Choosing Keeping

One stationary store that's been on my radar for a while now and I finally paid a visit. Loved the ol' Skool design and nostalgic feel of the store. Good unique pieces you won't find in other stationery shops. The store is pretty small and there is a long waiting time to walk in to the shop especially on the weekends. Very nice papers and unique handmade goods to choose from.

Beautiful, highly curated stationery shop. I was impressed by how unique everything is, and by the variety of items sourced from all over the world. There are Kaweco pens made in Germany in tons of colors, handmade wrapping paper from Japan, and beautiful hardcover notebooks with fabric finishes. Plus, of course, an endless array of cards.

what a beautiful shop!! full of amazing, high quality things that id never seen before. they have very unique and high quality stationary, notebooks, wrapping papers and more. it almost felt like a little museum, and even though the prices for some things can be quite hefty, it’s clearly due to the high quality materials used, and id still recommend having a look around even if you don’t plan to buy anything. i treated myself to a small journal notebook, the staff at the counter were very friendly and they packaged it for me very nicely (though, heads up, they only accept card here!). a lovely experience :)

Super pretty stationery shop! Treasure for my arty farty friends! 🫶🏽 All kinds of beautiful notebooks, blushes, sketch books, cards, wrapper, fountain pens, paintings and basically all kinds of pretty stationery. Great place to get a lovely gift for your friends! 🥳 Note.. they close at 530pm. So we came back specially again the next time cos they were closed when we were there!

This has to be one of the fanciest and most interesting stationeries I’ve ever been to. Such a cool little spot, really well curated and full of charm and just visually stunning. They’ve got everything you could want: notebooks, fountain pens, inks, wrapping paper, scissors, tapes, all the good stuff. A lot of it is sourced from places like Japan and Italy. Everything feels super high quality and just really well thought out.

Popped in yesterday for a few things for myself and some friends. Only my second time in Choosing Keeping but I'll definitely be back for a third, fourth, and so on. The shop is filled with the perfect amount of products. There's enough to catch your eye and excite you no matter where you're looking, but the collection of products on offer is clearly well curated - everything makes sense for the shop, there's definitely no "stock for the sake of stock" if that makes sense. Shopping here was a lovely experience. The atmosphere is calm, and sales assistants are really friendly. They're always so eager to talk to you about the products, but never in a way that feels like they're pushing a sale or trying to hurry you along. It's just passionate people who clearly love stationery as much as their customers do. Lovely experience, products and people - a very personal feeling shopping experience. Thank you so much :)

Choosing Keeping is a wonderful shop with such a lovely atmosphere. I had a great experience thanks to the young woman who helped me, she had blonde hair and was absolutely lovely. She gave me so much attention, took the time to really listen, and offered genuinely helpful tips and advice. She made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal, and I left feeling confident and happy with my choices. Fantastic customer service and a beautiful shop. I’ll definitely be back!

Such a fab place to buy the very best stationery gear and wonderful staff! We gilded their lettering and had a great experience from 360 and after 8 years still in awe and admiration for Choosing Keeping!
