done in-store. Super convenient! But I've really gotta say that the best part about shopping here is the service. The store is truly open and inviting just as the staff are. You can tell that they try to make sure you're finding the items that you want and that the clothes are fitting the way they're supposed to. Plus, if you ask for their opinions, they'll give it to you straight rather than trying to push you to make a purchase. Highly Recommend!!!
