If Willy Wonka opened a chic European boutique, this would be it 🍫✨ Natalie Chocolate House is a chocolate lover’s playground with every kind of chocolate you can imagine—beautifully made and dangerously tempting 😍 It gets busy fast, but don’t panic ⏰—there’s indoor seating, a second floor, and even outside tables for dining in ☕🍰 Worth the small wait for the sugar rush. Is it cheap? Nope 💸 Is it worth it? Absolutely ✔️ The chocolates make great (and delicious) souvenirs, especially if you want to bring a little Luxembourg sweetness home 🎁🇱🇺 📍Crowded but charming 🍫 Pricey but premium ☕ Cozy vibes, multiple seating options Final verdict: Come hungry, leave happy… and maybe slightly poorer—but with chocolate 🤎😌

From my memory, this is a must visit place if you visit Luxemburg. However, didn’t remember everything being so sweet! Not sure if it changed the owner or anything, everything was too sweet that none of us actually enjoyed it. And very pricy as well. You first pick your chocolate downstairs, which they have all the flavor you could or could not imagine. Then you go upstairs to choose your milk. So one cup of chocolate milk in the end could cost like €6-8 euros.

We went there upon a friend’s recommendation. Since it’s located close to the city center, it’s very popular & was super crowded when we went. Luckily we got a spot to sit upstairs after only 5 mins of waiting. We already picked out our cake, from the wide array of options… plenty to choose from! We chose a Chocolate caramel cake & a pistachio slice. The cakes were delivered to our table quickly. But we had to wait for more than 30 minutes for someone to even give us a menu for the drinks… and then another 15-20 mins for someone to come take our order for the drinks. They seem to be super busy, but more than 30 mins for taking a drink order is a bit of a wait. Finally, our drinks arrived and they have great vegan milk alternative options and different kinds of chocolate on a spoon. We got the 60% and 70% cocoa with the milk and it comes with some whipped cream and marshmallows on the side! It was delicious and the chocolate was super rich and creamy. The cake portions were really generous and the cakes were the perfect amount of sweet and the frosting was amazing!! I would recommend but perhaps beware that it gets super duper crowded on weekends.

Perfect location, small cozy place, you might have to wait in the queue to get a table, but it's definitely worth it. Definitely try the cakes.. one of the best pistachio cakes I've ever had. And of course hot chocolate..

I was a bit hesitant to go after reading the reviews and arriving at 18:30 in the evening ( they close at 19:00), however, I was greeted warmly and after I selected my flavor of hot chocolate, I was directed upstairs to put it together with the hot milk and marshmallow. I enjoyed the hazelnut caramel flavor and I was allowed to stay for 20-minutes. Staff were kind when informing me of the closing time and directing me downstairs to pay.

They serve local dishes. We tried the Gromperenzalot mat Wirschtercher, which was good and was served with a lot of potato salad. We also tried the vegetarian dish - Vegetaresch Kniddelen mat Rahm a fresch Kraiderzooss (aka flour dumplings). When our order arrived, they had mistakenly added ham to the dumplings. They took it back to the kitchen and just removed most of the ham, which is totally wrong!! We were not happy. Overall, the server was not friendly and we did not feel welcomed from the start. We do not recommend this place! The restaurant did have some interesting looking chocolates and cakes plus they served chocolate drinks.

I came across the Chocolate House by Nathalie Bonn while strolling around the Haute Ville of Luxembourg City (LC). The first thing I noticed on the building was the word « chocolate »! Being a chocoholic, I wouldn’t miss spotting this word. The location is prime - across from the Luxembourg Ducal Palace. There were people sitting in the front terrace and as I walked up, several tables opened up. I took the two seat spot right by a gas fire. It was really comfy. I could periodically hover my hands over the fire and warm up. The female wait staff was very energetic (and she had a big job)!She was very nice and gave me a multilingual menu; it was in German, French and English. I was starved so I opted for the Quiche Lorraine with side salad. It was a huge portion! I also tried the house classic hot beverage in soy milk with a 60% dark chocospoon - such a novel idea! Everything was delicious. The people watching was fantastic. Many tour groups, families and visitors walking by…all I needed was a sighting of the Ducal family…but that wasn’t going to happen today. After eating, I went inside to pay my bill. It was a chocolate lovers dream - wall to wall shelves with chocolate gifts and a display case with huge cakes for dessert. Chocolate House is definitely a spot for breakfast, lunch, snack or dessert to treat yourself to. This meal turned out to be a highlight of my day trip to LC.

(Visiting from USA) A bartender in Germany recommended we stop here while we visited Luxembourg for a weekend. Such a cute place with HUNDREDS of chocolates and cake options. I wanted to buy everything in the store. We bought a few truffles and pieces of cake! Would have loved to try their coffee options but we went in the afternoon and had plans for dinner. Service was okay, but as English-speakers we’ve learned not to take that personal! It was a great stop, definitely the best chocolate house in the city!
