I can not recommend Louise and Lucy more highly! They are both wonderful ladies. 😊When I first met Louise back in October 24, I told her my ideas and she listened. The amazing thing about Louise, is her eye for knowing what suits. I tried on quite a few dresses until Louise pulled out ‘the one’. It wasn’t what I asked for but Louise knew exactly how to coordinate it to make it exactly what I wanted. The dress was absolutely perfect and I felt amazing wearing her on my wedding day. I then met Lucy for my alterations. Lucy is absolutely fab, she’s patience, friendly and brilliant at what she does. I would 100% recommend Louise and Lucy to any brides looking for the perfect dress. They are absolutely lovely and care about what they do and the service they provide. Thank you Louise and Lucy 😊

I felt comfortable straight away when I arrived. Louise was extremely kind and genuine and after I'd picked out a few beautiful dresses which I loved, she then brought out the perfect dress for me which I knew was the one once I'd tried it on. She even lent me a stunning veil after hearing about a very unfortunate incident with my first dress, which I really appreciated. My seamstress Lucy also did a perfect job making the dress fit just right! Thank you so much, I can't recommend this lovely little place enough!

I cannot thank Louise enough for helping me find the perfect wedding dress. I felt so beautiful on the day and so many guests told me who they were in such awe when I entered the room that some of them tears up (even some people I had never met on my husband’s side!). I couldn’t have asked for more from Louise - she was so honest and listened to what I wanted, and also encouraged me to visit other shops before I decided to be certain. She really cares about the individual - she gave me a load of tips for trying on dresses in other shops. I also want to thank Lucy, the seamstress who made my dress fit perfectly and nothing was too much effort or too much fuss. Would highly recommend Louise and Lucy to any bride.

Beautiful dresses and excellent service! Both Louise and Lucy immediately made me feel at ease and were able to share their expertise to help me find my perfect dress. They are friendly, professional and cannot do enough to help. I would highly recommend them both!

Where to start! I cannot recommend Chobham Bride enough. From the moment we got in contact, Louise was warm and welcoming and generous with her time - I felt she was genuinely invested in helping me find the right dress. Chobham Bride was the first shop I visited and I actually ended up choosing the first dress I tried on! Despite loving it from the first try-on, instead of pushing me to buy it, Louise quite rightly said I should try others and also encouraged me to visit a few other shops, which was so refreshingly non-commercial of her - and she was quite right, trying on others made me all the more confident that the first was the one for me. The process from then on was very smooth. When it came to alterations Lucy was fantastic and took as long as we needed to get it just right. Louise was very helpful in choosing a veil and I loved the one we went for. On the day I felt so special in my dress, and after, Louise gave us some helpful advice on cleaning and storage. I am so glad I got my dress from chobham bride - it felt right from the moment we walked in - and I would recommend it without hesitation for anyone who wants a friendly and personal place to find their dress. Chobham Bride was the first shop I visited with no real idea of what I wanted. Louise really listened to my likes and dislikes, and the very first dress she pulled out was ultimately the dress I bought after returning for a second visit. Louise is very knowledgable and personable and really made me feel at ease. She has a great eye for what works and what doesn't work quite so well which I really appreciated. The dresses are very reasonably priced but there was no pressure at all and she even encouraged me to continue my search after my first visit to be totally sure - she absolutely has your best interests at heart. I compared each subsequent dress to dress one, and after returning to Louise for a second visit, with some creative solutions to make my dress perfect it was 'the one'. It is absolutely beautiful, and I'm very excited to have a unique dress. I can't thank Louise enough and I am really pleased to have shopped local. Hands down the best bridal shop experience I had!

Although I did not actually purchase my own dress from Chobham Bride, I did purchase two beautiful bridesmaid dresses from Louise who was incredibly helpful. She then went above and beyond when I was let down by my seamstress, and recommended that her in-house seamstress could fit me in to alter my wedding dress. The seamstress Lucy couldn't have been more wonderful. She did a fantastic job with the dress, but more importantly she made me feel so relaxed and at ease after my previous fitting experience and was so friendly to me and my wedding party. I couldn't recommend Lucy and Louise enough, they were both wonderful and I am so grateful that I came across their shop.

Brilliant shop. Chobham Bride was the first shop I visited and Louise encouraged me to go elsewhere and try lots of other dresses before deciding. She is very open and honest, and has great advice about some of the more practical considerations which you might not have thought of. Seamstress Lucy is also fab and got the fit just right. Louise and Lucy were both so helpful when I wanted the veil to match my dress, and were more than fair with the pricing of it. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others - a really personal service which I didn’t encounter when looking elsewhere.
