An old place with ancient history. Photography not allowed. But best place to buy clothes with chikan work. There a lot old stuff of Mughal times. Best place to eat the non vegetarian food. There are places like Clock tower, Satkhanda near about 100 meters away.

But you should pay extra for guide. I paid 200/ local currency for each. I don’t know the actual rate because they didn’t gave me receipt for this. The guide asked for tips extra.

The Chota Imambada is a place of religious gathering. It is usually used as a place to mourn by the Muslim community. The imambada is well maintained and certainly worth visiting when in Lucknow. The inside has beautiful chandeliers and calligraphy. Since it is a religious place it would be advised to wear decent clothing and to cover your head when visiting. Also please maintain silence once inside the premises.

Chota imambara is situated 1 kilometre away from Bara Imambara, you can hire one auto or hire horse cart to go to Chota imambara from Bara Imambara ( charges 100/- ) , once you enter into this monument guide will be waiting for you - charges 200/- but to be very honest here guide is absolutely not required, we thought like Bara Imambara here also lots of things present but chota imambara visit will take hardly 15 to 20 minutes including shahi Hamam so don't hire a guide unless you are very much enthusiastic to know each and everything.

I don't know how beautiful from inside of this place but I'm definitely sure that once u see the condition from outside of this monument is in very bad condition and also the cleanliness is in very very drastic condition. Someone is coming from very far may be from the other states may be from the other countries to visit the historical places of lucknow and what he will achieve after visiting this type of places---only sadness nothing more.
