Sushi was bomb! Very good quality food and we came at an off peak time so service was really good and attentive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for unlimited sushi. Sides were good too, notably the chicken teriyaki and karaage.

Overall experience was Great! it was an absolute treat from start to finish. The ambiance was calm and a perfect balance of modern and traditional Japanese aesthetics. The food was exceptional! Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The sushi was incredibly fresh, the ramen had a rich, well-balanced broth, and the tempura was light, crispy, and not greasy at all. At lunchtime: • Not crowded, pleasant music • A wide selection of dishes for different budgets, with affordable lunch sets • The food was served fairly quickly • It was delicious • The restrooms were clean The only downside: we were asked to take our cocktails to-go. We waited 10 minutes at the bar while they were poured from glasses into cardboard coffee cups. However, the lids didn’t fit the cups, so we had to take them without lids.

Went here during lunch break. Mervin welcomed me with お早うございます!!! I planned to avail unlimited sushi but was amazed with their 450 Peso lunch set. They serve Japanese Rice and I enjoyed every bite of my Mapo Tofu. 💞 I love the ambience😊😊 I definitely will come back!!!!👍👍👍

This is a nice ambient izakaya style bar in bgc. We really liked the area it’s in and it doesn’t get a lot of traffic compared to other parts of the city so you can expect the environment to be quite chill. A couple of things to note with Chotto Matte, the food is good but it can be better. We feel that they already covered a lot of the fundamentals but there’s still room for improvement. For example, the tempura donburi was really good however I wish that the sauce wasn’t too much on the bowl which just overpowered the rest of the dish. The flavors were on point but if the sauce wasn’t too generous, then it would’ve been perfect. I’d like to stress that this is just from our experience and we don’t want to take anything away from the owners, it’s a really nice bar and we’d like to come back again.

Quite a popular place and the food is pretty decent. Price point wise is average and you don't expect any very cheap food. Drinks selection are good and the edamame is definitely a must order! Overall a decent place to hangout with your colleagues after a long day of work.

Had a team dinner at this place. The second picture was my order Surf and Turf (750 php) in actual. It looked appetizing but the taste is just so-so. The steak on this order is too gamey. It's just not worth it for the price. Their customer service wasn't that great either.

I will recommend this place for those who love Japanese food lover... The ambiance was good but the service is not really good😀, sorry. They offered Pre order thats the thing I do like no more waiting time....

It doesn't even deserve my one star. Food was bland, tamago does not taste like tamago. Their so called best seller dynamite roll tastes nothing near the dynamite rolls of other japanese restaurants in the metro. Aburi roll is so-so, only the top has taste. The tempura soba, how can you manage to make tempura taste bland, especially the sauce. And for BGC standards? This may be the worst Japanese restaurant I've tried, I can say that red kimono/teriyaki boy's food is more decent.
