7 of the best new cafés in Siem Reap - SilverKris

"A tranquil, pet-friendly garden café that lives up to its entrance mantra, “Simply Everything,” tucked down a peaceful side street on Chocolate Road. Housed among repurposed wooden buildings near weekend markets and a Cambodian crafts store (Sahak House), it pairs strong, premium coffee from a central serving area with family-friendly touches—a kids’ playground, a small library and an artisanal-crafts shop—making it a relaxed spot for both coffee and casual browsing." - Jonathan Evans

Chill cafe with a very spacious outdoor sitting. Chocolate Gardens is a few steps away from the main road but this makes it more private and quiet. The matcha latte wasn’t anything spectacular but it was good for the price. There are no air conditioning units since it only has outdoor sitting but there a lot of fans and the greenery in the space makes up for it. There’s also a small souvenir store selling local crafts.

Venue : Chocolate Gardens The Positive : What a surprisingly beautiful place for a bite to eat. It’s peaceful, nice and green and caters for both adults and children. The gardens are maintained perfectly. The food was plated and served on point. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The Negative : None Summary : Wonderful place to enjoy a peaceful surround and enjoy a cold drink and something to eat. It’s well worth a visit. Also a great library of books upstairs.

This garden is a great mix of independent stores and cafes. Love the vibe. Mainly locals (during my visit). Coffee is also not bad. Great spot for a light breakfast, some souvenir shopping and relaxing.

A beautiful, peaceful setting in one of Siem Reap’s quietest neighborhoods.

Chocolate Gardens is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy delicious food and coffee. The atmosphere is cool and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Additionally, they have a mobile market that offers a variety of unique items such as hand-drawn bags, trendy jewelry for teenagers, and home decor items. If you're visiting Siem Reap, make sure to stop by Chocolate Gardens for some window shopping and a cup of coffee. It's especially great for families with kids as they have a playground available. Have a wonderful Saturday everyone! 😍✌️

Beautiful, green place to sit for a coffee or drink. I didn’t try the food, menu’s limited so check before you go. Many comfortable seating options spread out around different sections of the garden. I was the only person there most of the time. Peaceful, the music less subtle, a little loud, modern Khmer style, but depends what you like. Overall a nice place to visit and there are actually a few other nice cafes within walking distance like “bean embassy”, “Kanmu” to explore by foot after if you’re a tourist.

Love how they transformed the old wooden house and stalls into a cozy coffee and ice cream spot with beautiful greenery and landscaping. It’s very Instagrammable, and even better, they host weekly pop-up community stalls where you can shop from local vendors.
