The Most Australian of Australian Restaurants

"Australia has no shortage of classic winery restaurants, from Penfolds Magill Estate near Adelaide to Ten Minutes by Tractor in Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. But Chow’s Table in Yallingup does something a little bit different, by bringing together Australia’s infatuation with the varied cuisines of our closest neighbors in Asia, with our love of a good bottle of wine. Here, you’ll feast on Malay yellow curry, typhoon shelter fried squid, and peking roast duck alongside wines from the restaurant’s companion winery, House of Cards, or from the Margaret River region’s best producers." - Alexandra Carlton

The best! We ended up taking so much food home because the servings were so generous 😍🤩 We ordered the wagyu skewers, prawn rolls, spicy chicken wings, fried rice, mixed greens and mixed meat platter. Absolutely to die for. We look forward to our regular lunches there 👌🏼

Incredible !!! It’s an absolute must. They were full and we walked in, however they found us a table outside. Owner very accomodating and great bloke. Staff so friendly and food the best you will eat. Can’t recommend enough 💪💪👌

We booked Chow's Table for a milestone birthday celebration. The venue is lovely, with a light and bright vibe. Service was impeccable, and the food was pretty good. Some of the favourites amongst our party of 26 were Squid Toast, Fried Chicken Ribs, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Roast Duck, and Steamed Barramundi with Shrimp Sambal. The vegetarian in our group was served his own special dishes.

Quite an exceptional venue. Very unique style of Asian flavours that have been refined so you get an enjoyable meal without the feeling of guilt that ensues after a decadent feast.

We stopped in at Chow's Table for a casual Sunday afternoon lunch eating off the bites menu. All the dishes were sensational, great colour, aroma and full of flavour. The dumplings and Barramundi were our favourites however it was all first class. My compliments to the chef and the friendly staff that made our afternoon so enjoyable.

Beautiful lunch, delicious food, great drinks list and welcoming and friendly staff. And stunning location. Every dish was packed with flavour, and the restaurant is open, bright and relaxed. Perfect for a special lunch or event, when you’re down South.

Wonderful dining experience! We've been here twice and still can't get over how good the food (especially the fried rice) is! Probably some of the best Chinese food that we've had in WA, if not Australia. Huge portions (bring take home containers) and definitely get the fried rice and popsicles! We love that it's dog friendly too!

Food was good venue was beyond stunning. I don’t like how most of the wines are House of Card wines so there isn’t much of an option if you don’t want that. We probably should have done a tasting at House of Cards next door first. However the girl was lovely and let me have a small taste before buying wine which was lovely. We tried the sui mai, grilled octopus and chicken ribs for entrees. For mains we got the beef cheeks, greens and char sui pork. The beef cheek was a little bland but tasted good when combined with the others. Venue is just beautiful. The kids had salt and pepper squid with beans and rice and that was better then our mains, and they enjoyed it completely. Service was lovely which is always a plus.
