The açai bowls (also available with gluten-free granola), GF mighty muffin and chocolate mousse were insanely yummy! The service was super friendly and the atmosphere was great.

This is literally the best place we had food at in Maui. Came here four times! Tried the acai bowls which were delicious, their Pow-abubga is to die for. The smoothies especially the one with Spirulina was sooooo good. And tried both their salad shakers and they were one of the best salads I have ever had. 100% vegan. Highly recommend!

The Dessert Sunrise açaí bowl is my favorite açaí bowl ever, from anywhere. I have food daydreams about this place, about this bowl. I never stray from this order, so the delicious food gods must have been looking down on me when my boyfriend ordered the Caesar Tempeh Wrap with a side of broccoli soup. Divine. Some places try too hard to make food healthy at the expense of flavor, but this place does both exceptionally.

Best acai bowl I have ever had, the smoothie was incredible as well! I could eat here ever day. Vegan, healthy and absolutely delicious, what else can you ask for! This place is a gem, 10 out of 10!

Came here for breakfast and I’m so glad I did! The açaí bowl was delicious and my matcha tea was so refreshing. My sister got the avocado toast and that was great too. Plus, the service was so friendly and they sold lots of cute clothes and other fun items.

Just had the Buda Bowl and it was excellent! You can't find better tasting food that is really healthy anywhere else on Maui🌴 I also love the Dessert Sunrise Bowl. Great staff, they're cool peeps😎

Love Choice Health Bar. Not sure if the Lahaina location survived the recent fires on Maui but I hope you will go to their other locations in Pa'ia and Ka'anapali for amazing Acai bowls. I love the OG. Yum! If you are hoping to help the people of Maui, please consider donating to the follow charities: Maui Food Bank is providing food to people displaced by the fires. The American Red Cross of Hawaii is helping shelter people affected by the fires. The Salvation Army is providing meals for emergency shelters, and the organization's Hawaiian and Pacific Islands Division is accepting donations. Absolutely love love loved this place so much. Every single thing we ordered was so incredibly fresh, flavorful and just plain delicious. This is healthy plant based food done right. The Buddha bowl was the tastiest I've had. I loved the addition of the bit of warm soup. Really made it hearty. I got the innerspatial facial smoothie w/ spirulina. It could not have been a more perfect blend of fruits. Really hit the spot. Loved it. My husband loved his wrap & om lilikoi açai bowl. Service was genuinely warm and friendly. I only wish they were in business where we live lol. I would 100% come back and recommend to others.

Tl;dr bomb açaí bowls and focused on sustainability Came here for açaí bowls and was inspired by this restaurant's focus on sustainability. The açaí bowls here are delicious and packed with nutritious ingredients that make the meal both incredibly flavorful and healthy. As far as I could see there were no single use utensils, plates, cups, or anything except for to-go containers which were compostable. Love seeing the commitment to reducing waste.

I've been coming here for 5 years, in 2018 my sons first solid food was an açaí bowl from Choice and it was a sweet experience watching him enjoy healthy fresh food from here! My husband, at the start of 2023 began experiencing health issues primarily GI related and began his mornings with smoothies and oatmeal's from here and then later a fresh juice and salad for lunch for about 2 months everyday or other day - and it's thanks to his consistency and Choices healthy and nourishing menu that helped him restore his health! My family is grateful for this wonderful place we love! Thank you to all the team members for being part of this wonderful experience here!

Popped in there for a morning bite. What a wonderful place! The menu is full of delicious and healthy options. We opted for the OG Açaí bowl and POW Hana smoothie. Both were flavorful and refreshing for this hot day. I'd never had an açaí bowl, so wasn't sure what to expect. Let's just say I'm all in on this treat now. The açaí smoothie portion was icy, sweet (not too sweet) and the crunchy granola topping with honey and sliced banana on top made it feel more like eating a decadent dessert than a healthy breakfast. So impressed! Within a few minutes of eating it I felt more energy. A testament to eating healthy for sure. The Lahaina location has indoor and outdoor seating. They were not crowded when we were there. It's a terrific GF option as well, and there aren't many on the island unfortunately. We took our food to go. Staff were so nice and food was out quickly! Highly recommend.

