Chris' Chef Supply - Hamilton, ON

Terrific commercial grade kitchen store that is open to the general public. Its a much more enjoyable experience churning out top chef servings for my friends and family using the same gear the pros use.😎 And, these folks hit a price point that leave you pleasantly surprised. Specifically, we purchased an Ooni outdoor pizza oven here and it has blown us away as the quality of the item, the operating temperature it reaches, and the pizza it can make is over the top. If you live to cook, you'll love this store.

Late to review but I had a lovely customer service experience. Ordered online, a large item was on back order and had a quick phone call to decide to wait until everything was together before shipping. Less than a week later the item was ready (originally could have been a month) and was shipped. Everything arrived quickly and in excellent condition and realized an extra item was included by mistake. Worked out to purchase the extra item rather than ship it back. Chris’ Chef Supply was in touch the whole time and responded quickly to emails. Well earned 5 stars, highly recommended and would buy from again. Just a shame I’m not local

Love this place .loads of products cook like a pro.knives. convection ovens.pots. dishes.ramakins and a sloo of particular cooking utensils. A must see for food lovers. Cheers

The store is legit but I am not impressed. Webpage states shipping in one business day, but it turns out the item is not in stock. Rather than shipping directly to customer, item is first shipped to the store and and then is shipped with Canpar to customer. Canpar will only deliver if someone is home do a single delivery attempt, ignore all delivery instructions that were entered when ordering

We just bought some new stacking convection ovens from Chris's. We needed them next day and they got them to us the next day and into place for hook up. We do enjoy doing business with them as that are very professional and easy to work with. HAMILTON MEAT PIE Co.

The Chef Supply, James St N, Hamilton, is THE place to shop for all your kitchen supplies. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I recently purchased a cast iron Dutch Oven for a wedding gift. When the "bride to be" wanted to exchange it for other merchandise, there was no hassle. They were very helpful and patient. The selection of merchandise including knives is awesome. Great store!
