The ground floor is a store selling various chocolate products, like Choco spoons or cakes, or chocolates, etc. And you can have a seat on 1st floor, just go up the stairs inside the store, staff will arrange your seats, then order your own choice of chocolate drinks, you can choose your Choco spoon (the flavours) and the types of milks. If you want a slice of cake, you can choose downstairs (the store) and order, they will bring to your table. It’s surely a good place to enjoy nice chocolate especially during winter time.

As my friend had his birthday 🎈 we wanted something special! According to the reviews on Google this was the place to be so we went there The weathers was awesome so we sit outside on a full terrace and ordered coffee and cake The pieces were very big but tasted phenomenal! Absolutely recommended!

I have mixed feelings about this place. I ordered a red velvet cake, and honestly, it was one of the most underwhelming red velvets I’ve ever had—dry and lacking flavor. On top of that, the staff didn’t feel very warm or welcoming, which was a bit disappointing. It kind of gives the vibe that you’re not exactly wanted there. That being said, their hot chocolate completely redeemed the experience! I had one with a tiramisu chocolate dip, and it was absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and indulgent. The interior of the place has a unique charm, with a rustic, medieval vibe that creates a really cozy and inviting atmosphere despite the service. Overall, I’d recommend stopping by for the hot chocolate and the ambiance, but I’d skip the red velvet cake. 😅

We walked in here from it blowing up on tiktok and HONESTLY… it was overhyped. We tried a piece of the tiramisu cake which was okay. We had a cup of coffee and a “breakfast” which was just different types of cold bread and spreads. Also which were all okay. Knowing that it was going to be expensive from the start since it’s luxembourg one would assume the food was going to be good. We also had a problem with the menu as it stated that the drink was included on the right side and no drink included on the left side. It was very confusing. When we asked the lady she said it was for the other page, that it wasnt for that page as pictured which also made no sense. They should review their menu and print it again. I believe that since this is a touristy spot they want to increase the price for okay quality. We also bought some chocolate to go for 30€ which also was NOT out of this world. Along with the service being dry, the quality of the chocolate was not there as people make it seem. Overall, I would not go again and would not recommend .

Chocolate House is obviously a tourist hotspot...but SO worth it! I had milky coffee with a cappuccino chocolate spoon and a French breakfast. I don't use this word often in my reviews but the meal was exquisite. The eggs were cooked so well. The jam, chocolate spread, croissant, and bread were delicious. I was there in the early afternoon on a weekday and it was quite busy so plan your visit accordingly. It was legitimately some of the best chocolate I have ever had in my life. A lot of the sights are nearby, so a visit to Chocolate House when you're in Luxembourg will be well worth it!

I visited it twice during my short stay in Luxembourg as I loved the concept to personalize the hot chocolate. Plenty of choices for the milk (normal, soya, rice, lactose free) and amazingly many flavors in chocolate spoons (take a look on the shelf- not all of them are written in the menu). I went straight for salted caramel and was amazing. I tried also the Black Forest cake but wasn’t impressed; quite dry, basic and flat taste. But hot chocolate is highly recommended! It is also accompanied with a marshmallow and whipped cream! (FYI price 7€- September 2024) Love it! Seems that before lunch is more quiet and calm, while in the afternoon is crowded and noisy. Enjoy!

I sat outside and enjoyed the most delicious slice of Black Forest Cake and a latte. This shop/café had an array of tasty looking cakes on display, just too many to sample in one sitting. I just have to return to enjoy some more tasty cakes. They also sell chocolates and other tasty treats, and I so wanted to sample these as well. It's rare to find a shop/café like this, and it should be on everyone's 'to visit list' when visiting Luxembourg.

Good place in the center, vis a vis of Grand Palace, very nice environment and quiet. Food was ok, we ordered a burger and a soup and as dessert we had 2 slices of 2 different cakes which were delicious, we tried the Black Forest and Peanut caramel chocolate cake . Also, we too some chocolate for home as it looked amazing . One big minus is the service and staff, they are not so nice and their energy is not very good, they look bothered they have customers.