Tucked away in Lahaina, this cute little with yummy healthy tummy fillers! Being a first timer, I had no idea what to get but Dylan was so helpful in sharing what's popular and gave me options depending on what I preferred. I opted for the POW hana smoothie which has strawberries, blueberries, almond milk, protein (I forget what else). It was PERFECT, just what I was looking for. I also got the little g? I'm not sure that's what it's called but I think that's what he said lol. A standard açaí bowl with granola, bananas and honey.. this too was refreshing! Both items had perfect consistency which i liked. The service was awesome. Price came out to $19 which isn't too crazy. I saw other goodies in the fridge next to the register and was bummed that I couldn't take it home with me.. which means I'll be back for it and to try other things :) So so happy!! Can't wait to come back. PS. It was kinda hard to find so.. if you're coming off of Honoapiilani and go right on Hinau, Taco Bell will be to your left, turn left and go past Taco Bell. You'll see a Bicycle shop which shares the parking lot as this place so turn in there. Otherwise you'll keep going and have to turn back around xD

This was a highly recommended place for an amazing açaí bowl. The storefront is off the beat and path but worth the drive, we have eaten at the one at the Whalers Village but this one seems to be the original. The açaí is blended with macadamia nut milk which creates a very creamy texture, no ice crystals and a great texture with lots of granola and fresh fruit. We added the cocoa nibs and more island fruit to accompany the amazing açaí. Definitely will stop by here again when visiting Maui. Now onto our next food stop!!

No doubt, this place has the best smoothie menu I saw in Maui. I love the unique combinations, and was very happy to try the inter spatial facial and the true blue smoothies! My husband and I think this was probably our favorite eatery in all of Maui. Prices are not cheap, but the smoothies really are a work of art. I especially loved the inter spatial facial, but I'm not sure it counts as vegan with the bee pollen ingredient. Additionally, this place has a relaxing and cool ambiance. Definitely check this place out if you want a drink on the beach (who said drinks have to be alcoholic? Lol)!

Just super friendly, there is even a notice on the door saying " bummer free zone". I love it! It didn't take long for our food after we took a while figuring out what we wanted. We took it to go and went back to the resort and ate it there! I ordered a vitamin C superboost smoothie and a Caesar Kale Salad, my husband had a 24 oz Powa bunga... it was the perfect portion size for an afternoon meal in the hot sun!

Visiting Maui for the first time and was craving an açaí bowl, this place has so many great options of not just bowls but FOOD, I came on a morning where a few of their folks called out so they were understaffed but despite the setback the service was phenomenal. Misty I think was who rang me up was efficient, kind and made a delicious avo toast. Wish I had this place back home.

Great food and great service. It was so nice to get a cool, fresh, and great tasting açaí bowl so quickly. Being vegan I ordered mine without honey. Their combos are really good. We didn't get any smoothies but they make all of their own juices on the spot. This is a wonderful late-morning, early afternoon pick me up spot! It is a kiosk so seating is all around, including shaded seating.

Located in a strip mall with chickens roaming in front. Digital menu screens were posted on the wall. Merch and third party vendor goods were along the counter. There was also a fridge next to the register with glass doors that I only noticed for it's desserts.. You order and pay at the register, they give you number to display at your table of choice, and they bring your order to you. I enjoyed everything I had; the Benny Mac Loco Moco (available after 10am) and Chocolate Chia Mousse. Enjoyed it so much that I would have it again but there was so much more to try.. bowls, smoothies, cold pressed juices.. I enjoyed my visit. It was that nourishing type of food with good service.

Could not get enough of this place during our trip. The powabunga açaí bowl was terrific, and their avocado toast is on this local Health bread that had a perfect consistency. We went back every morning, and I'm still thinking about them after returning home from our trip.

Everything here is delicious. We ordered several Acai Bowls: -OG -Powabunga -Superfresh -Om mango The OG and mango were the best, but you cannot go wrong with any of the bowls. I highly recommend adding granola to EVERY bowl. The bars and house made sweets are pretty good too.

Good açaí bowls - bit pricey but yummy! Service was good and I really enjoyed the set up in there! The health shots were not our case but the rest was very nice and fresh!!

This is such a gem. It's the perfect, refreshing stop for a healthy breakfast or a nice lunch after a day in the sun. The powabunga bowl is amazing. I ended up ordering one almost every morning of my trip. The pele's fire shot was also awesome. But don't sleep on the prepared food either! The bomb.com bar was truly delicious.

Fun quaint little healthy spot! I got the acai bowl and it was great! It was also HUGE lol! I also tried their raw vegan twix bar and WOW what a fun treat!! There are so many things on this menu I would love to try! Definitely need to visit again!

If your staying in one of the resorts along black sand beach I would highly recommend stopping in for breakfast instead of going to one of the hotel buffets. Their coffee, açaí bowls, and smoothies are awesome.

