CHOO-P Leathercraft

It is definitely a very good experience. Not the kind of express class that outside would have. Mr. Choo has a lot of patient and very experienced can fix your mistakes ^.^ But do make sure you have sufficient and extra time for the lesson. Some pics for you to see how did we make a very simple pouch from scratch. From cutting to the end product. And do not underestimate a simple product, sometimes is good to learn from basics! It’s part of the process.

A pleasant experience always when visiting Mr. Choo's shop. Very humble & accommodating shop owner with very fast turnaround time fixing my belt. He replaced it with great quality leather and tailor sized to me. Happy New Year Derek!

Went for the workshop to create a card pouch. Derek was very patience, knowledgeable and detailed during the session. The workshop is like a short course in a day that is tip top quality and you won't find it anywhere else. It is truly recommended to all genuine learner that wish to start their leather craft journey and perhaps a good activity for family bonding as well!

It happened that I visit Choo-P for a custom make leather pouch, I met Mr Derek, the craftsman of this shop. He’s wonderful and very friendly. After we had a conversation and ideas were given to me , I was surprised that he had created a pouch which I have been wanted for long time, he’s definitely the best craftsman I have encountered. 6 stars ……

A long due review for a good teacher, friend and mentor. Have been to several leather workshops before attending Derek's class. By far his is the best class I have ever attended. Never attended any other class after his. Because his class was so good ( with details and techniques ) that I never had to go for another class. Thanks Derek. And thanks for keeping the craft alive.

Mr Choo, owner of the shop was very friendly, funny, jovial and a patient man. He is willing to share and never pushy with his products. He even gave me pointers to do a simple project even when i did not purchase anything from him on my first visit. He even showed me how the tools work and different quality of leathers. I will definitely go back to his shop to purchase my tools and recommend my friends to Choo-p.
