Nice hotel, very conveniently placed for us. Our room was good, comfy bed, nice decor, but maybe the bathroom was a little on the compact side. However, everything was clean and we had no issues whatsoever while there. We will be going back to visit family in the same area again and I won't be looking for a different hotel, I guess that says it all really 👍🙂

The hotel is great and clean. The room size is enough. All staff are good and friendly to service. Access to the hotel is easy and not far from the Metro. There are many cafes and mini markets around. Clean area. We are satisfied with staying for 5 days here.

We stayed as a couple and absolutely loved it! Wonderful atmosphere and very polite staff. Everything is thoughtfully designed — the room feels cozy, smells nice, has a comfortable bed, adjustable temperature, and windows that open. L’Occitane toiletries in the shower were a lovely touch. Daily cleaning (unless you ask otherwise). The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with the delightful smell of fresh French pastries from the bakery across the street in the morning. Breakfast is small but delicious. A perfect place for a calm and comfortable stay! Great value for money.

My wife and I stay from the end of May through the first week of June. The weather was great! The hotel was reasonably priced, in a good location, easy access to train stations, restaurants, shopping, and a few sites. The room size was perfect for two and the bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet on a busy street, even on the street market days. House keeping cleaned my room every day, which made the stay so relaxing after a long day of walking. Lastly, the staff was helpful and courteous.

4.5 stars. I found this hotel just Googling around while I planned our trip to Paris (and London). We stayed in October 2025 for 7 nights. The neighborhood this hotel is in was very charming and it felt safe even very late at night. It is not a touristy area, which we really appreciated. Staff was welcoming and helpful. We did not add the daily breakfast as an option to our hotel stay, but we did pay for it on a day by day option quite a few times during our stay. Our kids really enjoyed their croissants and they had a nice selection of both hot and cold items for breakfast. I really enjoyed the coffee in particular. As for the room itself, it was pretty spacious for European standards. We had basically two rooms and a large size bathroom. I do wish they included more toiletries like bars of soap and lotion, but they did have very nice L'Occitane shampoo and conditioner. There is a TV in each room and the beds were comfy. The area is very walkable and has nice options for boulangeries, fresh fruit, shopping, and restaurants. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and the Metro is about a 5 to 7 minute walk. There is also a market that sets up I believe on Thursdays and Sundays. The noise level was OK and overall we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely would book here again.

Chouette Hôtel is a lovely and well-located hotel, about a 10-minute walk from the metro station. We stayed in a room with a double bed and a sofa; I slept on the sofa and found it very comfortable. All necessary shower and bathroom amenities were provided. Breakfast offered several options, so everyone could find something they liked. Overall, it’s a great hotel and affordable for a Paris getaway.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights with two kids in a family room. There was s nice comfy bed for the adults and a pull out bed for the kids, which they were happy with. There wasn't much space in the second room with the pull out bed set up but for two nights it was totally fine. The room was on the 6th floor with a fab view over the street and attractive buildings. It was beautifully light from the massive windows but the blackout curtains were brilliant at blocking out light when needed. It was also really quiet overnight. |All the staff we talked to were helpful and pleasant.|If you were staying for a long time as a family of 4, I think you might want a bit more storage for clothes etc. but for a couple of nights it was perfectly fine.|The street was great with lovely shops and places to eat but also felt really safe, even when walking with children at night. The metro stop is only about a 5 minute walk with great links to everywhere we wanted to go.|I would definitely stay again, we had an amazing few days.

Google
A cozy hotel suitable for families with children. However, the lack of small gifts for children in the room upon check-in upset my daughter, as we chose the hotel because of her love of birds. We weren't even allowed to take a small figurine from the ground floor cafe to our room for decoration. There was only a picture of an owl in the room, but nothing interesting. We stayed in this hotel for nine days in Paris. Even on our birthday, they didn't offer any greetings. The breakfast was quite decent, and there was even a hot option.

Yelp
Stopped here for a drink and perhaps a little bit to eat. We were so disappointed in the service that despite being very hungry we would not stay. My companion speaks very good French but the server was dismissive from the start. He took away our menu after we ordered drinks even though we wanted to order more. He brought nuts to all the tables around us and when I stopped and asked him in French where our nuts were, he pretended he couldn't understand and insisted we repeat our request in English. Then he brought us a dish of stale pretzels. The disdain was palpable. I tried many times to get the servers attention to order additional drinks or food and he simply ignored us, while fawning over other customers. Please do not darken this door.

Yelp
What an amazing hotel. The most amazing customer service, they allow dogs of all sizes (€10 per night!), and super cute rooms. The rates were super affordable and they even had rates for all of their room types listed at the check in counter. The employees were excellent and even allowed me a late check out. They did a great job incorporating owls into every design aspect, it's in the room decor as well! I loved being able to open the windows and see the local Parisian lifestyle below. The rooms are small, but can easily accommodate all of your needs. The elevator was small, but so cute and such a nice change of experience for me, it fit me, my bags and 28 kg dog easily. Also, the key to turn all the power on feature was a very nice touch. They also provide breakfast in the mornings (for an added fee), however, I did not partake. The hotel is located in a more local quiet part of town which I loved and helped me feel much safer. There's a grocery store right across the street too. If you like talking walks or need to take your dog out it's about 30-40 minutes to the Eiffel Tower and about a hour walk in the beautiful streets lined with shops to the Louvre. It was great for me since my dog an I love morning runs and long walks when exploring the city. This area is not nearly as dirty as the more touristy parts of Paris which a huge plus for me. I would love to stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, lovely place to stay. I found this place via Airbnb, but you can also book on their website or hotels.com. Be sure to check their Instagram too it's super aesthetic!

Yelp
Went back about a year and a half later--I loved it even more after experiencing a few less-than-ideal boarding situations on this trip. Clean, L'Occitane products in the bathroom, no smells, smart layout of the rooms (so much room is saved by not having clunky TV consoles, not including dressers no one ever uses, and no old school phone). Again, my family of four and all of our stuff fit in this compact room, and we still felt comfortable. I have realized as I have gotten older and with little ones that we have to spend more time in hotel rooms when we travel due to early bedtimes and travel fatigue. It is important to find good hotels with a sense of place.

Yelp
We booked our stay here during our first time in Paris, France. I was so impressed. The hotel is the cutest!!! Very well clean and maintained with the cutest owl decorations I have ever seen. Our stay was so comfortable and relaxing and their location was close to everything. Breakfast were included and it was the most delicious French breakfast. Totally recommend!!!

Yelp
Great place to stay in Paris: Cozy, very clean, nice and comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, fair price, good breakfast (included), walking distance (or a few mins subway) from the most important places. Recommended!
