Chris B was our server. He was very attentive and the food was great. We were there on our wedding anniversary and they gave us a complementary dessert with “happy anniversary” written beautifully in chocolate on the plate. Great presentation and great food. We definitely plan on going again in the future!

This place is a great deal with very good food. Had prime rib. For $45 got that with an excellent wedge salad, veggies and a potato . Food was actually delicious. Dessert was an excellent pineapple cake. The scene was vibrant and friendly. Servers were all awesome. This would be a regular stop for me if I lived in Toronto.

Came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary! Food was amazing, our steaks were cooked perfectly. Bar drinks were handcrafted and were very aesthetically pleasing. Will definitely recommend and return for another special occasion. I recommend the birria spring rolls, steak and lobster, steak and shrimp (summer menu) and the sticky toffee sundae. Thank you Zac for being our server and taking care of us.

From the moment we walked into the restaurant, we were warmly greeted and immediately felt well taken care of. Our server, Chris, was absolutely fantastic—attentive, friendly, and full of great recommendations. He truly elevated our dining experience with his top-notch service. The food was just as impressive! We had the ribeye, dry-aged steak, and prime rib—all cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The butternut squash was creamy and delicious, and the mini crème brûlée was the perfect sweet ending—smooth, rich, and so good. All in all, it was a wonderful evening, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

My family and I did a visit this past Sunday and it was such a great experience. The vibes in the restaurant was chill (perhaps we showed up quite early still) during lunch and we were given a choice as to where to be seated. We picked a booth that was very spacious and felt extremely comfortable. Our family and I ended up ordering the platter, which in the end, we still needed to pack it to go! The steaks were made exactly as desired and the flavours were very tasty and juicy. It came with 3 sauces and they were all super delicious, along with a couple of sides. We had such an amazing experience and we will absolutely return!

What an amazing dinner! Best Ribeye I’ve ever had!! I asked for medium and it was cooked perfectly. The sauce trio is a must try, all very delicious.Our server Lauren was also very friendly and attentive. They also offered a complimentary mini cheesecake for my husband’s birthday 😍 The only negative thing was that there were a group of people right next to us that were extremely loud and disruptive, would’ve liked someone to remind them of other guests trying to have a nice time. Overall would definitely return!!’

Really enjoyed the experience here... The food was delicious. Prawns were amazing, steak with pepper sauce was perfectly cooked and very tasty, mac and cheese was very good and creme brulee was as good as everything else. Service was... Well could have been a nightmare. My server just seemed to disappear and drinks didn't come, along with other things. The night was rescued by a supervisor (an angel) who fixed everything very quickly and kept an eye on things for the rest of the evening. She definitely made up for what could have been a service disaster. I would definitely go back and recommend it highly

Me and my in-laws recently dined at Chop, and it was fantastic! The steak was juicy and perfectly cooked, truly top-notch. Our server, Hanan, made the experience even better with their warm hospitality and great recommendations. The price of the dishes is also reasonable. Overall, it was a memorable evening, and I can't wait to return!

I had dinner here a few nights ago and it was such an amazing experience. The ambiance definitely fits the financial district, and has a nice dim lighting which is perfect for an intimate get together or dinner. The servers were extremely polite and kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable, make sure that the food was good and if we needed any drinks. They were also super knowledgeable with the menu and gave great recommendations. When our steaks came out, they even waited for us to cut our steak & make sure that it was cooked to our liking. We ordered the community bread which was so delicious, as it comes with a whipped brown butter, as well as the centre cut new york steak cooked medium rare. The food was delicious and I honestly could have eaten more bread lol Overall 10/10 experience, will definitely go back to try more of their menu

A really well executed steak and sides with a beautiful restaurant to boot. I was impressed by our meal from start to finish with some great appetizers, a perfectly cooked steak, and some great desserts. Our waitress was great - and clearly they have a requirement to try and upsell you through every round of food and drinks, but she wasn't pushy about it.

This was the most AMAZING experience! I live in Chicago, I was here in Toronto to celebrate my wife's birthday. My first impression as soon as my wife and I walked up was how nicely we were greeted by the 2 young ladies who seated us. We were instantly greeted by Bri our server who was very pleasant and patiently explained the menu. The wow factor was how they treated my wife once she stated she had a gluten allergy and that it was her birthday. The way the gentleman Nate and then the chef personally came to the table to reassure her that her she didn't have to worry across contamination and they would take great care while preparing her meal really meant a lot The food was really good and did not disappoint. Our favorite was the Ahi tuna tatiki!! And if course even the dessert was great! The whole experience a 10/10!

I have been here 2x to celebrate 2 birthdays. The 1st time I was amazed to realize this is a local chain resto. Both times the food was amazing. The quality is pretty amazing especially considering the price point. Mix that in with a killer reverse happy hour you can not go wrong. Stand outside are the canadian Manhattan, the ribeye, the garlic shrimp, and the fucking fries. I have been to other steakhouse in the TO that kind of sucked and spent way more $$##. Thank you for making both our b-days amazing!

I was at Chop tonight with my daughter and a friend and we had the best dinner. What a beautiful restaurant, seating is comfortable and lighting great. Our server, Lauren, was very knowledgeable about the menu and made recommendations when we asked. We shared an appetizer and each ordered a different entree. We loved every bite! How wonderful to have the chef, Nico, come out and talk to us, we felt special. I highly recommend Chop Steakhouse and can't wait to return.
