Christ Cathedral

We came to the Christ Cathedral in Garden Grove CA to attend an exhibition of the Shroud of Turin. The church and church grounds are AWESOME! So much to see. The Shroud of Turin Exhibition was very good! We are Catholic and decided to attend mass here at the church! The mass was outstanding! The inside of the church was just as beautiful as the outside!

This is a must visit for all belivers, any who are open, or just outright appreciate beautiful design and architecture. We were extremely fortunate (blessed) to have caught the Shroud of Turin experience (that just recently opened within a month ago). As someone who was visiting from out of town, this overall experience was definitely a highlight.

Visited the Catherdal Campus during Christmas Week to attend the Homeless Memorial Service and a beautiful service in the main Chapel--An oasis of peace in Orange County....

A Beautiful and Holy Experience for the Whole Family My wife and I, along with our kids, recently visited Christ Cathedral for the first time so that my wife and I could go to confession. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the cathedral’s size and modern architectural beauty. Despite its contemporary design, it still carries a deep sense of reverence and holiness that truly moved us. We appreciated that the cathedral offered confessions in Spanish, English, and Vietnamese, reflecting the diversity of the community. We made sure to arrive before 6 PM to avoid the long lines, but even then, the lines were already forming—so be sure to bring your patience. That said, everything was well organized and peaceful, making the wait more bearable. It was a meaningful and spiritual experience for our whole family. The sacred atmosphere, welcoming environment, and the presence of many faithful people made our visit unforgettable. We’ll definitely be coming back again, not just for confession but also to attend Mass and explore more of what this beautiful cathedral has to offer. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

A beautiful, modern architecture of the cathedral inside and outside. It's one of the must visit in Garden Grove.

We attended the shroud of Turin exhibition and it was life changing. The cathedral is beautiful, very diverse and felt so peaceful. I recommend anyone to go to the exhibit to get a glimpse of how powerful God is and how much evidence there is on the living Jesus.

Whenever i'm out of town at a different church , I go early so I can look around , so when church is happening , i'm actually paying attention. Lol. So I went extra early to take in the entire Cathedral. Absolutely, beautiful.

Beautiful church. Love that they have multiple mass times and languages to accommodate their members. It's great the compound also hosts community events there as well. The services have been amazing. The Cantors have been lovely and all have incredible voices.
