Location is great as its in the centre of Warsaw, however check-in to hostel was bit difficult i had to wait and ask local people to help me with the communication with the owner and she was kind enough to provide me the key. If you're looking for short trip then you can try this hostel.

This was a great guesthouse, although doing so many stairs to get the key and get up to the guesthouse itself was a big effort for a solo traveler (i.e. no one to stay downstairs with the bags). I knew about having to collect the keys from the third floor of a nearby hostel, but I underestimated how tired I would be from lugging my bags around in the heat (especially after buying some heavy souvenirs in Kraków). Happily, someone from the hostel brought my key deposit back to me at the landing when I left, though I had to call her again to remind her. The guesthouse itself was perfect: great common area with comfy couch, large table for eating, and serviceable kitchen (guide for TV channels would have been helpful). 2 bathrooms with showers made for easy access. The Chicago room was comfortable, but be prepared for no fan or AC during the summer, and a noisy street below with the window open, plus privacy and light issues from a sheer blind as the only window covering.

It is a very cozy hostel in Chmielna 13 with many rooms and a common kitchen, two bathrooms and a living room. The main characteristic of all the spaces is that they are carefully clean. You feel like it is your home! It is really nice and all the guests respect each other inspired by the kind regulations of the hostel!

I traveled to Warsaw in December, 2017. Stayed for 2 nights.||Only one negative issue - finding reception, which apparently is located not from Chmielna street but st. Nowy Swiat. Finding it really took some time.||But location in great - 10 min walking from Warszawa Centralna, and 10 min walking straight to oldtown. Room was small, cozy, with all amenities. Beds (room 5) was super comfortable. Structure of guest house with common areas was better than I expected from description given on internet. So, great job. I already know where I will stay my next trip to Warsaw!

I did read before travel that the check in was located else where and up some steps. Be warned there are LOTS of steps!!|We then walked to the guest house to our room - not too far away. Again , quite a lot of steps to get up to the guest house. |The location of this guest house to explore Warsaw is perfect. The room was spotlessly clean. It was small but adequate for a couple of nights. ||We would stay here again but not in this room - due to one reason ! The noise ! It was so loud outside we couldn't sleep , I realise it's in a central location but i have stayed in central places before and the noise hasn't been much of an issue . Maybe the other rooms aren't so noisy ? ||Old town Warsaw is beautiful - well worth a visit. ||Overall a brilliant weekend away.

The central location could not be better. However, there are some issues I had: You need to get your key from a place 250 metres down the street first, before you come here, which is usually not a problem, but it is up several flights of stairs. Also, you have to bring it back before you leave to reclaim your deposit, and if you're on an early train or plane out of there, it could seriously eat into your day's plans. However, the place was clean, the staff were friendly and the strictly enforced zero-tolerance of noise at night make it not such a problem that the rooms back out onto the common area.

Great spacious, clean, nicely decorated and modern rooms very close to old town. Quiet yet close to restaurants, shops and bars. Knowledgable staff who speak great English. Very happy. The room has air condition. Kitchen very minimally equipped but had what we needed to prepare breakfast.

It feels more like hostel than a guest room. We spend a while finding the entrance and the reception is another 10 min walk away on the 4th floor without elevator! The room is super small with bunk bed. Not the same as shown in their official photos. Staff is helpful but it was so loud at night and there are drunk people around yelling and screaming. Will avoid next time.
