An awesome safari experience! The landscape was absolutely beautiful—vast open plains, lush riverbanks, and dramatic skies. We saw so much wildlife, including elephants, hippos, antelope, and countless bird species. The guides were knowledgeable and made the whole trip feel exciting and safe. We explored Chobe National Park, which is famous for having one of the largest concentrations of elephants in Africa. The park stretches along the Chobe River, creating a perfect setting for both land and boat safaris. It’s teeming with wildlife and offers some of the most picturesque scenery in Botswana. Overall, it was an unforgettable adventure. I absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

Visiting Chobe National Park was one of the most unforgettable wildlife experiences of my life. I had the chance to see a lion family feasting on a buffalo – raw, powerful nature at its most real. We also spotted many other lions resting in the shade, dozens of elephants wandering freely, graceful giraffes, and huge hippos basking by the river. There were also crocodiles lurking near the water, and countless beautiful birds – some truly unique and colorful species. What made the experience even more special was the variety: I explored the park both by boat and jeep. Cruising the Chobe River gave me close-up views of hippos, birds, and elephants cooling off in the water, while the jeep safari let us get closer to the big cats and other land animals. The scenery was absolutely stunning – open savannahs, lush riverbanks, and an incredible feeling of being immersed in nature. I highly recommend Chobe to anyone visiting Botswana – it’s a must-see for wildlife lovers.

It was my first time safari trail. On the road half day and on the boat another half. It was amazing both ways, and I love those baby elephants sooooooo much! They are all adorable 😍 ❤️ 💕 But on the river part is half amazing and half frightening to me due to the crocodiles 😳 No doubt they are my least favourite and I do not want to meet them close 🫣 All in all, it was a fun experience worth 180 USD that includes shuttle from/to Livingstone, a lunch buffet and snack break 😊😊

Amazing natural park along the Chobe River. Several camps under canvas are on offer, otherwise a permanent lodge is also available. Best time to visit being from June to August.

After spending 3 days in Kruger national park, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Chobe was better in every way! Lovely guides, scenery and lots of animals that are easy to spot.

Though we only visited Riverbank area we had an awesome safari with many animal sightings. Marvelous scenery with all the green and the water. Would recommend to go as early as possible. We drove with our 4x4 rental and paid 300 Pula pp.

Went on a guided tour with Cherish Travel and Tours. They coordinated transportation from Livingstone, Zambia, but pickup was at 7am, so after the hour+ drive, border control, and drive to Chobe, most of the animals were nowhere to be found ☹️. We drove off-road into the weeded sanded areas, but we only saw elephants (herds and families with adults/moms protecting the children), antelopes, a few monkeys, a couple of birds, and elephant carcass bones. Don't know if the park is too large to find the animals or we had a poor guide, but it was a disappointing experience.

Our clients had a great experience in the Chobe National Park, the landscape was majestic. The Guide and team were super and we are likely to visit again.
