We came her while visiting from out of town…their versatile menu was intriguing so we came and ordered several things to try. All the food tasted freshly made and was seasoned and cooked well along with the fries that I love (I’m a fry girl and I approve their fries). The gatornuggets were good and tender , Cheeseburger was perfect, the chicken sandwich was good, and the frog legs weren’t bad, fried green tomatoes were fried perfectly their sauces were good. I see the reviews about appearance—they def do dress casual or to their comfort but their customer service is amazing it gives me small town feel where everyone knows each other.

Absolutely phenomenal atmosphere and people. Both times I've stopped here my food choices were off the charts! The first time I got the Gator PO boy and the fried green beans and boy they didnt disappoint! Tender fried Gator and a sauce that's to die for! The time I got their mushroom and Swiss burger and fried green tomatoes and dang, my mouth is still watering! Fried green tomatoes tasted just like granny's used to ❤️ an excellent place to stop at 10/10! Thank you to all the staff as well, my hats off to you guys! And thank you to the sweet lady that waited on me both times 😊❤️

After a trip to the springs, we came in hungry. There was so much variety of food choices and all of it good. I had a Cuban Sandwich with fries and ordered frog legs for the group.

We decided to give this place a try while driving thru High Springs on a Sunday. We were not disappointed. We went to the window to order so we could enjoy the picnic tables and beautiful weather. It seems like most people use the drive-thru. The service was excellent. The lady taking our order was so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Fresh and hot. There is only outdoor seating, which on a beautiful day, like today it was perfect. We will definitely be back. Definitely recommend this place for some delicious food.

FANTASTIC TASTING FOOD. the quality is worth the wait! My meal was very hot and fresh and delicious. The chicken tenders were juicy and large in size with 4 or 5 pieces. The chicken wrap was perfectly made. A little light on the ranch, but it still tasted great. Upon arrival, there’s a menu with a NUMEROUS selection of choices— wraps, salad, fish, chicken tenders, pastas, and more. This is NOT a “fast food”. What you are getting here is quality, so have patience. If you can wait at a sit-down restaurant for the same quality, that’s what you’ll find here at this drive-thru. Customer service was met with kindness and a happy welcome. Atmosphere is a beautiful outdoor seating with umbrella coverage in a quiet piece of the town. Excellent spot all around. I’ll come here again for great food.

Went here for lunch with my children the other day, food was absolutely awful. Took my order and proceeded to take 30 minutes to prepare and bring it out. Left with a car filled of disappointment and irritation. Also, employees look like they just got out of bed which is no way to show up to work. Please don’t eat here you will regret it.

Got a philly cheesesteak from here with a friend, wouldn't recommend. My fries were cold, my food wasn't even cooked all the way through, drive through was no better either. We were ignored and basically rushed out. as-well as the person taking our order was rude and sounded annoyed and barely even let us speak while we were ordering.

We love Chompers! If it's just for a quick snack on the go, or grabbing dinner, this place never lets us down! We are always so impressed that they have such a big menu to choose from, yet everything always hits the spot. Definitely check it out if you haven't already!

Could improve the cooking of ur burgers where they are not dry, cooked whereby not a single drop of juice could be squeezed out. Fried mushrooms should be, could be, cooked at time of order. Mine not hot or fresh.

Amazing Cesar shrimp wrap! The service is great and the people are so helpful and friendly. I come so much that they know me now! Good place to eat in High Springs.

Frozen burgers. People dressed in night clothes and slippers.. Phones in the hands of employees at all times. No hand washing. . .loud offensive music. ..basically a dirty overpriced drive thru.

What happened to Chompers? When it first came to High Springs, there would be lines of traffic for this new take-out restaurant; and people would wait a long time to get through & didn't seem to mind. I hadn't been in quite a while & decided I didn't want to cook & wanted something easy. NEVER AGAIN! I got catfish, onion rings & cole slaw. The food was soggy, greasy & tasted like something that had been sitting under those heat lamps restaurants have to keep food warm for hours. It was awful! I should have known when there was NOBODY waiting in line. Too bad because I thought this drive-thru was a nice addition to High Springs. I've got a feeling it won't be here much longer. Wish I hadn't wasted that twenty bucks!