Ordered the Powabunga bowl for pick up. Added some papaya to it too. Loved it!! The granola has some type of crumble to it, really adds to the açaí bowl. I've never had almond butter with my açaí before, so glad I tried it. Whenever I make my own bowls I'll be adding some almond butter from now on! Glad I opted for pick up, there were a couple people inside the store placing orders, and I was in a hurry. I ordered thru their website and everything went smoothly. There is parking available there too. Looking forward to trying some of their other bowls in the future, I'm sure they are all delicious!

Yum. Great health bar in Lahaina. Avocado toast on the GF bread was delicious. The bread was so crispy and they vegan goat cheese added a nice creamy and tartness to the toast. Not skimpy on the avo either. Tempeh caesar wrap so good. The smokey tempeh is delicious and there are a ton of veggies. Definitely reccomend both. Service was friendly and prompt. The space seemed clean and to be following Covid precautions. We will definitely be back.

For my first bowl of acai in Maui, this was amazing! I ordered the dessert sun - we placed a large group order online and they had it ready in 20 minutes. The granola was a bit crumbly, but there was an abundance of acai in the container, and a decent amount of fruit on top.

I was oin Lahaina for a few days for work and came here every day. The staff was friendly and I didn't have to wait long for my order. I like that they have pressed juices already made. They have a good variety too. I ordered the same smoothie two days in a row! The parking lot is small but I came at a slower time so it was no issue for me. I will be back for sure next time I'm in the area.

This is a small, unassuming place in a small shopping strip but the bowls are amazing! The honey they use is so delicious and it adds the perfect sweetness! I also suggest the avocado toast. The added cashew crema is delicious!

A solid choice for a clean healthy salad, bowl, soup, or Açaí bowl. Easy parking in their small lot. Yessah! I love getting their healthy plate for a simple lunch that features their delicious kale caesar and coconut garlic quinoa and soup of the day!

I'm only docking a star bc they are SOOOOOO slow at making these. I know. I know. Island time. Be patient and practice aloha and just chill. I wish I were more like that but they make a dang good açaí bowl so I just take them as they are. These bowls are the best breakfast (lunch dinner whatever) on the island. Period. The POWabunga w paleo granola is heaven. The bomb.com bar is also the best treat in the shop (second to the maca ball).

Delicious açaí bowls. Perfect for a hot day after the beach or after a nice surf sesh. Only negative is that they can get quite busy and it take a little while to get food.

The powabunga açaí bowl was great! I liked the half portion size but it was still pretty pricey for the small size bowl, north of $8! Was it yummy? Yep. Will i go back? Maybe, probably would search around for another spot first!

I'm only giving it a one star because of the cacao but honestly I'm very disappointed because it's been more then two times that I order an açaí bowl and it comes half empty and the açaí melted. Last time I went to Choice Health Bar I payed $14 dollars for a large size and it seems like I ordered a small size. I'd think twice before ordering an açaí bowl there especially during the weekends. If you want to buy a delicious açaí bowl I would recommend Mo 'Ono Hawaii Acai Bowls. They are located Kahului Location 591 Haleakala Hwy Across from Costco Gas Station.

The staff were super friendly, the choices were all too tasty, and the açaí bowl was exactly what we wanted/needed. This place felt nourishing and healing. Great energy. Greatly needed. Try it out! Sorry I didn't snap a photo.

I've been wanting to try Choice for a while, but with living in Kihei, it's quite the trek to get there. Choice also came on a recommendation to one of the guides from the zipline I went on the other day, so I made sure to stop on my next trip. Just so happens I needed to come to Lahaina to pick something up, so I made sure to stop in. Such a cute place, I walked in & ordered the OG acai bowl with strawberries. Sat down & within minutes mine was ready. I saw that the bowl was 24oz, but you don't really realize how big that is until you see it. The acai consistency was perfect, not too watery or super thick. The granola was yummy & although there did seem to be more toppings then acai, it was really good. For the price, it's a good deal, $10 for a 24oz acai bowl! It was the perfect amount for a refreshing meal on a hot Lahaina day. I found my spot for Acai bowls on the west side!

The ratio of açaí to fruit is ridiculous. No fruit all açaí. Honestly go somewhere else.

The food is awesome. I wish the service would improve. The employees let guests, online orders, stand around without acknowledging them with a simple, "Aloha" or "I'll be right with you."

One of the best açaí bowl places near Ka'anapali resorts. We got the classic bowl and it was soooo good! It had hints of lime, apple, and pineapple in the base and the regular size was very filling. 10/10 loved it.

