Honestly, Valder chocolate is amazing, their chocolate literally melts in ur mouth, top quality and super delicious. But what made my visit even better was the lady working there. I’ve honestly never seen someone so kind, helpful, and genuinely sweet. She made me feel so welcome, I felt like buying the whole store just because of her good vibes! ❤️❤️ If you’re reading this, I’m the girl who came in yesterday and I just wanted to say I really loved how you spoke with the customers. You’re truly kind and I appreciate it so much! I 100% recommend this place not just for their incredible chocolate, but also for the way they treat people. A true gem. Exceptional quality. Attentive, informative and expert service, well used to deal with an international clientele. Expensive? Possibly, but it's all relative and one does not need to buy loads to be happy customer.

A Neuchâtel spécial ! A very unique chocolatier with an exceptional collection. I tried there before the absinthe special and the nuts collections too, but only when a friend bought me the safron chocolate was when I realized Walder is definitely a bucket list must visit place! I recommend it totally for a great quality and exquisite delicacy experience

Really good suisse artisanal chocolate. You can find a selection of black chocolates which are excellent, not too sweet and with many natural flavours (eg. mango, blackcurrant etc). Prices are also Ok. Do not miss it if you are visiting Neuchâtel !

Yummy but VERY pricey considering it's in Neuchâtel, not Gold Coast, Riviera nor Ouchy...

Got a box of them but everything test the same to me, probably got the wrong one. Still recommend to anyone, it is the best one in town!