We went two times to have breakfast here and it was super good! We love açai bowls and this place has plenty of healthy options. We ordered the POWabunga Bowl and Superfresh Bowl. Both were delicious and plenty of flavor and nutrients. My husband loved the smoothness and taste that the almond butter gave to his POWbanuga bowl. The bowls were huge to fill you up the whole morning. Also they offer different healthy options for lunch, smoothies, etc. A must try place if you like healthy food full of nutrients but also something you can really enjoy.

Best Acai Bowls in Maui! I'm a huge Acai fan, so I did some research on the best place to get a bowl during our Maui trip. Choice health bar came up, and I decided to pay them a visit. I came back 3 times after that!! Each time, I got the Pow-abunga bowl. Everything was super fresh and blended so well together. This place is not stingy when it comes to the toppings! Hubby also tried the POW Hana smoothie, and thought it was good. Customer service was always good. The employees are friendly. I already miss this place!!

We were on our way to Hana this morning and I was starving, so we stopped here in Paia for an açaí bowl. I searched here on Yelp and this looked like the best one (some of the others looked small for the price that were nearby). My husband decided to order one as well. We both ordered the om lilikoi bowl. When they delivered it to our table I was pleasantly surprised by the size of it. We started eating it and we were both blown away with how good it was. It's by far the best açaí bowl we've ever had!! We kept commenting all day about how great it was and that it was too bad there wasn't one on the north side of the island. Imagine my surprise when I searched on yelp just now and found another location just down the road from us in Kaanapali. Yippee!!! We are planning on going there in the morning for another açaí bowl before we have to fly back to the mainland. Go there, you'll thank me later!! Went back the next day to the Lahaina location and ordered more açaí bowls. I ordered the om'lilikoi one again and my husband ordered the POW-abunga one. Both were great again. Mine wasn't quite as good as the day before (I don't think they put much honey on the top), but my husband's was fantastic! We liked the smoothness of the almond butter with all of the other flavors, which I didn't think I'd care for combined but I loved it and wished I had ordered the same. I think I'll order that one next time I'm in Maui.

Shocked to return home to my local choice to find a haole kid giving me attitude about returning a shot glass. The energy I was presented with was definitely uninviting. I didn't even feel comfortable eating at this establishment the energy was so bad.

The name surely is fitting for this shop! Everything on the menu is super healthy and high quality. That being said things are quite pricey. If an acai bowl is spendy in SF then it's even more so here, because obviously nobody is getting those fresh from a farmer here. I had an acai bowl and found it to be very well rounded and a perfect meal. The location is in an industrial strip mall but don't judge a book by its cover - it is worth the small wait you will inevitably have to endure as it is a popular spot.

This spot was pretty good . Prices are a little high and portions are smaller than expected for what you pay . Menu is small as well . They made the order pretty fast . Overall it was average açaí bowl .

I've eaten here 3 times during my week stay in Maui and it is absolutely delicious! The friendly staff recommended the POW-abunga and I love it! I've tried açaí bowls at a few other places and this one is definitely the winner. It has a great proportion of açaí, granola, and fruit. I've never had unsweetened açaí before so I was nervous it was going to taste weird, but it was great! They also have a list of additional toppings that can be added, if you choose to do so.

This place has the BEST acai bowl !! After getting tired of frozen/ icy bowls at Jamba Juice, we thought of trying the REAL acai bowl on our visit to maui. Acai bowls at food trucks in lahaina and also the one at whalers village are nowhere close to this acai bowls served at this wonderful place. "POWabunga Acai Bowl" and "Wow Maui smoothie" are a must try !!!

I just love this place. It's a happy place. From the food they serve, to the staff who works here: happiness all around!! I love the Pow Hana smoothie if I'm on the go or the POWabunga açaí bowl if i have time to sit & enjoy. My favorite smoothie & bowls. On the savory side, these are my greatest hits: wildflower tacos, Buddha bowl & BLT roll (dipping sauce is INCREDIBLE)! If you are lucky enough to spot the coffee mousse pie in the cold section, grab it!! It's rarely available and a taste of heaven.

Absolutely unreal levels of good -- the best vegetarian/vegan meal I had in Maui, and my meat eating friends loved it too. We got the loco moco, an açaí bowl, and the Immunofacial smoothie. We split them, so we could try a bit of everything! The best thing I can say is that they were incredibly fresh and healthy without *tasting* like I was eating rabbit food. I thought I'd like the açaí bowl the most (sucker for honey and bee pollen!) but the loco moco side salad really took the proverbial cake. They need to publish a recipe book, I'd buy it.
